I had the pleasure of working with Amanda. The first dress I tried on from her selection ended up being The One! Jay, the owner, is very engaging and knowledgeable. I found what I needed and at an affordable price. Other boutiques could not compare to what they offered me at 125 Bridal.

Do not waste your time here. When you walk in the salon is dirty and cramped because there is just stuff everywhere. Looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed since the 80s and the lighting is terrible. They don’t allow you to take photos for some odd reason. Like if I’m paying thousands of dollars for a dress I’m going to take a damn photo in it before I buy it. The website is extremely misleading because it says they have a ton of dresses but they did not have any of them in store. My stylist was absolutely awful. Every dress I went to try on she said “this is never going to fit you” or “that’s not your size” and when I did fit into a dress she would say “oh that’s surprising.” The fitting room robe looked like it was someone’s old used robe from when they were 16. It was an awful experience and I will never go back.

Great selection at great prices! I went with 6 months to go before my wedding, they were patient, listened to what I wanted, kept me in budget, and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I went to 125 Bridal for my wedding dress and my best friends' wedding dress and both experiences were excellent. They really treat it like a special occasion and want you to feel on top of the world. They didn't push anything out of my price range and they took time getting to know you and what you're looking for.

My husband ordered his suit from here for our wedding last month. We also ordered suits for four groomsmen and one bridesman. The price was very reasonable for a full suit and included suspenders (in the color of our choice) and shoes. A August assisted us, and he was very helpful. The suits looked great, especially my husband's, and fit very well.

I highly recommend shopping here for your Wedding or Prom! They have both GORGEOUS gowns and AMAZING suits/tuxedos with a reasonable price. Since the pricing is so great I decided to get TWO wedding gowns for the same price I thought I’d spend on one! I picked up both of my dresses this weekend and couldn't be more happier! My fiancé loves all the options they have suites that he decided to rent a blue paisley one for a wedding we went to and he got a 1,000 compliments (see picture for reference).

I had a great experience getting my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and suit rentals for my wedding. We had the entire suite to ourselves when I was trying on dresses and the woman assisting me was very helpful. My dress came in when they said it would and they gave me plenty of references for seamstresses. My bridesmaids all got their dresses in a timely fashion and they are beautiful! We both bought and rented suits for the groomsmen and they all fit great.

The only complaint I could give is the gown I fell in love with was a touch over budget. All gowns were BEAUTIFUL, and I loved how sincere and helpful everyone was. They really listened to what I was looking for. This was the fourth place I went to, and I am very thankful I did! Very clean and took the time I needed.

I absolutely loved this bridal shop, it was the first and only one I had to go to for my wedding dress. The entire staff is so lovely and kind and they helped pick out my dream dress for me. The first dress I tried on was the one I ended up taking home and couldn't be more thankful to have had their help with everything. Highly recommend using them!!

The bride, groom, groomsmen and mother of the bride in our wedding were all dressed by 125 Bridal. I met Jay & Chris at a Bridal Expo, where they taught me so much about wedding dresses and the shopping experience. From the expo, I had a discount to use on a purchase at their store, which further incentivized me to go visit. I am from NY (where my parents live), live in Woburn, MA, and was given a lot of recommendations from friends/family for bridal shops in both states. While my mom was visiting me in MA, we had planned to go to a few bridal stores in MA/NH. When I called to book my appointment, Jay was teaching me even more about dresses/shopping. 125 Bridal was the second appointment we had after a “trendy” boutique that only showed me dresses that were top-dollar and way far off (style-wise) from what I was asking for. I was a bit discouraged from the last appointment as I explained to Sandra what I was hoping for and showed her a few photos of what I liked. Sandra pulled two dresses from the back after chatting with me for about 10 minutes. One was the dress I showed her a picture of - which had way more sparkles than I wanted/saw in the pictures. The other dress she told me was ugly and not to look at it yet, as she placed it in the dressing room. She ran back in with a piece of ivory fabric and slipped it under the lace layer to show me that the nude bottom layer is also available in that color, and looks 100x better, so try to picture that. As I slipped the dress on, it immediately felt more comfortable than any other I tried on, and checked most of the boxes I had on my list. While I looked in the mirror with my mom and Sandra around me, she and Jay continued to explain that this designer, Casablanca, is one of few that own their own factory and so their dresses can be custom-made. Knowing that I could alter this dress (Zola style #2324) to be exactly what I was envisioning sold me on it - and of course the emotions that took over my mom and I from that point on. Before our appointment was over, my mom tried on the MOB dress she was admiring on the mannequin and decided to buy it for herself within just a few minutes. The discounts from the expo and great service from Sandra and Jay saved us a substantial amount of money and time. Their advice we received was priceless as well. My then fiancé and I returned to 125 Bridal for his ensemble. Jay helped him find exactly what he was looking for - something more elaborate than a basic tux - and was able to custom order his jacket that wasn’t usually carried in their store (or in his size). From shoes to groomsmen tuxes, Jay and Chris were able to pull together every piece of the groomsmen outfits and save us a lot of money while doing so. Jay even snagged a newly debuted matching veil for me while he was at a bridal show in Chicago that completed my look and saved me even more money while looking like a million dollars! Fast forward to wedding day - we both looked and felt amazing. We received SO many compliments from our guests, and many other friends/family who saw photos thereafter. Jay, Sandra, Chris and Irene (the seamstress recommended to me by 125 Bridal) were an outstanding team to work with, had wonderful demeanors/communication throughout the process, and made our experience (with every person out-of-state and a shorter timeline than most) so wonderful. We enjoyed working with them and we will definitely return/recommend to others for all future occasions!!

Wonderful local shop! They were friendly, they made it easy to shop in a specific budget, and they were communicative during supply-chain challenges. They went above and beyond to connect me with someone who could do the alterations on the dress. Thank you so much!

I had a great time at 125 Bridal, they are wonderful!!! We made an appointment to check out some wedding gowns - it felt like the staff was waiting for us and they gave us a truly wonderful experience! They listened to my needs, and were mindful of my budget. The owner, Jay, was able to make some wonderful recommendations and bring up ideas I hadn’t even thought of! I wound up being able to get an even nicer gown than I had expected!

I found out about 125 Bridal while at the wedding expo in Manchester. I was able to schedule an appointment at the expo for a few months out and that is when I said yes to my dress! The whole team was awesome to work with and made trying on and picking a dress fun. They set me up with Irene as a seamstress. Irene was the sweetest person and did incredible work on my dress alterations. I couldn't have been happier with Irene or 125 Bridal! I would highly recommend working with them.

DO NOT RENT YOUR TUX FROM HERE! Renting from here nearly ruined my wedding. It was bad enough a few people tried their suits on initially and they didn’t fit, but my stomach dropped when my now husband called me to tell me they ordered the wrong tux. We changed or original selection because we didn’t have bridesmaids dresses at that time. It wasn’t the look we wanted overall so we made a point of changing the entire tux, some ties and a few other things but got stuck with the option we did not want. Though they did say they could order and get the other tux in time, we had little faith that it would be right. Several people already had size issues and the new option would only be there 1-2 days before the wedding. Also, most of the guys had picked up their tuxes already. It would have wasted more of their time to try on and get adjustments for another tux only a couple days before the wedding. My dad couldn’t even fit in his original tux (5+ sizes too small) and his pants were too short (they said they’d fix the pants but never did). Pretty much everyone in the wedding party had some issue so ordering the other option seemed too risky the week of our wedding. They also didn’t give us enough cuff links and they shorted us pocket squares. They told us to cut them in half so everyone could have one. It was an ABSOLUTE MESS! We didn’t spend thousands of dollars on a wedding for it to be destroyed because of a company’s incompetence. They are a tux company so I don’t know how they could screw this up so bad. The only positive experience we had was with Chris. Although things were screwed up, he did the best he could do to assist us. I will now forever see in my wedding pictures that my dad is wearing short pants, the tux’s are just WRONG, and our groomsmen had pocket squares we had to cut ourselves. Horrible experience, I’ve never cried so much! For your sanity, do not give this company your business.

We took several trips to 125 Bridal Boutique for our wedding and each time we could not have been happier with the experience. We got our bridesmaid dresses, mother of the groom dress, and all our tuxedos here. Everyone looked absolutely perfect for our big day! They had a wide range of sizes for the bridesmaids to try on, which was a plus! Chris made sure to get everything ordered in plenty of time for our December wedding, and was so much fun to work with!

I ran into these guys at a bridal expo & was enticed to a bridal appointment with a $150 off coupon. While they are very knowledgeable of the industry the experience was not the greatest. The store isn't dirty per say, but rather cramped and dingy. Small selection of dresses but enough to get an idea of what you like and don't like. Prices are pretty discounted but finding the one here felt like needle in a haystack. The consultant Jay talked at us about history of dresses, material and his knowledge of designers and materials but wasn't very helpful otherwise. Despite telling him what we were or were not looking for we had to go shop for and pull our own dresses. He did not stop us from pulling dresses out of budget leaving us to try on and like a dress out of our price range. He simply stood by and made comments as if he was a part of the viewing section- sometimes uncomfortable ones. He asked where else we were shopping and only looked for reasons to put those stores down to look better in comparison rather than build his own business up with positive reasons to work with him. Major red flag. While he was never overtly inappropriate, there were some unprofessional comments and gestures. Not a place to shop alone.

I decided to move up my wedding by 10 months and gave myself only 6 weeks to plan my wedding and find a dress. I went to only one other shop looking for my dress before I went to 125 Bridal and the first dress they pulled out for me was the one! I canceled all my other appointments for the following days and walked out with my dress less than an hour later. I got so many compliments and I was able to stay in my budget without any issue. It is not the fanciest bridal boutique experience out there but I would definitely recommend going to 125 Bridal.

Although they have a wealth of experience in bridal ware, I felt like they took the time to get to know me and really focus on what was important to me in planning my big day- Very personalized service. I never felt rushed to make my important choice in a selecting a wedding gown. I recommend them highly.

This bridal shop was so nice to go to. Super easy and laid back and such good energy! Everyone that was working was so sweet & nice! I recommend this place to find your wedding dress ❤️

Jay and Chris are absolutely incredible!!!! They literally went above and beyond their duties! any time I had questions or felt any anxiety about anything they were right there to answer me and put me at ease. They are seriously just so amazing! Jay helped in so many different aspects of our day not just my dress and Chris was such a good help to all the guys and offered us good input and advice about suit/tie options. The seamstress Irene also deserves a shout out for being so wonderful and kind! her work was beautiful

During COVID 2020 unfortunately was when my now Husband and I were scheduled to get married and that made things challenging for all couples, venues, and vendors...125 Bridal Boutique was where we got the suits for my husband and his Groomsmen for our wedding day and Jay and the staff at 125 Bridal were amazing and We could not have been happier with them! They were so nice, flexible, and understanding throughout everything! They were wonderful! We had our colors for the wedding and went to Jay with ideas for the suits/ tuxes and he helped us pick out the rest and the guys looked even better than I could have imagined on the wedding day! When I saw my husband for our first look he looked fantastic! We would highly recommend 125 Bridal Boutique and working with Jay to anyone looking for men’s formal wear!

We had a fantastic experience at 125 Bridal! Jay was extremely knowledgable and informative, but also gave us space to discuss our options without someone hanging over our shoulder. He would pop in at the perfect times to answer questions and offer advice. Before we decided on the one, he made calls to find dresses I was interested in that they didn't have in stock, and found out what could and couldn't be altered with certain designers. Once we settled on the one (We had to go back a second time before I was sure) they took my measurments, and found out what would be easiest and cheapest based on what I wanted for the gown. We ended up staying exactly in our budget, when other stores told us we didn't have a chance! I am so grateful to the 125 Bridal Team and all they did to get me my dream dress.

After contacting/visiting almost every bridal store in New England, I was starting to think finding the dress I wanted was going to be impossible! Luckily, one of the girls working at a different shop suggested I contact Jay at 125 Bridal! I am SO incredibly grateful that I did! Jay stayed late that same night to meet with me and spent hours going over what I was looking for! His knowledge and connections made ordering my CUSTOM BLACK CASABLANCA wedding dress so easy! Unfortunately we ordered during Chinese New Year when a lot of the manufacturing plants were shut down, and then COVID-19 hit, making me start to panic about whether or not my dress was going to arrive in time for the wedding! Jay worked endlessly, constantly keeping in contact with Casablanca, and keeping me updating, and made sure the dress arrived with plenty of time! We did have to reschedule our wedding until 2021, but I cannot wait to show off this dress! It is so perfect in every way, more than what I ever could have asked for! I’ll be back to update with photos of the dress after the wedding! Jay made everything so easy, we even ended up ordering all of our tux rentals and shoes for the groom and wedding party from here as well! I cannot thank Jay enough! 🖤🖤🖤

I have been to this boutique twice and been treated so well both times! They had my dream dress that I tried on more than a year ago STILL IN STOCK!! Chris and Jay were amazing and so helpful!! Could not say enough great things about this store and the employees, I would highly recommend to anyone!

125 Bridal has been the absolute best decision we have made for our wedding day. Jay (the owner) is a true saint; he has been so patient and flexible with me, my mothers, fiancé, and all of our groomsman. I purchased my wedding dress, veil, and shoes here and all of our wedding party got their tuxes here. Especially with all of the craziness that has gone wrong in 2020 for our wedding and difficulty we’ve had with our other vendors, it has been such a relief that we know we can count on Jay and 125 Bridal to make our wedding day perfect in every way they can. Can’t recommend them enough!

I went to 125 Bridal Boutique yesterday for the first time. I have the most AMAZING experience. They have a lot of selection for wedding dresses in a reasonable price. I had an amazing experience with 125 Bridal. From purchasing my dream dress and veil, to all my bridesmaids gowns and even renting tuxes, Jay made the entire experience perfect. He went above and beyond in all aspects and even saved the day by having a back up bridesmaids dress and a plan for one of our bridal emergencies. The staff at 125 was so helpful and sweet. They really took the time to help me find seamstresses and take care of little things along the way. The groomsmen had perfect fitting tuxes and all minor adjustments were fixed within 24 hours. By the end of my wedding weekend, they truly felt like family after a year and a half of planning!

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from here and the staff was attentive when it came to trying different ones on, answering any questions we had, taking measurements, and checking out. However despite ordering mid April for my early September wedding, the dresses did not come in until mid August which left very little time for alterations (which there ended up being a lot of!). The store only does alterations Thursdays and Saturdays and they were so booked up that one of my bridesmaids had to go somewhere else to have hers done, despite being told there would have been plenty of time to get them done before the wedding. I have them as 4 stars though because I bought bow ties and pocket squares for the groomsmen here to match the dresses and they came in very quickly.

Natalie and Jay went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. The only difficult part of the process was having to choose between all of the amazingly stunning gowns. They were professional, on top of every detail we didn't even consider, and made the entire experience fun and painless for me, my bridesmaids, and my mother and mother-in-law. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I would recommend them 1,000x over. Thank you 125 Bridal-- for making my dream a reality.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! We went in today after making a 2:00 appointment. We were ignored until I asked for some help. I asked if the woman (girl) could give us clips for the back of the dress. She walked over, handed the clips and walked away. My niece tried on the three dresses without any help, interaction or assistance from the staff. We left the store without a single word spoken. My daughter and my niece have to buy one of the 3 dresses tried on today from for a wedding in GA. You can be sure it WILL NOT BE FROM 125 BRIDAL. If today was any indication of the service, I can only imagine what will happen if we ran into a snag after ordering!

I never write reviews but had such an amazing experience at 125 Bridal! I was a "walk in" appointment on a very busy weekend. I was greeted by a young woman at the desk with a big smile welcoming me! She advised me the consultants were tied up but if I could wait 10-15 minutes I would have my own personal consultant. I waited and checked out the huge bridesmaids selection. My consultant Amy came out and introduced herself. I was brought back to the bridal suite where she asked several questions about my wedding and about what I was looking for. I know she really listened to what I had to say because she came back with dresses that were exactly what I was looking for! I left that day finding my dream dress. I just had to thank Amy & the staff for their welcoming me on a busy day where other places turn you away. You can tell the girls there truly love what they are doing and want to help you look your best on your wedding day!! I will definitely be back for my bridesmaids!!

Natalie is a joy to work with. She is attentive but not over bearing. She has a way of understanding what you and your bridal party need. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The shop is reasonably priced but great quality.

The salon was clean and the staff was very friendly. Amy was able to help narrow in on the best dress for me. the staff was encouraging and helpful throughout the entire process.

I went here first to get my dress and absolutely fell in love with the staff, the store, and my dress! The staff are so caring and helpful, and really care about your personal experience. There have been many happy brides here, and all places will say that, but I can confirm you will have nothing short of an amazing experience here. The manager and the owner were great about working with my budget and what kind of dress I was looking for. They had everything I needed for my wedding party, it made it so easy! We got our tuxes through here and bridesmaid dresses. They had gorgeous mother of the bride gowns too. I would definitely recommend!!

I did not get my wedding dress here, but did purchase a STUNNING veil, as well as Mother of the Bride gown and other small pieces. In addition, 125 has been my first stop for all my gown and dress needs throughout the years from prom to pageants an beyond. Natalie and her staff truly care about their customers and are very patient in finding just what you are looking for. They give opinions and suggestions, which is exactly what you want from experts! They even go so far as to ordering a dress you have seen on line even if they don't have it in store. They have a wide price range and selection and I always feel like I have walked away with the perfect item and a deal! Thank you 125! XOXO

Staff is super friendly and helpful - I worked directly with Natalie who not only helped me pick out my gown but my 8 bridesmaid dresses as well! The on-site seamstress, Sally B, is amazing to work with as well. She has an eye for where to nip and tuck a dress in so that it falls perfectly. She was so accommodating and sewed a piece of my mom's wedding dress inside my dress at no extra charge! Would highly recommend 125 Bridal and Sally to anyone!

So this review is a little late but I have never forgotten how wonderful 125 Bridal Boutique was to me. I was a bridesmaid that was a last minute pick in a wedding where another bridesmaid had backed out. The dress that all the girls were wearing was not a "quick ship" and the dress I was given by the bridesmaid that backed out did not fit very well. The folks at 125 Bridal worked their magic! They called the designer and requested a rush dress as well as fabric...the reason being is if the dress didn't come in on time the fabric could be added by their seamstress. Needless to say the fabric came in first. Their seamstress was awesome!!! More like a best friend. She was funny, told me not to stress. She worked under the gun as time was short, did everything I needed in a 24 hour period...basically she didn't sleep. I purchased the dress that eventually came in as well because it could always be donated for a girl for prom....so it's a win win!! I would HIGHLY recommend 125 Bridal. Love all of them over there!!!

With the assistance from the 125 Bridal staff, our son’s girlfriend was able to find the ideal color dress for her prom and our son was able to rent exactly what they wanted for a complimentary Tux. The dress was the perfect color and style, but it required significant alterations. Sally Bruce was her seamstress and she did a SUPOERIOR job customizing and altering the dress for her. The dress fit her perfectly when she arrived for the final fitting. The staff was great, but I’d like to personally thank Sally for her great work which helped to make their special day a very memorable one!

Went to 125 bridal for alterations and felt forced into having a bra sewn into the dress and when I picked it up they were safety pinned in and the sales manager tried to convince us that was the finished product! In addition none of the tuxes fit when they came in and had to be sent back out! Very unreliable and the staff does not care. Do not trust them with your wedding day

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience there. The owner threatened to cancel our tuxes for our entire wedding party. Negative and unprofessional staff. Natalie, the Manager, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and genuinely does not care about you or your needs as a customer. The Owner, is arrogant and only cares about money. If you want a bad attitude, and negative experience then this is the place to go. They are entirely unorganized, got our appointments wrong on MULTIPLE occasions. They do not make anything easy and do nothing but cause stress for your wedding day. Would not recommend.

Ashley was awesome. I had already been to 5 bridal salons and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Ashley pulled gowns that matched the description of my dream dress. When I had it on, if it wasn't the dress, I wasn't going to sit there thinking about it. She easily kept up with me as dresses were quickly ruled out. I ended up purchasing a discontinued gown off the rack, and I plan to return to 125 Bridal with my bridesmaids.

We bought my daughter's flower girl dress here. The consultants were great helping her find a dress that came in the red we needed. They were professional and very sweet. They called us when the dress was in and set up an alterations appointment for her and the dress was perfect. Both my daughter and the bride were thrilled!

Had an appointment with Natalie Hanson the sales manager on a Sunday. We had 6 girls trying on bridesmaid dresses and she pulled all gowns for everyone to try and was helping throughout the entire appointment from clipping the dress to suggestions as what would look nice on each girl. Super knowledgeable and engaging service and plan on shopping for my wedding dress there!

Natalie has been amazing to work with for both my wedding dress and my bridesmaids' dresses. She was very attentive at each appointment. She picked out dresses for each of us and truly gave her opinion on what was flattering/ what was not. I definitely recommend 125 bridal. Natalie!

Natalie was Very helpful. I was there for bridesmaid dresses. She found dresses for us and made great suggestions. We were the only ones there and had both dressing rooms to ourselves. I recommend this salon!

I had a fantastic experience at 125 Bridal!! I bought my wedding dress there and my consultant Natalie was incredible! I am small chested and have spent my life hiking up strapless dresses and did not want to spend my wedding day doing that. She put me in some options with straps but I wasn't loving anything. She asked if I wanted to try a strapless dress just to see how it felt. The said there was a ton of structure in them and she was absolutely right! The dress I ended up choosing was strapless and I never once worried about it falling down. We ordered it and when it came it it fit me perfectly.. Almost too perfectly!! I have been working out and had built a lot of muscle so even though it got like a glove I was a little nervous about sitting down. The seamstress listened to all my concerns and let it out just a hair while keeping all the gorgeous lace in tact. My dress in the end fit perfectly and I received so many comments on how stunning it was, how great I looked in it and how it had a gorgeous vintage look too it. It was everything I had hoped for and the staff made sure all of my needs and concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. Two of my bride aids who were local also ordered their dresses from here and were thrilled. One was pregnant at the time but wouldn't be during the wedding, and she was concerned about the measuring process and the fit after her pregnancy. They did a fantastic job of ordering the right size and the only alterations needed were tightening the straps and adding snaps to the straps so that she could still breast feed. I mean truly amazing!! 125 Bridal made sure that all of my needs were met and they took impeccable care of my bridesmaids. I would recommend them to any bride looking!!

The location has moved since I have purchased my dress, however, the shop doesn't look like much from outside. The store mostly looks like prom fashions but they have an extensive bridal selection as well. My consultant did not seem to understand what I was looking for, however, she brought me my dream dress. The owner is not the most friendly, but all it all it was a good experience.

Great service, love my dress, and I'm inviting my consultant to my wedding! she really knew her stuff and when I had fears or questions she was happy to answer them! AND my bridesmaids are getting 10% off because I got my gown there!

I had used 125 bridal in the past for an emergency alteration a few years ago and had a great experience, so I decided to visit them for my wedding dress. First and foremost, the first consultant I encountered while shopping for the dress did not listen to what I was looking for AT ALL. I am a size 16 and it was obvious she was annoyed at trying to find something for me. I explained multiple times what I was looking for and she kept bringing back the exact opposite (ie. I said lace and tulle, she brought satin). I was getting so frustrated that I secretly even asked my mother and MOH if I was not explaining myself correctly. Finally, my MOH happened to be looking at a rack and found THE dress. Thank god for her! I decided to order a matching veil as well. This was in the end of January, early February. By the end of June or somewhere there abouts, my dress came in and I had my first fitting. My veil was not in yet. They told me it would most likely be in the next shipment. The seamstress Joanne (not the one I had used previously) was a bit gruff and pushy. The consultant told me I wouldn't be wearing a bra but Joanne told me I had to find one. No problem. By August (wedding month), it dawned on me that I hadn't gotten a call yet about my veil, so I called them. It still wasn't there. I expressed that I was nervous and the girl on the phone decided to call the owner. They had gotten confused because myself and another girl had ordered similar veils...so they had to order it AGAIN. Talk about last minute. I ordered it six months prior! They were EXTREMELY rude to me about my bra situation. I couldn't find one that worked with that particular dress and they weren't much help. I visited their shop multiple times to see what they had and it always seemed like I was a bother to them. The seamstress told me she would put bra clips in and never did. Then when I went to pick the dress up the week of my wedding, they didn't even have me try it on (even when I asked). I tried it on at home and found that it was far too big in the top. When I called to get help, they were extremely rude to me, acting like it was my fault and I was bothering them. I understand backing up your employees, but when a seamstress says shell do something and clearly doesn't, how is that the customer's fault? I had to cancel my other appointments to make an emergency trip to the seamstress's shop in newmarket, only after she was so rude to me on the phone that I had to hand it over to my mother before I let her have it. The dress was fixed, but it still never looked completely right. I loved my dress, but the experience at 125 bridal was horrible. Every girl dreams of finding her dress and this seriously put a damper on my experience. I won't be going back there nor recommending them to anyone.

I've been a customer of this vendor for more than 20 years. I got my prom dress here and even starred in a fashion show here when I was a teenager. That's why I write this with some disappointment because my experience here wasn't all that I had hoped for. I had shopped at several locations before I went to 125 and they all let me choose my dresses on my own. I was a bit surprised when I went to 125 because the saleswoman selected everything for me and many of them were way off the mark. But the saleswoman was young and inexperienced, but very sweet so I was willing to roll with it. Ultimately, she did select the dress that I purchased and it was truly the most amazing dress I have ever seen. So for this, I am quite grateful. Since 125 has been in business for so long I thought that their seamstresses would be top notch and comfortable altering the dresses from the boutique. My seamstress was Sally. Honestly, from the first meeting with her I should've just decided to go with a different seamstress. She was not well kept, dressed like a slob and made really offensive comments to me about other brides. She struck me as VERY unprofessional. She made me nervous because she seemed a bit uncomfortable altering my particular dress and again, I should've just said thanks, but no thanks and gone to a different seamstress... but I didn't. I still trusted that she knew what she was doing. So I let her do the alterations and I came back a few weeks later to try it on. The location had moved and they put me in a dark dressing room where I could barely see what I was doing. I waited for Sally for 15 minutes to come and review the alterations. She seemed very huffy with me and I really didn't appreciate her attitude. Thankfully, the dress did fit fine and the alterations were acceptable. BUT when I brought my dress out of the store and into the light I noticed the inside had blue pen markings all over the inside!!!! I was shocked. I'm not a girl to complain but this was truly upsetting. Luckily I brought the dress to a dry cleaner and they removed the markings. So my best advice is to go here for your dress, don't expect to pick everything out on your own, and DO NOT GET YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE HERE, ESPECIALLY BY SALLY!!!

We went here for my bridal party's dresses for my wedding- when we found the dresses we wanted to order the girl said there was plenty of time to receive the dresses in time- we ordered several (3-4) months out. My wedding was August 2nd and my girls didn't receive their dresses until the week of July 28th. NOT EVEN ONE WEEK before my wedding. I called several times before then to check on the order and they were extremely short and annoyed that I even called to check up on my order. She said "Well they're still not here, IF they even get here in time for the wedding, we'll have to rush alterations...you should have ordered earlier..." So on top of receiving our order very late, we had to pay for their mistakes by rushing alterations and paying extra. I would recommend that unless you want to have a stressful and frustrating experience, to NEVER order from 125 Bridal Boutique. So unprofessional and rude.

I used 125 bridal for my bridal party's dresses. We found a dress that we liked (with no help, and 2 girls just standing at the desk talking), and were ready to get measured. The girl that was measuring appeared to have no idea what she was doing. She had measured 2 of my girl's sizes completely off, and my step mom measured them correctly. We ordered the dress in the color and specified that we wanted short dresses. I get a call about 2 months later saying they are in. I go to pick them up and the dresses are long. The manager said that was no problem and the company that made the dresses made the error. I get a call 3 days later that my "new" dresses are in. When my girls tried them on, it was awful. It looked like the bottoms were hacked with scissors by someone who clearly didn't know what they were doing. They claimed that they sent them back and the company sent these dresses, which is clearly wrong. I took the dresses to a professional seamstress who fixed them for us. I will never use 125 Bridal for anything again.

I went with my Mother and Aunt for my first time trying on wedding dresses. I was warmly welcomed, and taken by my consultant within the first couple of minutes arriving. Sandra was very nice, and seemingly knowledgeable about the different dress styles and colors. We got right down to business! I tried on dress after dress after dress. Finally, I was torn between the style of one dress but in the color of another. I decided to just call it a day because I was feeling overwhelmed. My consultant was clearly unhappy with that choice and persuaded me to try on one more that she had in mind that was in the color I desired. We waited a while for her to come back, and unfortunately it was empty handed. The sample dress was no where to be found. We agreed it was the end of my appointment and I got back into my own clothes. Just as we were about to walk out, she brought over the most gorgeous dress that was in the exact color I wanted! Only problem was, it was already in a bridal garment bag with another bride's name on it. She explained that THIS was the dress she was unable to find the sample of. She then offered to take it out of the bag and let me try it on. ANOTHER BRIDES BRAND NEW DRESS!?!?! I immediately said no that I would NEVER do that, she then agreed it probably wasn't a good idea. What if I tore something or ripped beading off? I'm sure "ANGELA B" didn't pay a sample dress price, so why should her beautiful NEW gown be treated as one?? I was appalled. My stomach was in knots thinking about how uncaring and greedy she must be to go that far just for a sale. So unprofessional! I won't be back.

I bought my dress here during a running of the bride event. It was a sample sale and my dress was 50% off! I got an $1800 for $900 and it was in great condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The event had dresses from multiple stores, so I'm not sure if my dress was originally from them or not and I didn't try any dresses on from the store itself. But the dresses seemed to be in the back, so I think they are closed stock, but they also could of been making room for the event as well... All in all, it was a good experience
