Based in Kapolei, HI, 1311 Events offers catering services for weddings and other special occasions. With their professionalism and high-quality service, they will have your guests talking about the food for months after your day of celebrations.
Jordan Rabe founded 1311 Events, which, with help from his family, became the largest event rental company in Hawaii. During his childhood, he had the opportunity to learn about the industry through his father, who owned his own catering business. With his years of experience, you will get a customized menu that perfectly suits your styles and tastes for a wonderful celebration.
1311 Events offers a range of catering packages, from plated service that gives guests a refined dining experience to hand-passed hors d'oeuvres like bite-sized appetizers served directly to everyone. They can also serve a buffet-style meal with a customized spread of dishes. The team serves delicious meals, including Local-Style Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, North Shore-style garlic Lemon Butter Shrimp, and much more.
