We cannot say enough good things about our experience at 14 Karat and finding the perfect engagement ring. We worked closely with Alyssa, who not only made great suggestions, but also we felt went above and beyond in helping us. Having done extensive research before our meeting with her, we both were extremely particular in finding the perfect diamond. Alyssa was incredibly patient and kind to us, and met with us multiple weekends in a row to help us find “the one”. After our first meeting with her, my fiancé and I knew we did not want to go anywhere else. Alyssa’s knowledge, expertise, and superior customer service skills out matched anything we had seen. She was committed to helping us get exactly what we were looking for. We are so happy with the finished product and can’t wait to work with Alyssa again to select our wedding bands! The commute from Des Moines to Omaha was definitely worth it! We highly recommend 14 Karat and Alyssa! You will be in wonderful hands in choosing them!

My fiancé Anthony worked with John on building a custom engagement ring for me. It FAR exceeded any expectation I ever had for a ring I will wear for the rest of my life. I LOVE it. He gave them a tough timeline and we both couldn't be happier with the experience at 14 Karat!

My husband got my engagement ring here and had a wonderful experience. We came back to get his wedding ring. We ordered 6 months before the wedding. It came back and it was the wrong ring. So they reordered. It showed up a day before the wedding and it was still the wrong ring. They offered to give him a ring to use for the wedding. We ended up just buying the wrong ring. They gave us a 50 dollar discount...... not worth the wrong ring.

My husband and I worked with Lucie at 14 Karat and she was absolutely wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and helpful in the ring buying process. She also helped my husband pick out the engagement ring and it is perfect!! I get so many compliments on how my rings look together and not only that, but they are the perfect rings for me! They helped us pick out my husband's band and made the process so easy.

Found beautiful bands, mine was even done custom. They have slimmer margins than most places in the area, giving you much more for your money. Everyone we worked with was amazing and prompt! I even had my main diamond come loose after a vacation and they fixed it and cleaned it right away!

We really liked working with Mindy. Scott got my engagement ring there and we got his wedding band there. We got my wedding band elsewhere, only because they didn't have the specific width I wanted in stock and we ordered sort of late. We spent a good chunk of money on those two rings but the appraisal was much higher, so we felt like we got a good deal on my engagement ring. His ring is perfect. Simple. Gorgeous as well. No stone.

Linda was wonderful. My husband and I went into the store together prior to our engagement to pick out a ring together. We had an approximate budget and wanted a champagne diamond. 14-karat is unique because you pick your band and your diamond separate according to your budget. Linda spent several weeks finding the exact color of diamond I wanted and made sure I had a band that it would look best in. I am completely satisfied with the experience and love my ring!

My fiance initially went to a larger jewelry store to purchase my engagement ring but they made him feel extremely uncomfortable and even tried to convince him he needed to double his budget in order to get a "good" ring. After leaving he was sure he would never go to a jewelry store again but he was referred by a close friend to 14 karat. He met with Amy who helped him every step of the way and made him feel comfortable and at ease. And she found him the perfect engagement ring and the quality is superior. I know without her, I would not have a ring on my finger today! ;)

I worked with Renee at 14K and she did great. My husband picked out my wedding band with her and then we got our band with her as well. She kept us in the loop on timeframe and was always available when I needed to talk to her. They have a great variety of rings and customer service has always been great with them.

I don't go a single week without a compliment on my wedding ring. It is downright beautiful. My husband picked out the ring with the help of Linda, and I couldn't be happier. It seriously makes people jealous :) We were/are completely satisfied with the service and the rings.

We worked with John Osterholm at 14 Karat and he is super friendly and helpful! We purchased both my ring set and my fiance's ring here. Would reccommend them to anyone. Great value and satisfaction when purchasing from here. John is great and easy to get a hold of.

Love this place!!! They have done an amazing job on both our rings and jewelry! Can be intimidating but just trust me! They are awesome!
