The venue is so beautiful that we did not need a lot of flowers or decorations - it is stunning as is. Our package included a small rehearsal dinner at the Sip at 1620 Wine Bar as well - such an amazing perk. Guests keep telling us what a beautiful and special weekend our wedding was and that is all thanks to 1620 Winery!

never we had questions she answered right away. We chose the venue because it is so nice inside it doesn’t even need decoration. I am allergic to flowers so really wanted a place that didn’t need to be dressed up. Day of the wedding it was pouring out. Guests were able to easily be dropped at the door for shuttle service and were inside the venue for the whole night. Everyone loved the flow of the event, being able to be in one location for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We really appreciated that the 1620 staff took care of us as the bride and groom. They made sure we had our own plate of appetizers right before cocktail hour, continuously filled our drinks/water, and kept a close eye to see if we needed anything. We couldn’t recommend this staff and venue enough.

large wedding with over 200 guests. Jenn and Ashley were amazing and helped us figure out the best floor plan and timeline of events taking into account the size of the group. The whole wedding was executed seamlessly. The service of the entire team, coordinators, chef, waitstaff and bartenders, was truly unmatched and made such a different for us, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the Winery. We can't recommend the venue and team enough!

tention about 1620 was the tiered pricing based on the type of wedding you wanted. We appreciated not feeling nickel and dimed every step of the way for every decision that was made. The venue is beautiful, and the wine and food are great, but the standout is how easy everything was made from beginning to end. Jenn simplified everything for us, was flexible in accommodating some of our less traditional ideas (having the ceremony in the middle room; having guests process to us instead, etc.), and provided much needed feedback and ideas on how to work around some of our less practical ideas. She coordinates seamlessly with the staff and other vendors, so much so that it really felt like we had no idea how everything pulled together, and if anything went wrong, we were none the wiser. The whole team at 1620 Winery put together a beautiful, stress-free day for us!

beautiful and unique as a venue. We loved the convenience of everything being in one place- and so did our guests! We also loved that although it is primarily an inside venue (with air conditioning for a summer wedding!), there is a large outside deck for guests to enjoy. Logistics and planning were a dream. They are incredibly organized and prepared for anything. Jenn, the coordinator, clearly knows how to run a fantastic wedding and if anything went wrong behind the scenes, we have no idea! The wine was delicious and a fun talking point for guests. The food was hands down some of the best food we’ve had at a wedding (we loved going to the tasting ahead of time, too!) - our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how unique and fun the venue was. We love, love, loved getting married there and would suggest it to ANYONE looking to book with them. We are so happy with our decision to choose 1620 Winery at Cordage Park.

On the day of our wedding, the whole team at 1620 Winery was fantastic. From making sure all of our details and decorations were on display, to helping make everything run so smoothly, the day was perfect. Jenn not only understood that, she made the most memorable day happen. We were readjusting the plan legitimately up until day of. Jenn's creativity and dedication to making our wedding happen 1. Safely 2. Memorably and 3. In a way that felt authentic and unique to us was amazing. Our wedding day is truly a story for the books... livestreamed, split rooms, cardboard cutouts, last minute minister, party bus for two, the list goes on. Jenn took the chaos and made it into a forever memory. Thank you Jenn, thank you 1620. Truly a beautiful venue, especially if you like me are a lover of wine. Be sure to take pictures everywhere, because the whole place is worth capturing. I wish we could go back just for another photo shoot sometimes, truly gorgeous. Oh and did I say the foods amazing? I'm honestly forever grateful with how our wedding turned out in what felt like such an uncertain time.

We had booked this venue out back in October of 2020. My husband and I had toured many wedding venues from resorts to gardens to barns to estates/mansions. Not only were we focusing on the venue itself but also the area where the venue was as well. We had a lot of guests coming from out of town so for us it was important to accommodate our guests to have things to do in the area whom were not in the wedding party. All the places we looked at were either A. Not everything was included in the price of the venue (had to deal with rentals and getting a wedding planner) B. The space needed more additional decor and C. There was nothing else to do in the area. When I finally toured the 1620 Winery with my mom and sister (my husband could not go) I instantly fell IN LOVE with the venue. I instantly knew walking it, this is it. THIS is the one! My sister had recommended the venue since she knew someone who had gotten married there. It had checked off all the boxes of everything we were looking for. The venue fit the esthetic that we wanted (rustic elegance), the venue came with an day of event coordinator and didn’t have to worry about renting chairs and tables, the space itself is gorgeous as is and really did not need a lot of Additional decor, and the area of Plymouth has so much to offer and so much history and things to do. This also is a popular area of thanksgiving time, which represented our dating anniversary so it just seemed so right. The owner Raquel was super personable and really enjoyed getting to know her and talking about the space! I instantly fell in love and had to take my husband to see the venue instantly. We had went there for brunch to try there food before we decided to go with them. The food was delicious and Shane loved the rustic space as well so right then and there we were committed to move forward Throughout the whole planning, the event coordinator Jenn made everything so easy and effortless! She answered all of our questions promptly (we had many) and was so attentive through out the whole planning and the days leading up to the event and the event itself! The day of event could have not turned out better! Her and her assistant (blonde hair forgot her name) was so attentive to me and Shane all night and always made sure we had a drink in our hands and kept asking us if we needed anything! We were a little bit behind schedule during cocktail hour (a little picture family drama but that was not the venues fault was more ours for not keeping track of time) but Jenn made sure for us not to stress out about it and kept telling me to “don’t be sorry” This venue is a dream and could have not asked for a better place to get married! All our guests raved about the venue and got compliments all night about the venue itself! We got compliments non stop about the food! Every selection we made for the menu everyone said each item was delicious. A lot of our guests said this hands down was one of the top 3 weddings they have ever been to! Thank you 1620 winery! Me and Shane can’t wait to come back and visit and do a dinner or wine tasting here!

The 1620 Winery was absolutely beautiful on its own and we were able to use their wine barrels free of charge as part of our décor. They allowed me to bring in all of my decor, in which the staff transformed the entire venue into my dream wedding space. Jenn, Ashley, and the 1620 crew put in an unbelievable amount of effort for my wedding. We were so lucky to have them. If you're looking for a coordinator that will support you leading up to and on your actual wedding day, you will be in good hands with Jenn. From all the stress of the pandemic, postponing, and a few other bumps in the road, they were the most supportive and accommodating during the entire process. In addition to all of the above, the food and drinks are OUTSTANDING. We went with the deluxe menu which was perfect for what my husband and I wanted. The chef let us have a vegan dish on the menu for our guests (which was a great gesture). Our family and friends complimented the food and drinks; especially the 1620 Winery's wine. The bar will have the most popular wines available at your wedding day. A few of my guests are wine connoisseurs and let me tell you, they loved 1620's wine! Also, we were able to have a special signature drink on the menu. The dance floor space was sufficiently large enough for all of us to get our groove on. We went with a DJ, but there is certainly large enough space to have a band or live musician. Our guests had a blast during our big day. The photos and videos from our 1620 Winery @ Cordage Park wedding are stunning; The exposed brick back drop, back wine barrel filled room, beautiful staircase lit up with decorations, and a breath-taking chandelier. If you're considering a wedding here, Google image 1620 Winery weddings and you'll see exactly what I mean. Not only is the interior of the space awesome, but it's right on the ocean so if you're looking for wedding photos on a beachy- area, you have that option too. Plus, there are railroad tracks right outside the winery for an industrial vibe. 1620 Winery @ Cordage Park is an incredible wedding venue. I am so happy I chose this location 100000/10 recommend!

vendors that we looked at felt super impersonal, but they cared about every detail and wanted to make our wedding exactly what we envisioned. Working with Jenn also was amazing. Anything that I needed on the day of, they got for me. The venue was perfect and did not require very much decorating in order to look great. Additionally, they made it super easy to choose everything and were up front about all of the costs. All of our guests raved about how awesome this venue was.

Our initial venue tour was scheduled by the event coordinator, Jenn, but when arriving, we were so surprised to be met by the owner, Raquel! She sat us down, got to know us, explained all the hard work her and her husband have put into the building and this really impressed us, as we felt so welcome! From there, Jenn was our point of contact for the 2 years of planning and all I can say is WOW. She is amazing at what she does. Jen was my saving grace through Covid-rescheduling. She and the owners were SO understanding and accommodating. We never had to worry about anything working with them throughout the rescheduling. Jenn’s calm & patient demeanor is exactly what a bride needs to have in a coordinator when planning a wedding. She is so down to earth, yet an executor – she takes notes and everything went exactly as planned. Our day finally arrived, and Jen and her staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect from the schedule, the food, the people, the décor, EVERYTHING. They made it all about us and our day, and didn’t let us forget that, which I am forever grateful for. We had one server dedicated to us the whole day and night, Kelly, who is outstanding! She kept us sane, fed and happy throughout the Wedding. I am so grateful to her. You rock Kelly! Lastly, I’d like to point out that they went as far as to pack up my décor nicely and neatly for me to pick up the next day. SO nice of them. Venue: Speaks for itself. Absolutely gorgeous. Food: AMAZING – everyone complimented it & enjoyed their meals. Even the cheese from our charcuterie board was some of the best cheese I’ve ever had. They have plenty of options to choose from and everything was served warm and delicious! That’s hard to find in a venue! Finally, I can’t say enough great things about this venue and Jenn & Raquel. I’m so thankful to them, and would recommend this as the best venue in New England!

Together, we planned 3 weddings before the actual event took place, but in each iteration of the plan, Jenn was so helpful and supportive, making sure everything would work out and that we were happy and remained excited about our wedding. The food at both the rehearsal dinner (tapas and flatbreads) and the wedding reception (swordfish and short ribs) was incredible! We know a lot of couples say they don't get to eat at their wedding, but we made sure we did since everything was delicious! The lay-out of the winery is perfect for moving from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing to relaxing by the fireplace when you need a break from the dance floor. We really can't speak highly enough of this venue and the management team, which supports you at every turn. They had great vendor suggestions and we ended up with an amazing team that made our wedding unforgettable. We will forever be grateful and hope to attend another wedding at the 1620 Winery as a guest soon!!
