menities and decor. The main floor of the house is spacious and was great for hosting most of our party, but the house also offers a large backyard with a fire-pit and large open rooftop. Our guests enjoyed roaming through the house and hanging out in every part of the house. The folks organizing the rental at 170 Schaefer are very easy going, organized and easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend having your events here!

This townhouse is absolutely gorgeous !! We hosted our engagement dinner here for about 30 guests and there was still plenty of room. The tables and kitchen island was large enough...
to hold trays of food and still some room for cocktails. We cooked the food ourselves so the stove and oven were certainly handy. The hosts live downstairs so any assistance we needed was only a text away. We will certainly be using this venue again for future events.
