Services Offered
1828 Collective offers a second photographer, engagement sessions, couples photography, wedding portraits, and additional hours that can be added to a package. Destination weddings are accommodated. With each package, the couple receives an online gallery and exclusive printing rights for their images.
I'm McKenna, an east coast wedding photographer capturing memories in Charlotte, NC + Charleston, SC and anywhere in the East Coast and beyond!
My style of photography focuses less on perfection and more on documenting the real and raw moments in life.
Working with me brings lots of laughter, movement, and storytelling while we get to know each other and create incredible candid images together. I'm always excited to go on new adventures and create exciting experience for my couples to enoy. Let's work together!

with her candid, vintage style of photography and had to have her for our big day! She is very down to earth and your biggest supporter through it all. Immediately after meeting her she made us feel comfortable and we jumped right into shooting. During our engagement and wedding shoot she directed us into poses that were so natural that you would've thought we had been in front of the camera our whole lives! The quality of the photos were so crisp and so colorful and I especially loved her editing style. We have so many wonderful photos that I'm now having trouble trying to choose which ones we want to hang on our wall ❤️ Mckenna was timely, professional and great to work with 10/10 would recommend her to anyone we know!

wonderful and easy person to work with. She gives such good direction for people who may not know what to do on camera besides smile. I'm also convinced she can make any setting (whether that be the top of a parking deck or the side of a building) look like a set that was meant to be captured. She was also one of few photographers I could find that includes an engagement session with a wedding package! As for the day of the wedding, she made the absolute most of our 8 hours together. Plenty of locations, a variety of candid moments, and great at directing a large family and wedding party. Once we got our gallery back, we were so pleased with the balance of portrait and candid photos. We'll be finding another reason to book with McKenna again!!

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was super helpful as we were trying to decide how to proceed considering the pandemic going on and, even though we moved the date up a week, she was still there and captured every moment.
