I couldn’t ask for a better venue. They were so well organized and made the day very stress-free with having the beautiful bridal suite to relax and have all of my closest people around me to get ready. Also having all the decorations done by the venue staff made it so much easier to enjoy the days before knowing that it was already done and it was gonna be beautiful. Also the wedding, staff was so friendly and kind and helpful. Truthfully, such a beautiful atmosphere with all luscious flowers and the gorgeous barn wood. And my favorite moment of the day was having the barn doors dramatically opening to my entrance, walking down the aisle it was such a lovely touch. It is just so perfect.

We had our dream summer wedding at The Barn at 1885 Farms. From the moment we toured the venue, all the way up to the morning after the wedding, Audrey and her team treated us with such kindness. We felt like our wedding was the only one taking place, when the reality was there are so many booked there. My family stayed at the Barn Estate which worked out so perfectly with them flying in from across the country. We also utilized the bridal suite, cowboy suite, honeymoon suite and the decorating service. Each one is worth every penny! We had our ceremony in the flower field in the evening. I don't think any of the wedding guests sweated until the dance floor! The fans helped keep the beautiful barn cool. We used almost exclusively their florals and it turned out so gorgeous!! The decor team made it look better than the inspo picture I sent them! Audrey's husband, Matt, served our mocktails. Their whole family was such a pleasure. The venue attendants did a great job keeping guests downstairs during cocktail hour and turning off lights right when dancing started. There's no downside to 1885 farms! It's so atfordable, beautiful and wonderful to work with. We have no regrets!

te a review because it is so effortless to say a thousand positive things about 1885 The Stables. I recently had my wedding there and we stayed on the property from Thursday to Sunday. It was truly magical, straight out of a dream. The entire weekend was perfect from start to finish. Of course, the venue itself is just a holy place in general but the people running the show is what truly makes it so special. Audrey and Matt (even though I never actually met Matt in person) are the most lovely people to work with. They both drop everything to be there exactly when you need them in whatever way possible. Being the bride of course I had a thousand and one questions and they were always there to answer anything I needed right away. I have never worked with such kind, compassionate and hard working people in my life. The Holy Spirit truly shines through them which isn't something you can say about most people. Then we also got the honor to meet the two lovely ladies who keep everything in superb condition... Dana and Taylor. They were so incredibly kind and caring and made the place look straight out of a fairytale. I cannot believe I get the joy of typing this out again but the Holy Spirit truly shines through them both as well. We got married this past weekend and I cannot even count how many people told me that was the best wedding they have ever been to and the most incredible venue as well. We literally cannot stop saying, "That was the best weekend of our lives." From the house, to the ceremony site to the white tent for the reception, everything was absolutely magnificent. The guys loved playing basketball, swimming in the pool and hot tub, fishing, kayaking, etc. The girls loved playing pickleball, warming up the dance floor the night before, getting ready in the insanely large and beautiful master bathroom... (I could go on and on). But seriously (for this being my first ever review) I cannot say enough about the people who make the magic happen and just how amazing this place really is. To close, thank you Jesus for these amazing people, for this amazing venue and for the most amazing weekend of our lives!!!!

If you have the opportunity to stay in the barn estate it is amazing and such a fun experience with family and friends! I also recommend staying in the honeymoon suite after the wedding, I am so thankful to have been able to not have to drive anywhere and relax in the suite right on the property after such a big day.

these were people who cared deeply about our lives, and helping our big day be just like our dreams. Every moment with them felt so intentional, and thoughtful. They were incredible communicators, brilliant designers, and some of the kindest people we have ever met. The venue is incredible- so beautiful and so many different options for different seasons/ weather. They just redid the bar and lower seating area, and they feel so chic and beautiful. e pictures at first I thought “eh, I don’t think I’ll care for it so we shouldn’t waste our time looking” but I am so glad that we did. The pictures do not do this venue enough justice. The second my husband and I stepped into the barn we had that feeling when you know it’s “the one”. Just like how your wedding dress should feel! When we got home we could not get over how beautiful the venue was and how much it had to offer. Not only do you get the beautiful venue, but they provide their rustic farmhouse tables and chairs as well. (This saves you a lot of money in the long run). There are so many options for ceremony sights and they will listen to any of your ideas if you have something else in mind. We got the decor package which was such a huge stress reliever! Audrey was SO GREAT!!! She truly is in the right profession. She made the whole experience so fun and exciting. She was so accommodating and was always ready for all of my Pinterest inspo. She really made my Pinterest board come to life for my wedding. I just really cannot put into words how happy I am we chose this venue and how in love I am with it! Plus they have multiple Airbnb options on the property which was so amazing for at the end of the night. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was beautiful and SO CLEAN. I am a clean freak and I felt at home there. Oh, and an extra bonus was the bridal and cowboy suites! You will never see suites like theirs for the morning of the wedding no matter where you look. So if you are thinking of scheduling a tour or booking with them, DO IT!!! You won’t regret it.

The Barn is already incredibly gorgeous on its own, but the fact that 1885 Farms provides an insane amount of decorations and custom signage as well is so over the top generous and took all the stress off of me and my family. mless. As a couple who went in with only a vague idea of what they wanted, Audrey helped to curate something that we never even knew to dream of. The initial tour of the venue was incredibly intentional – Audrey truly took her time with us to fully explain the facilities, the options available to us, and add-ons that we could use to supplement our big day. It did not feel like a business deal – it felt like a conversation with someone who cared about making our wedding a personal, intimate experience for us and our guests. If you opt to use their decoration services, you are also provided an additional meeting with Audrey to go over the fine details. She spent so much time with trying out different combinations of things that would fit our desired aesthetic. It was not rushed, and she isn’t afraid to give you constructive feedback if needed. This service alone took so much stress off of our plates. The setup of the wedding was top of the line. No surface was left untouched! There were details that I continued to notice over the course of the evening that I had not even considered or thought about – but they did! So much thought, time, and effort goes into their work. The preferred vendors that they recommended also did an amazing job. We were very happy with our choices for both photography and catering. In addition to booking the venue, we spread our guests out at the Estate House, Farmhouse and Wanderlust Glamper for three nights over the course of our wedding weekend. The residences were all very clean and organized with lots of amenities. From kitchen supplies to pool towels and floaties, to outdoor toys for the pond, and a golf cart to ride around, they have thought of everything you could need (or possibly want) to make your stay extra special. All in all, we sincerely could not say enough about 1885 Farms. We feel so lucky to have had our wedding here. We could not have imagined a more perfect outcome. Audrey is responsive, thoughtful, accommodating, transparent, and more! Truly such a genuinely kind family and team all around. Audrey would be prompt in responding when I would text her questions. If you want a stress free day of the wedding go ahead and get the decorating package, it is well worth it. My husband is 1 of 7 and this last year his parents have had 4 weddings. My vision for both of our parents was that they could enjoy the day with us and be in the moment and not worry about set up, Audrey and her team made that happen. We had a 3 hour consult the month before the wedding and Audrey went over every detail imaginable. I had given her my colors and ideas and she had everything together ready to go for the consult that were were just narrowing down the finer details. The entire process was super easy and after that consult, I felt weight lifting off of my shoulders. Audrey's team were hands on and if I needed anything they were on it, unlike other weddings I had attended. Any hiccup that came along they were right there with me helping me come up with a quick solution. We had access to the getting ready suites at 5:30am and until 5:00pm(later for us as we did rent the honeymoon suite as well.) other venues we toured did not give us that early access and it was a life saver having 8 bridesmaids with hair and makeup. We had so many compliments from our guest about the venue and how beautiful everything was. The estate house was also a huge hit as 90% of my guest were all coming from out of town including bridal party. Which was the other reason we chose 1885 Farms for their overnight accommodations, it was really convenient having everyone on site the night before and day of the wedding. I highly recommend 1885 farms, I don't think you can get any better of customer service.

e throughout the process if we ever had any questions and was very detail oriented during our decorating meeting. We loved how the decorations turned out and the fact that it was done by staff to remove stress from us. At the rehearsal, we noticed slippery steps walking into the bridal get ready room. We let Audrey know and her husband was out that night checking the steps. The next day Audrey was there cleaning the steps to make sure they were no longer slippery and put down wood chips to make sure the walkway was not wet. During the wedding staff was very helpful and helping with communication with vendors and helped keep everything running smoothly. We loved the venue and our photos turned out perfect!

was plenty of room for the entire wedding party to stay and also many entertainment options to keep us busy all weekend. Both, the night after the rehearsal dinner and the night after the wedding, we ended with the majority of our wedding party in the hot tub and indoor pool. Then, the day after the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy the theater and even took the kayak out on the pond! The ceremony space is so cozy , tucked in the wooded area. It rained during my ceremony and I still had so many guests say how much they loved the ceremony space. The tent for the reception is also dreamy with multiple chandeliers that light up the space beautifully at night. We had food trucks for our catering and they fit great with the setting of the venue space. Everyone who attended had a blast. The venue attendants were great and very helpful throughout the day. I couldn't thank Audrey enough for being so supportive and available to take any of my calls/ texts/ or emails during the planning process leading up to my wedding. She answered my questions almost instantly and you can tell that she truly cares about making your stay special. Since the wedding, I have had several people say how cool the property is and that they want to look into it for their next big event too! If you are on the fence about this property, go see it in person and fall in love with it just like we did :)

She listened to what we wanted and needed, accommodated to schedules and weather, and is seriously the SWEETEST person alive. The entire day I kept hearing about how perfect the getting ready rooms were, how stunning the honeymoon suit is, and how beautiful all of the decor was. PLEASE get married here or throw absolutely any event possible. You won’t regret it. Our day was even more special because of this venue and especially Audrey and her team. Everyone at the venue working was so helpful and made everything happen exactly how we wanted. It was such a blessing to have friends and family stay on the property all weekend as we had a ton of out of town people and it made our wedding that much more special to spend extra time with them. Don’t even get me started on the bridal & cowboy suite- they are PERFECT in every way. I know my husband had an amazing time all day hanging with his guys playing golf and it was so sweet to spend time with my friends in the bridal suite getting ready. I highly recommend this venue for anyone wanting an incredibly unique and beautiful wedding!!! Only wish I had more time to spend there!!!

ess to the wedding day itself everything was personalized for our day thanks to the owner to exactly what we hoped for. We had 175 guests attending and the barn was spacious enough to accommodate that and potentially even more. We had our reception and dancing in the downstairs area of the barn afterwards and it was so nice that there was optimal places for people to not only dance but sit and enjoy the area as well. Many of our guests complimented the fire pits with chairs surrounding right outside of the barn to sit, visit with family/friends, and warm up at. The venue owner Audrey was so personable and friendly throughout our whole wedding planning experience and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She was able to make whatever I requested happen for me. We are SO happy to have decided to get married here and I would absolutely recommend it for anyone getting married in the future!

It allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the celebrations without the need for extensive travel. The space was comfortable and beautifully maintained. We specifically loved the outdoor space with the pool. Audrey, our coordinator, went above and beyond to incorporate our every request. Her attention to detail and dedication to achieving our vision was unparalleled. She was always available to offer suggestions and accommodate our needs, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. The wildflower garden provided a stunning backdrop for the whole day. We always envisioned an outdoor wedding, and 1885 blew it out of the water. Our ceremony was in “The Trees”, which perfectly captured our love of the outdoors. Our cocktail hour was downstairs on the patio, which was a perfect location for games and drinks before dinner. After dinner upstairs on the main level, we moved back downstairs to dance on the outdoor patio. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect layout. Audrey and the 1885 team helped us plan the perfect indoor/outdoor reception flow. We are incredibly grateful to Audrey and the entire team for their outstanding service. both without decorations and even more so with the decorations that the venue provided. They have a HUGE decoration room to plan out your entire wedding vision with. Audrey met with me and looked at my Pinterest board and made the wedding of my dreams come to life! She always answered all my calls, texts, and every single question I had along our two year engagement while waiting to use the venue on our wedding date. In addition to the venue they also have a bridal suite which is so chic and functional!!! There is a Groomsmen suite as well that has a lot of fun activities and Is decorated so well for pictures. They go above and beyond here and I would definitely recommend this wedding venue to anyone.

ogether on a property that already had both ceremony and reception areas was magical. It was the perfect weekend. Everyone says how quickly your wedding goes, but having all our people together for a full 72 hours made it so much better. It definitely still flew by, but we had a bit more time to savor it. The house itself is a dream. There are so many amenities and not a single person staying there wanted to leave. It was gorgeous and well maintained. Truly, picturesque and the wedding photos are reflecting that. Two lakes, a gorgeous fence lined field, a stone house that was breaktaking in photos...I could go on and on. I especially loved that we used the kitchen for our getting ready space and were able to witness through the floor to ceiling windows my fiance giving his parents their gifts and all the happy tears that came with it. It also gave the perfect viewpoint for my girls to peak in on our first look and vow exchange on the basement patio. I didn't realize how special those moments would be when they felt very very private but everyone could witness them. It was so so special. The wedding was incredible and the venue had two attendants on the property that made sure everything ran smoothly. Every single guest raved about the grounds. The reception tent overlooks a beautiful, private lake and is on a concrete slab so weather isn't an issue. It has a gazebo that was quite the hang out at the reception. They offer so many add ons that other venues were miles away from competing. The supplied the trash cans, tables, chairs, lighting, generators, church pews for the ceremony, and so much more. They set everything up in accordance to what I wanted so we didn't have to do much heavy lifting at all. Some of the other venues I loved (I'm from Pittsburgh) in the city were close to 8k for the day! You get kicked out at your reception ends and never get to fully soak it all in. This venue allowed my that opportunity to just bask in the venue space. And this venue is overall SO affordable. I feel like it is an amazing deal! Especially, when you consider what you are getting. The venue Audrey who manages the property is an absolute gem of a human being and is incredibly responsive at all times. I never once had an issue with communication with this venue. I would recommend this venue a million times. They were everything I wanted and so much more. I had a blank canvas and full control of the majority of vendors to truly create a magical experience. It really let me manifest this experience on a different level and I loved being able to plan the wedding I truly wanted! If you're on the fence, don't be... they WILL take care of you and you will not regret it.

Here’s just a start, the overall property itself absolutely stunning, I had my bridal party and parents and some other family members stay with my husband and I all weekend. The basketball courts, the pond, the playground, the pool was always in use. My husband and I did not have to worry about our guest being without entertainment because of all their options! The ceremony space looks like it comes right out of a Twlight movie which was actually our inspiration . All weekend long our guests were complimenting how wonderful our venue was and even started taking down the name to already plan a revisit! I really could go on and on but most importantly our host Audrey was incredible to work with, I never had to wait for a response and there were times where she even went above and beyond. She made this experience much more enjoyable and we can’t thank her enough. This was truly a weekend we will forever cherish and it’s all because of this wonderful place.

Audrey's expertise with interior design and keen eye for every small detail, the decoration package is the way to go for a stress-free day! Our guest could not stop raving about the fun they had at the wedding with so many different opportunities provided by the split floor plan of the venue, outdoor fire pits, flower fields and yard games, there was something for all ages! Not only was the wedding venue stunning, but the bridal and grooms suites were just as breath taking for their picture perfect moments and comfort leading up to the ceremony! The bridal suite provided large mirrors and salon chairs, while the grooms suite had a large golf simulator to keep the guys entertained. 1885 farms venue is a step above the rest with multiple airbnb accommodations on-site: a honeymoon suite, glamper, farm house, and estate with a pool, sauna and hot tub! It was the perfect time to spend with our bridal party after the wedding and not have to worry about our guests driving after the wedding festivities. Overall, we could not be happier with 1885 Farms and amazing job to Audrey, Matt and whole crew to make our wedding day magical!

We got nothing but compliments the whole night. The bridal suit, cowboy suit, honeymoon suite, glamper, and farmhouse were amazing bonuses. They were beautifully decorated to get amazing getting ready pictures. If you are debating on the decoration package, DO IT! Audrey has such an amazing eye for detail and made the venue beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, plus you don’t have to clean up after a long day! I could not recommend this venue enough. If I could give it 100 stars, I would!

The facilities themselves are fantastic and perfect for photos. We also booked the decoration package and would 100% recommend it. It will save you so much money, time, and stress. Audrey coordinated everything and the day of staff was great. They responded promptly and were very helpful. Honestly nothing to complain about at all.

It was especially fun to have the golf cart and access to the buildings on site. This is the perfect venue to host large overnight gatherings with your favorite people. It was wonderful to be able to stay on site and be able to get an early start the day of the wedding. I felt like an absolute queen on my special day.
