It took me several contacts before I received return contact confirming delivery for my delivery wedding day. T...he arbor piece was not in the place I wanted it, but no one reached out to confirm placement and it was already attached by time I saw it. Overall, I would have liked a more formalized process to confirm all the details a week or so before the wedding.
