Claudia remained accommodating and friendly throughout the entire planning process; which we are so thankful for. My husband and I held both our wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony+reception at 204 due to wanting a more intimate setting, we had a total of 54 guests including our wedding party. The staff were amazing each day. Wespecially enjoyed the professionalism and attention to detail from The Bar Manager Omar and bartender Onarion (I don’t believe this is the correct spelling). Omar and Onarion took great care of us and our guests the night of our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. We’ve had several guests tell us that they really enjoyed the food and drinks from our wedding and we’ve since had one guest inform us that they traveled from South Carolina to Charlotte for the drinks and food at 204. My husband and I definitely intend to add 204 North Kitchen & Cocktails to our list of favorites whenever we visit Charlotte!

g for a first class restaurant for their wedding needs. We were given the whole second floor to use and allowed to decorate the venue a few days before. The food was fantastic and the bar/serving service was excellent. I was based in Florida and booked the venue a year before our event without ever going to see it for the event coordinator, Claudia was so GREAT to work with. She was attentive, creative, responsible, and supportive regarding every ask...a top notch planner that worked with us every step of the way. She was such a pleasure and truly understands and cares about the vision you want and the delivery of it. She did all the small touches down to doing speciality drinks for both the bride and groom. Aaron Samole, the GM was unbelievable as well. He was very helpful and was in the trenches with us before, during, and after the event. Wanted to say a thank you to Omar, the bar manager for being very helpful too. The team at 204 gave above the call of duty service and ever detail was taken care of. Thank you just doesn't seem enough. In a world where you expect and hope things are delivered as promised....it was such a great surprise and relief that everything was delivered not just as promised but at a higher level! Everyone of the 160 guests we had attend had only great things to say about the venue including the atmosphere, service, and food. If you want to have a great place with a fantastic team of people to hold your event 204 North Kitchen & Cocktails is the place to go. I've planned numerous events for past jobs as HR for companies and this was the best place I have ever booked an event with. Once again, thank you to the team at 204!

July 26, 2019 and it was fantastic! We were able to decorate at 12:30 the day of the event. Throughout the planning stages Stephanie, the Events Manager, was quick to respond to all my question and updated proposals quickly and efficiently based on number of guests and food and drink options. I was however a bit disappointed and frustrated (we were on a tight schedule) that Stephanie she was not present when we arrived to decorate at 12:30. She showed up after my husband called her and seemed confused we were there even though she replied to my email that 12:30-1:00 would be ‘great’ for set up and she ‘looked forward to meeting us’! But...decorate we did and it looked beautiful! The 3 course sit down dinner, that was pre-picked by our 34 guests was delicious and served in a timely, efficient manner. The upstairs area at 204 North was PERFECT for the dinner and the open bar ‘Welcome Party’ after dinner for the out-of-town and local wedding guests! We had another 60+ guests show up and EVERYONE had a fantastic time! The bartenders were excellent and notified my husband of the bar tab at different intervals throughout the night! Thank you to the servers, bartender, and management at 204 North for a memorable night of celebration! 🎉

ad access to decorate at 1:00 the day of the event. Tori was fantastic, responsive and answered most emails within a day. She helped with menu suggestions, seating arrangements, and accepting flowers from the vendor. She helped design and print personalized drink menus with creative drink names. Stafford assisted with the day of the event, moving tables, getting candles for tables and coordinating staff. There were plenty of bar tenders and wait staff to keep the buffet dishes filled, the drinks flowing and the dishes cleared. The atmosphere was casual but classy, and encouraged guests to mingle. They even personalized the chalk boards for our event! I didn’t feel “nickeled and dimed” and felt that the quoted price for the event was accurate. We did go over a little with drinks but I was aware of this as the evening progressed. Our guests loved the food, especially the meatloaf, shrimp and grits and brussel sprouts. I can’t praise this venue and this staff enough. I highly recommend it for your next event.
