She made sure all the little details we wouldn’t have even thought of were considered. She was in charge the day of and truly allowed us to enjoy our wedding and be completely present in the moment while she made sure everything came together. under a tight timeline and we're both very busy people with professional jobs and 6 kids between us, so not a lot of time to wedding plan. But from the first meeting to the wonderful card she sent us after the wedding, Mandy made sure we had an incredible and unforgettable evening. She adapted to our style to the point that I felt bad not responding quickly enough, but she truly understood and followed-up in a professional manner to keep the planning flowing. Every vendor she recommended was amazing. She truly handled everything and proactively offered solutions and alternatives when we needed them. The wedding night was absolutely magical. The work she put in to decorate the room was outstanding, she really outdid herself. It was everything I'd hoped for and more. Mandy recommends excellent vendors, she works hard to stay within or under budget, and she's just an amazing person with whom to work. We unequivocally recommend Mandy and 212 Event Planning. It was the best money spent on the entire wedding!

e me some suggestions for coordinators and Mandy was one of them. I reached out to Mandy and after an initial email she and I decided to jump on a call to go over what we needed for our backyard wedding. I wanted to be sure that on the day of my dad had the help he needed and that I also didn’t have to worry about anything extra. I also wasn’t exactly sure how much help I was going to need. After that call, I knew she was the one to help me get the job done. Mandy was excellent. She kept us on a timeline throughout the whole process, she was quick to edit any documents we shared after our calls and she was always available to answer our questions and get back to us in a timely manner. Not only was our wedding beyond what I could have expected, but so was Mandy’s personal attention, service and kindness. Our guests also said how lovely she was- attentive, on top of things, and more importantly was someone there doing a job but with ease. She helped our day go off without a hiccup and in Ohio on a June Sunday a lot of hiccups could happen. I couldn’t recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed.

She made spread sheets with check lists and dates that things should be done, easy to read lists of vendors, of my investments towards each vendor and when next payments were due. My husband and I cannot thank Mandy enough for all the help she did leading up to our wedding, but even moreso on the day of. Our venue came with a coordinator, but left before our ceremony began, and Mandy handled everything with a cool head and I barely was aware of the chaos that was happening as I was getting ready to marry the love of my life. She was also essential in planning our daily schedule and staying on track. If you're getting married in NorthEast Ohio and need a planner and/or a day of coordinator, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Mandy for both! Having someone who knew my vision and wishes for my wedding day and then to execute it so flawlessly, was amazing. Thank you Mandy for all your hard work and dedication to making our wedding day so special, and being SO amazing.

Mandy was so thorough with everything and very easy to communicate with!! She made me feel like I was the only wedding she was planning (which is absolutely not the case, but I felt like I always had her undivided attention). I had multiple vendors at the wedding come up to me and say she was the easiest coordinator that they had worked with! My venue looked even better than I could have imagined, and I didn't have the stress that I know a lot of brides have on their wedding day!! I will continue to recommend Mandy to absolutely everyone...not just for weddings, but for all party planning! She is the sole reason I didn't have a mental breakdown about the wedding:)

Every vendor needed to be selected, we even had to bring furniture into the event space. Whenever a vendor fell down, she was on it. Insulating us from issues and making sure the event was great. Mandy is creative but not pushy at all, so all her ideas helped us execute our vision and not the other way around. I have a ton of respect for her patience, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and years of relevant wedding planning experience. It all showed in the year long planning process. 5/5 for knowing every venue and vendor in town. We explained what we wanted, and she sprang into action. We went about 15% over budget, which for weddings is an absolute miracle. Mandy provided a cost readout whenever we needed it in the form of this donut chart that she handed me every time we met. Honestly, this part reduced my anxiety over the event more than anything. Thank you specifically for that Mandy! Hiring Mandy was worth every penny. If you can get her for your NE Ohio wedding or large event, you are lucky. Highly recommend, six out of five stars!

rganized, calm and so knowledgeable about the industry. From the moment I met her I knew I was in good hands. She was so responsive to all of my questions (and I had a lot), thought about things I never would have. If you are questioning whether a coordinator/planner is worth the expense; I can tell you that Mandy is 1000000% worth it. The day before our wedding, we had a mishap and lost half of our centerpieces. You can imagine how stressful this was; but Mandy was incredible. When I called her to tell her what had happened she jumped into action, told me to enjoy the rehearsal and she handled it, and assured me that everything will be okay, and it was! Mandy was an incredible communicator with all of my vendors, and took the stress off of me by handling all communication in the weeks leading up to the big day. All of my other vendors commented on how helpful she was. Mandy checked on myself and my husband the entire night and made sure we were doing okay and had everything that we needed. I cannot thank her enough and will be forever grateful for the role she played in our big day.

e bride. For my own wedding, Mandy was extremely organized and fun to work with. Looking back on it, I had relatively no stress when it came to anything she was a part of. If there were any hiccups on the wedding day she hid it well and made sure everything ran perfectly smooth! When we were bridesmaids together I got to see her in action. That wedding was at a venue that did not have much on site - which meant dealing with many outside vendors. Although there were quite a few hiccups during set up (mainly issues with deliveries and product) Mandy had a quick solution for each issue that came up and the bride had no idea. This is the main goal because things will always go wrong with so many moving parts, but as the bride you don’t have time to deal with them, and you shouldn’t have to! You are hiring her for the peace of mind to be your planner and fixer, and she will not disappoint. On top of that she is super sweet and a joy to be around. Hire her, you won’t regret it!
