At one point Paul was even catering to us making sure my fiancé and I both had a drink. His service was top notch off the charts! We had sparklers for our grand entrance and the crowd absolutely loved it. We also did a slide show video for the father/daughter dance. I got married in Highland, Indiana, but at the time my husband and I began our engagement, we were living 2.5 hours away in Indianapolis, Indiana. We specifically worked with Paul Stegall, and his experience and organization took a lot of thought out of the planning process on our end. He was very patient when it came down to me picking between 2 different shades of pink! Walking into our venue seeing it all, was just beautiful. While on our honeymoon Paul sent a follow up email with a few photos attached and a link to photo booth pictures. We sat on our balcony enjoying everyone's photostrips! The mirror photo booth was a HUGE hit, and everyone loved it, from the oldest guest at our wedding to the youngest. We were able to pick any props with wanted, including my giant fish! This upgrade in our package was beyond worth it! Their website was very easy to access. We login in to our event and can set up meetings, add songs or any request we had. I was worrried about adding enough songs to accommodate both sides of our family and different age groups. Paul and Carlos knew EXACTLY what to play and when to play it. They kept everyone dancing to the very last song. We were so pleased with music selection by them. They made it a point to play the songs we wanted and songs we didn't add but came in at the right time. During the wedding, Paul made sure to check with us throughout the night to make sure everything was going smooth. He went above and beyond to make sure we were stress free and everything was perfect for us. During dinner, he would double check on our drinks, ask if there was anything we needed. Little things that we would never expect him to do, he did. Such an amazing guy. Our wedding reception was PERFECT thanks to Paul and his team. There is Nothing we would have changed or added. over every little detail- things we would have never even thought about! 3 days before our wedding, our hall was insisting that the DJ only needed an hour for set up before the reception started, which Barrey said they definitely needed more time, Barrey and Paul made arrangements and ended up coming in the day before to start setting up at 8am while we were there setting up decorations! Talk about accommodating!! I know they were tired, but still made it happen, because they're that awesome!! The main thing we wanted at our reception was to keep the dance floor going all night, which Barrey made happen!! He helped the crowd when everyone was lost at the typical routine dances (electric slide, Cupid shuffle, etc), played our favorite songs from our playlist, and made sure to keep everyone dancing! We had a good crowd on the dance floor up to our last song of the night! We were told that the DJs at 219 are more than people who just plug in equipment and play music and Barrey definitely proved that!! Thank you Barrey for a fun night we will never forget!! We also used their photobooth which was a huge hit with our guest! They customized our photobooth strip to exactly what we wanted!! They gave us plenty of options to pick the perfect one! The props were great and they printed as many pictures as people wanted and also gave the option of sending them straight to social media to show them off!!
