places near Broadway or downtown wanted our small party of about 60 people to meet a $10,000 minimum which was never going to happen. We were able to stay all weekend in the 21C suite AND host our group for less than that.
It started to rain the day of our event and 21C handled everything seamlessely. All my husband and I had to do was show up. Our guests didn't even know the difference and everyone loved the museum space. Other venues we looked at didn't even offer a rain plan so I have no idea what we would have done.
21C was so easy and the staff was very professional. The food was AWESOME. I had them box up some hot chicken sliders for me to eat in the room :)
We plan to stay there again as a staycation sometime soon so we can really enjoy the awesome suite and the rooftop deck.

The 21c Suite was the perfect size for our intimate ceremony. The penthouse offers an amazing view of downtown Nashville, which was the perfect background for family photos. We were a bit concerned about Live on the Green happening, thinking that the sound would be too loud for us to enjoy the terrace. On the contrary, the music was soft and actually added to the ambiance of our event. Once the sun set, we sipped cocktails and peered down at the crowd, enjoying the scene. With the backdrop of the Nashville skyline, we were on an adventure... and yet felt right at home.
Our reception was held in one of private dining rooms at Gray & Dudley. The food was amazing and the service impeccable.
Both the hotel and the restaurant staff went above and beyond for us. When we arrived, they seemed energetic and genuinely happy to see us. Upon checking out, we felt the same positive vibe.
We definitely will always remember our wedding day as being truly wonderful.

Many said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The venue is incredible, and staff were so accommodating. I have recommended them to all of my friends!

k is gorgeous and creates a really special vibe. Monika was amazing in the lead up to the wedding and was a fabulous day-of-coordinator. Everything looked perfect and we didn't need to stress out about anything in the Main Gallery. The cocktail reception was lovely and we were able to utilize so many spaces in the hotel. We had a place to stay for 2 nights in the suite, a ceremony locale that overlooked the most beautiful view of downtown Nashville ever (doing it at sunset was breathtaking!) and they flipped the space to host our reception in a matter of minutes while decorating everything for us perfectly! The food was incredible and I’m still getting messages about how good it was! My guests loved the serving staff who even went as far as finding out what people liked most and made sure they got what they preferred while making the rounds of serving. They even helped us with cutting the cake for serving too! The bartender had a special drink that matched our event which everyone loved. I honestly, in my wildest dreams, could not have imagined a more perfect wedding! Monika and Lisa were always available for questions during the planning process and even took care of switching the music for us during the ceremony. It was full service hands on deck the entire time and ended up way cheaper for the entire event (penthouse suite for 2 nights, venue site, tons of food, open bar, full staff, coordinators, and an incredible city view) than anywhere else we spoke with in Nashville. I HIGHLY suggest them for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed!

te, with a large outdoor patio, overlooking downtown Nashville. It was a gorgeous space. It would be a perfect space for an intimate, outdoor wedding. After the cocktail hour, we were ushered to their main gallery. Keep in mind this is a hotel AND a museum. The main gallery is a stunning space, filled with incredible pieces of art. It’s a big space and could host many different times of events/weddings. All the hallways, rooms, and even elevators are filled with art (some are even interactive pieces). The food was out of this world. It was all catered by Gray & Dudley. The restaurant is onsite so everything was served fresh and perfect. I was able to meet Lisa, the event sales manager, and Monica, the event manager. Both were so sweet and thrilled to do whatever they could to make the event perfect. They made sure everything was on time and ran perfectly. They have an incredible staff. Obviously I am in love and cannot wait to plan my wedding here!
