of our guests were raving about the food!! Tara was wonderful in helping us to navigate our choices and we couldn't have been happier! I would 100% recommend them for catering
The only downside I had was the inexperienced bartender that is contracted through a third party BUT Tara helped me navigate that as well and ensured I was properly refunded which was quite a surprise as I only expected to give feedback. I'm so thankful she went to bat for us!! Please note that the bartender is separate from the cafe but I needed to Shout out Tara for her hard work in correcting it for us!

were amazing. I chose 24 Blackbirds because they offered more than others including real plates, flatware and glassware plus their food was phenomenal (Champagne Vinaigrette is a must have)! We had one issue and it was related to our glassware (which was changed to disposable without being informed about the change prior to our wedding). Overall, our experience was fabulous and I highly recommend Tara and her staff!

The variety of choices available made putting together our dinner less stressful and we, along with our guests, were so pleased! I truly believe any combination of the appetizers, salads and entrees would go together! Tara took my pinterest inspired food presentation dreams and made them a reality--the signs, candles and greenery were the perfect touches! When she says you don't need a knife for the chicken, she's not kidding! For our cocktail hour we chose the Dip Trio and the Artisanal Cheese Display. Our dinner was well enjoyed and consisted of the Garden Salad with Ranch or Balsamic dressing, Herb Roasted Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Herb Roasted Vegetables, and Dinner Rolls. Teas and Water were available as well as plates, silverware and serving staff. Very fair price for the quality provided! I would recommend 24 Blackbirds Cafe for many types of events ---breakfast, lunch or dinner-- I had the luxury of eating a delicious breakfast at work as well, with mini pancakes, bacon/sausage, eggs and grits! CIOUS. Everyone, of all tastes and dietary needs, was satisfied. My sister has since asked me what the chicken was (it was Mediterranean chicken with mushrooms, capers, and artichoke lemon sauce) so she can try to replicate it herself.
Tara was also extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Going from 150 to 25 guests, we had extra money in our initial deposit, so she concocted a brunch menu that was perfectly light but satisfying the morning of the wedding. In the early phases when we were picking out a caterer, she also let my cousin have a tasting at the cafe since we were out of state. Overall, I loved working with 24 Blackbirds and would pick them again.

All of their staff is extremely friendly & on top of things. We worked directly with Tara in planning our wedding and she is absolutely fabulous! One of my biggest memories from the wedding is being desperate for food by the time we arrived to the reception... and the second we sat down there she was walking towards us with 2 full plates of food (what an angel). She & her team are so sweet and we are so happy that we booked them!
