I sent repeated emails to their company with no response. We are getting married at Wayfarers and I wanted to check out their service. Wayfarers should reconsider their contract. I phoned several times before I was able to get through only to get the wife's attitude! She told me that her husband never would have not responded to email and then proceeded to cut me off, not listen to my questions and competed with, "this may not be for you". No way am I hiring them for my September wedding!

Our 10/10/10 wedding and reception video is absolutely wonderful! We have watched it over and over at least 15 times now and we are thrilled with how well Marc and Steve captured our special day! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~ We were married at Wayfarers Chapel and took advantage of the special up-front video package even though we knew the cameras inside the chapel were not HD (High Definition) yet. The quality is still astounding! The wedding and the HD reception footage is perfectly fine on our HD TV. If viewed on an 'old' TV, High Definition isn't ascertainable any way. Just having the multiple elevated cameras - with two of them up front capturing FACES, not just backs - is well worth having 24KT record your special day! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~ By giving the 24KT videographers special instructions ahead of time, we prepared them to record some of the surprises we had for the guests. Charlotte and Marc were always pleasant and responsive on the phone. The finished product has been enthusiastically applauded by all our friends and relatives who have seen it. The music and artistic compilation is beautifully done. The best angles for the moment were used for different parts of the ceremony. They even surprised us with some of the footage. Post-production support has also been extremely responsive. We needed more copies than we originally anticipated because so many guests and relatives want their own copies. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~ As a result, we highly recommend 24KT to capture your special moment!

Their packages are so outrageous. They must have donated alot of money to Wayfarers to be the only videographer to film from the front of the altar. For the price they charge you can hire a videographer for the whole entire time of your wedding. I had to postpone my wedding on account of my cancer diagnosis. When I called again their price have dropped but still I can a hire a videographer for an entire evening. At approx. 18 weddings/weekend if everyone books with them, they stand to make close to $1M.
