Tiffany was fantastic leading up to our big day! We had some struggles contacting a few vendors and Tiffany was so helpful in getting us responses and answers quickly and efficient...
ly. I feel like we handed her a rough bag to work with day of in terms of our florist and our venue but she made sure everything ran smoothly and that I did not meet to worry about it day of! She also put in additional work after our wedding to help us navigate a sticky contract issue with our florist. Cannot recommend her enough!! She is so easy to talk to and understands and executes your vision!!
Tiffany at 250 Oak Events was awesome! She helped us several months out, communicated with all of our vendors, created and organized a timeline that accounted for every minute on ...
the big day, and so much more! Tiffany made our wedding day seamless and perfect – she truly went above and beyond and we are so thankful for that! She is sweet and wonderful to work with and will listen to and advocate for all of your thoughts, ideas, and visions! We would absolutely recommend Tiffany as a wedding planner!
Tiffany was an absolute joy to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process — even though she was technically our “day-of coordinator,” she went above and beyond from t...
he very beginning. Her calming presence and creative input helped ease the stress of planning and brought our wedding vision to life in ways we hadn’t even imagined. Tiffany was professional yet felt like a true friend, which made all the difference on such an important day.
On the wedding day, she and Steve took care of every detail. They set up our reception space beautifully — far exceeding our expectations. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. We wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany and 250 Oak Events!

nue and other vendors and she professionally handled it without causing us any more stress. She asks all the right questions and only has solutions. We are so happy to have found her and we will continue to recommend her to our friends!
We hired Tiffany for day of and day before wedding coordinator and she exceeded our expectations. She never had to bother me with a thing! There is truly a method to her madness. I...
really needed Tiffany to set up all decor and she went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful. Not to mention she created and made the most beautiful wedding cake for us!! Anything we needed or asked of her, she delivered. Such a beautiful day. Couldn’t have done it without Tiffany.
We can't recommend Tiffany enough!
She is extremely professional and very well organized. She literally gets shit DONE the day of your wedding so you can just relax. We got married...
on Aug 25th, 2024 and Tiffany was our day of coordinator. She created our timeline, met with us multiple times virtually and in person to edit the timeline. She even explained the timeline to my Mom and also came with us to the Venue a week before the wedding to make sure we are all on the same page. The day of the wedding she was there on time, she was double checking with all vendors that everything was going as planned. We even had an issue with our Arab drummers whereby they wore an attire we specifically told them not to wear and Tiffany literally told them to either leave or go to target and buy new shirts and they actually did go buy new ones and came back and performed amazingly!!! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that is organized, professional, gets shit done and has a strong, powerful personality then Tiffany is your girl!!! We can't recommend her enough!
I just had a wedding with 250 guests and my only regret was not hiring 250 Oak Events (Tiffany) from the very beginning. Approximately 3 months prior to wedding day, I realized I n...
eeded to budget for a day of coordinator as I felt like I was drowning with the miscellaneous details leading up to the day of. I was recommended Tiffany by mutual friends. I can whole heartedly say I am GRATEFUL for her. She went above and beyond from beginning to end with EVERYTHING. She did not leave a stone unturned. Her attention to detail, professionalism, time management, organizational skills, problem solving, DIY/craft, along with so many more qualities makes her the competent coordinator that she is. Tiffany consistently would find us great deals and try to save us the most money which we appreciated. Tiffany is the reason I was so calm even up to the point where I walked down the aisle. I would think of something, turn around, and see that she would already be on it with a solution. She even calmed my husband (bridezilla) throughout the day and reminded him to take a breath! I had a handful of disastrous moments that occurred the day of (nothing to do with her) that I will never forget that Tiffany SEAMLESSLY fixed for me, without any obligation to do so. She’s just that good at her craft.
Tiffany is a well rounded business woman and I 100000/10 will recommend over and over.
If you are currently reading this wondering if you should book 250 Oak Events, and want a smooth wedding planning journey, I would look no further and inquire now. You will not regret!!

never felt like I was bothering her and any time I wanted to change something she was more than patient. She is an excellent DIY-er and had great ideas about how I can achieve my look for less. This girl knows what she is doing, is affordable AND the best part.... I felt like I made a friend in the process!
