We had multiple conversations with Michael leading up to our special day ironing out details and even had a shared app on our phones where we could pick songs down to every minute - pre ceremony, cocktail hour, entrance songs, dinner, etc. We also gave him a list of songs we wanted for our open dance floor and he did not disappoint. We were on the dance floor all the way up until the venue turned the lights on. If you are unsure who to pick for your event entertainment, look no further.

He seriously played all of our favorite songs and was a huge part of making our wedding an absolute blast. He even let us pretend to be the DJ, which was 100% a dream for my husband. When we watched them we couldn't help but cry as we relived every moment of that special day! Highly recommend! up to the day. He was always available if we had questions and helped us plan our music - seamlessly. We left most of the night up to him and were thrilled with his picks! The dance floor was huge and it was packed all night! We are still hearing from guests how much fun they had and how great the music was -- some even asking for their info so they can book/pass on to others! They have actually played at 3 family weddings so far (how we heard them to begin with!) and are playing a 4th in 2023 which we cannot wait for! Matthew and team - thank you so much for making our day an absolute blast!

From the moment we walked in and met Jake and Hunter, it felt like we were with friends. They did everything possible to make our wedding exactly how we imagined it and they nailed it. I've never seen so many guests out dancing for the ENTIRE reception. 11/10 recommend these guys!

These little details, along with an excellent equipment setup, including lighting, remote microphones and a separate equipment for our ceremony, which was in another location, blew me away. Once the 'events' were done, our DJs, Nate and Sterling, got everyone out on the dance floor and made sure that all of our must plays flowed with the vibe. Our wedding reception was an absolute blast and I cant thank 27 Entertainment enough. Please make them your first choice for your next event!

It's important to note that we also moved our wedding up 6 months for personal reasons and the guys did not miss a beat, were willing to work with us for our new date and even drove out to the Chicagoland Suburbs, when we originally booked them for a wedding in Michigan. If you are on the fence with booking them, I'm telling you right now that you NEED them as DJ's. I like to think we have fun friends and family but the night wouldn't have been the same without them. From a bride perspective, they are organized yet laid back and did not make the process stressful in the slightest. We're referring them to all friends and family in Michigan, Indiana and Chicago moving forward!

Patrick, my husband, was in charge of picking a DJ. To him flowers, food, venue didn't matter much as long as the music was great. And when our day finally came he chose right, 27 Entertainment did not disappoint. When I say our wedding was a dance party fueled with my favorite songs...that's exactly what it was. The energy this company provides is ridiculous. I danced the night away to songs we selected but mixed by the talented Matt! And I tried to keep up with Sterling's energy and amazing dance moves he was sending THE WHOLE TIME. If you are hesitant, don't be. There is a reason this company has this many 5 star reviews. They're the best of the best! Thanks you two!

We got married at Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks, MI back in September 2019, and after researching many DJs I knew right away that 27e was the only option that would give us the wedding of our dreams. Truly – an amazing DJ makes or breaks your reception. And 27e? They will make your reception one for the books! Not only were Matthew and his crew on top of everything (discussing our options, taking on semi-wedding-planner-role during the day/ceremony, and crushing the reception with a perfect blend of fresh and familiar), this team also kept the party going for us at our spontaneous after-party... that's right. After a perfect night of dancing at the venue, Matthew and his team acquiesced to our begging and came back to our Airbnb to throw the most EPIC AFTER-PARTY in the world! Seriously, all of our friends still talk about it...! This was unplanned, but Matthew was so committed to our wedding experience that he set up an entire sound and light experience for all of our guests after the wedding. Talk about white glove service. All in all, wouldn't be the same wedding without 27e. I insist you book 27 Entertainment... it will be the best wedding decision of your life!

He played a range of music that kept all our guests on the dance floor into the night. As dinner was ending the music picked up and got people feeling ready to get on their feet. There were two hype men who kept the energy up when things would moments of slowing down. They had dance offs with the kids and helped get everyone involved. Regardless of where you get married, book these guys for your event, you won’t regret it!

d disrespectful. They did not play music that was on bride and grooms "must play" list and played 2 songs that were on their "do not play" list. Mother of groom twice requested they change up the music from rap to other music for the variety of ages at reception and DJ argued with me about having a playlist (his own). Did not play songs that guests requested. DJ used foul language toward member of the wedding party who was requesting music. Played music with f***, not appropriate. DJ cause a great deal of problems when he should have been there to provide the service and music we paid for, not the music he chose to play. Did not mix up genres, did not interact with crowd or gauge the crowd. Very disappointed that service did not live up to the reviews that we saw online.

cussionist were one of the highlights of the evening. Having a percussionist may have been one of the best decisions I made as it gave such a fun live element to enhance the songs the DJ was playing. MC Dan is the man, he knows when he is needed to get people on the dance floor and is so funny and super responsive with questions. My dance floor was packed allll night long and people keep messaging me to tell me how great the music was. loved loved loved them, book them yesterday!!
