I loved working with 2OAK! I met with a handful of DJs and 2OAK was the only company that I met with the actual DJ the first time! The other companies I would meet with a recruiter or secretary and then they would assign a DJ after I signed a contract which I did NOT like at all! There are so many talented people that it really can come down to chemistry and personality. Mike made me feel so comfortable and at ease! At first, when I looked into 2OAK and read the reviews, I wasn’t sure they were my style because they can create a club vibe and really party hard-which is great just not the vibe I wanted for my wedding haha. Mike worked with my budget and vision and was just a dream to work with. The music was everything I could’ve hoped for! He played such a variety and there was a little something for every generation. He was such a delight to work with and allowed me to make changes literally up until the last minute. I trusted him completely and he truly delivered! Choosing 2OAK as my DJ was the best decision I could’ve made! Mike is the best!! I added on their open air photobooth and that was so much fun and the pictures came out so cute!

My husband and I just used 2OAK for our wedding 2 weeks ago and we are still hearing from guests about how incredible the music was. Mike followed our requests perfectly keeping it more family friendly in the beginning and then more club-like during the last hour. I can’t recommend 2oak DJ Mike and Sofia enough! From the very beginning, they made the planning process incredibly easy. They were always available to answer questions and helped customize our package to fit our venue perfectly, offering the best price along the way. They even surprised us with a fantastic bonus! On the day of the event, they arrived early to ensure everything was set up correctly, especially since our venue layout was a bit tricky. When my timeline went off track, they quickly stepped in to save the day and got us back on schedule without missing a beat. Unfortunately, our coordinator went MIA, but Mike and Sofia took charge and ran the show seamlessly. I initially found out about 2OAK through social media. After meeting with multiple DJ companies, I chose 2OAK after a pleasant in-person meeting with Michael at their old office in Marlboro. He was friendly, personable, and accommodating to the vibe I was going for. He gave honest ideas and suggestions, didn’t try to push anything flashy on us as we are kind of a mellow couple. The price was fair and fit right in our budget considering the package we chose included DJ and photobooth. It was very easy to fill out the online form for song requests, entrances, first dance, bouquet toss, etc. Michael was both the DJ and the MC and he ran the schedule very smoothly. He got the dance floor going and had a good mix for the young and old crowd. I personally don't like EDM/house music which I know that 2OAK is known for, and he was able to work around that. I'm very happy that he had a dedicated portion of the evening just for the Filipino line dances, which we discussed. No complaints about the photo booth, I opted for the text option, so guests put their number in and then received the pictures/videos immediately. Thank you 2OAK team for making my wedding reception amazing!

2Oak was nothing short of amazing for our big day. From the very first day we met Mike, I knew we made the right choice! When our venue told us we were not allowed to use sparklers, Mike allowed us to easily switch out our contract and gave us more than we could have even asked for! I was up dancing all night long with my guests all because of the vibes Mike provided! I could not have asked for a better DJ and my guests are still raving about how much fun they had!

2 OAK was amazing from when we booked them to the day of our wedding. They made everything so easy leading up to it, helping us with the portal, answering questions, and giving recommendations. Everything went seamlessly and Mike kept the party going! We got so many comments from friends and family about the music, everyone loved it! 10/10 would recommend!!

2oak productions exceeded our expectations. From the initial meeting to the wedding day, Mike did an amazing job creating an incredible experience for us and our guests. My husband and I picked a visually breathtaking venue, but after working with them closer, we came to understand that they are very strict about many things. I was very disappointed to hear that the venue owner was disrespectful to Mike during the set up (not allowing him to enter the venue space until 3:45 to set up when guests were arriving at 4:00...). Nonetheless, Mike did not let this affect his energy. My guests have been saying how amazing our DJ was and I couldn't agree more. You would be lucky to have 2oak to DJ your wedding!

2OAK Productions made our wedding a 10/10 party - every guest who attended was raving about how much fun they had. From ceremony music and audio, to introductions and speeches, to dance sets everything went off seamlessly without a hitch, and without our involvement, allowing us to enjoy every moment of our day. Mike & Sofia are passionate business owners who LOVE what they do, know how to read the room in terms of mixing the right dance sets, and really have a talent for getting the energy going on the dance floor. Mike & Sofia tended to all of our questions/concerns throughout the planning process, and were truly collaborative partners. Lenny Volturo (https://lennyandmelissa.com/) also joined our team as a DJ, and did a fantastic job with the second dance set mixing the perfect songs to close out the night (highly recommend 90's/00's pop/punk to close out :D ). They also linked up with Slava Sax (@slavasax) who was AMAZING. Everyone kept saying they wanted to book him for other events. If you want your music and MCing done right, BOOK 2OAK.

Mike and Sofia are the absolute BEST, hands down, no questions asked. You absolutely need them at your wedding. We first saw 2OAK at 2 weddings we went to during the year we got engaged - both of which, we never left the dance floor and had the times of our lives. The energy and vibes they bring are unbeatable and we knew we had to have them at our wedding day. Booking them was an absolute breeze and we were blown away by all of the options they offered to enhance our party - we pretty much did them all lol! We customized our package with sparklers, CO guns, dancing on the clouds, robot, photobooth, and even a string quartet and we still found the price to be super affordable and fair. During the months leading up to our wedding, they were super communicative and helpful. We also had a blast during our finals meeting with them - they truly care about you and will do whatever they can to make your day unique and special. On our wedding day, their energy was EVERYTHING. They read the room perfectly and played the perfect mix of music to keep everyone on the dance floor all night long. We were truly blown away. 2OAK brought the party to our wedding! Our request was that the dance floor was packed all night, and they did not disappoint. We (and our guests) loved the addition of the saxophonist. The up lighting also added a great touch to our venue.

If you want a wedding reception that's all about making sure your guests have an incredibly fun and memorable time, you need 2OAK. The decision of "DJ or band" should be expanded to include how much you truly want to entertain and hype up your guests- simply playing hit songs is not enough. We had a party of over 150 people and everyone was on the dance floor with the biggest smiles on their faces. I'll never get over seeing everyones faces light up each time the cold sparklers went off. We got so many compliments from people saying our wedding was "one of the best ever" and "an epic dance party." We also included the photobooth and flower wall in our package which is absolutely a must-have. It's beautiful and was set up visible to all guests so you felt like you were still in the party while taking photos and videos, and it allowed us (bride & groom) to quickly take great photos with so many guests. If I could give one piece of advice to anyone planning a wedding, it would be to put your budget towards ensuring you have top tier entertainment, and I've NEVER seen anyone better than 2OAK!

my husband and I used 2OAK for our wedding earlier this month and WOW. if you love house music - HIRE THEM. we were dancing all night long and needed at least two days after the wedding to recover. they were the very first vendor we booked for our wedding and I am so happy we did. I came across them thru IG and it was the exact vibe we were looking for. Mike listened to all of our requests for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and it really helped make the whole soundtrack of the day sound like us. We also added on a percussionist, photo booth, and flower walls and it was very convenient being able to book all thru 2OAK. I can't recommend them enough.

2Oak Productions was amazing for our wedding! Leading up to the event they were extremely responsive, professional and kind! During the event, Mike did everything we asked for and the bongo player was the perfect hype man to keep the party going. Our venue was held throughout multiple rooms both indoors and outdoors and the music flowed throughout every space. HIRE 2OAK IMMEDIATELY!! From the start Mike and Sofia were so friendly and so easy to work with! My dance floor was PACKED all night. We added on the CO2 cannon blasters and it was actually my favorite part of my entire day (besides getting married ofc lol) Our guests went wildddd. Mike and Sofia do an amazing job at hyping the crowd up. If you want the opposite of the standard boring cha cha slide wedding DJ then 2OAK is your way to go!!!

Mike and Sofia were amazing from the first time we spoke with them. Super accommodating on our meetings, beyond knowledgeable on all parts of planning. Still to this day, I am getting so many compliments and recommendations for entertainment and I will always suggest 2OAK! Our Dance floor was packed, had the perfect blend of all songs we liked, requested, or wanted to dance to throughout the whole night! Plus the photobooth and additional items to enhance our day was incredible, our guest was in the photobooth all night! . One of my favorite things about them was we can build our own plan for the wedding day and not have to fit in a specific package like others may offer. We can’t rave enough about Mike and Sofia! They helped make our wedding our dream come true. From the first meeting we had with Mike before we booked I knew we had to go with 2Oak. He had so many options of ideas to fit all your needs and wants. We could tell he would match our personalities and fit what we were looking for in a DJ. I found 2OAK through a facebook group of brides who RAVED about them and they did not disappoint. There was not an ounce of downtime on the dance floor because Mikey kept the music going all night long. I had guests at the wedding and for weeks after our wedding raving about how amazing 2OAK was. Not only did they take care of our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music but the uplighting, photo booth, and dance lights were PERFECT!!!! 10000/10 would recommend because their energy is SPOT ON! They were receptive to our ideas, offered valuable suggestions, and on the big day, they executed flawlessly. The dance floor was electrifying, all thanks to their ability to gauge the crowd and curate the perfect playlist. How many good things can I say about Michael and Sofia? THE LIMIT DOES NOT EXIST! This dynamic duo absolutely SLAYED!! A ridiculous amount of our friends and family of all ages messaged us after to say "wow your DJ was incredible". They attended to every detail for us. Mike and Sofia are absolutely AMAZING. Their portal to enter all the songs we wanted was so convenient and easy! Sofia was so helpful answering our text messages and we sat with Mike a week before the wedding to go into all the details, and made sure nothing was missed. There were a few club hits on there and they LOVED it!! While I was still talking with all our guests, I couldn’t get off the dance floor. Even my husband, who doesn’t dance that much, was up there having the best time!! Our guests completely loved the music and the vibe. It was an overall great time!!

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN. From the very first inquiry, Mike and Sofia have been AMAZING to work with. They are knowledgeable, understanding, and FUN. They dealt with my crazy wedding planning brain and all the questions and weird requests we threw at them along the way. Mike absolutely killed it at our wedding!! Mike & his wife Sofia were so easy to work with & so kind. Mike and Sofia are awesome! They usually have a club/Jersey shore vibe. My husband and I are a little old school, and don’t really enjoy EDM/techno at all! But we loved mikes energy and took a chance in hiring him! Immediately, he understood what we were looking for. He was excited and made us feel at ease. We didn’t know how it was going to work out, but he found a way to combine by love for older music, and newer music that had everyone up ALL NIGHT! There wasn’t a single person who didn’t dance, and people still talk about how amazing he was! He was energetic and an amazing MC, everything we wanted was given to us! I made an entire playlist because I was so nervous, but I trusted him and filled out his online portal which you put maybe 30 songs into, and he absolutely killed it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him! He kept the party going all night! We hired him for an extra hour, which was completely worth it! Best music and brings all the energy! We did the photo booth through him too which was seamless and everyone loved it! Amazing vendor who made our night perfect!

omg! 1000000/10. 2OAK exceeded expectations and more. Guest from my wedding were texting me days after telling us how great the music was! The 2OAK team really just made it all so easy. They were also INCREDIBLE at responding to emails/text messages, always available to answer questions or set up a zoom appt. They left no questions unanswered, and truly just took away so much stress because I just KNEW they knew what they were doing. The vibes of the wedding were high from start to end. Mike really knew how to keep the people on the dance floor and played all of my "must play" songs, and then threw in great songs that went with the vibe. The DJ/MUSIC was one of the most important pieces to our wedding planning and we could not be more happy that we chose 2OAK.

The only thing I struggled with was the online portal ... But that is just me and how my brain works! I wanted to give Mike a word doc with what I wanted and he was so helpful and accommodating and helped me input my requests correctly in the portal from my (wedding ocd) document. If you are thinking "do I book 2oak for my event?" .. hands down yes! It shouldn't even be a thought! Everyone one raved that our DJ made our wedding unforgettable! Dont think, just book with them, you WILL NOT be disappointed! They really know how to throw an amazing party!

I can’t say enough great things about 2OAK! From the very first meeting to the day of the wedding, working with Michael and Sofia was as easy and as comfortable as it could be. From making our ceremony so special with songs we picked out, to creating the best party during the reception, the whole day was perfect. Mike and Sofia are an absolute dream to work with. Our wedding reception was such a blast and that’s all because of 2OAK. The music was on point, guests couldn’t stay off the dance floor, and we received so many compliments on how Mikey read the room and played what the crowd wanted. If I ever do another event that needs at DJ again, I will 100% book 2OAK. They were also so flexible and understanding when our venue cancelled on us and we had to change up a lot of the things we originally planned on doing. A husband and wife duo that is kind, passionate about their business, cares about their couples, that truly knows how to have a GREAT, and dare I say, LIT time, is 100% what you need to make sure your wedding runs exactly how you want it to. I had zero issues with communication, song selections, or any of my upgrades. They have TONS of upgrades you can choose from, which helps with hiring minimal vendors. I highly suggest the Photo Booth and Dancing on a Cloud. 2OAK made it easy to be a bride and I cannot thank them enough for the fabulous wedding we had at The English Manor on October 1st.

There are no words for how AMAZING 2Oak was! Mike absolutely killed it, I danced the entire night!
