Initial contact was fine, but things went downhill fast after: -any days of phone tag, -lack of responsiveness, -seeming indifference to being a part of our special event and day(we were "just another gig" to them), -overall lack of communication, as -incorrect/ incomplete info on their contract. It appears they have grown too big.... and may need to hire an assistant to handle followup and details, and act excited for your event. DGB was awesome from first contact...... thru last call at our reception. Check them out too.

"bartendering" company ruined the great idea. The bartender was terrible, it was impossible to drink any of 4 cocktails that we asked him to make even though we provided them with the exact recipes of all 4 beforehand, as well as good quality liquors and freshly sqeezed jucies. Also, they promised to assign 2 bartenders to our event and only one showed up. I'm glad we didn't waste our money on 2 worthless bartenders though. Stay away!

We also had to ask several times for a receipt and reminded her that we had already paid our balance. At the reception, they told many of our guests that we were out of our home brewed beer when, in fact, we weren't. It was disappointing that our bartenders were not more aware and that the company was so difficult to work with.

In addition to that, my husband and I had created a signature cocktail that we referred to as "Galaxy Punch" just because we didn't have a name for it. He made sure there was a sign on it, so people wouldn't just call it "The blue stuff." When it came time for the champagne toast, he made sure everyone had a glass at the ready, and poured it for each person, instead of just prepping champagne flutes at the bar and having folks retrieve them. It may seem like small things, but those are small things that really add up to a great experience. I love the way our party was treated like a priority, even though in the realm of wedding receptions, it was fairly small. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

ultiple attempts at calling and sending emails to be able to please our alcohol order. We also had a very poor experience with the bartenders who served our wedding. We opted to have a tip jar put on the counter for the guests to give gratuity to the bartenders, and one of the bartenders actually scolded my cousin for not tipping him! This was AFTER he had already put a $20 bill in the jar! Also, at the end of the reception when they were packing the remaining items up I told the bartender that I would like to keep the bottles of alcohol but that I wanted to return the soda and garnishings. In the contract we signed they gave us the option to keep or return any unopened items. The response I received from the bartender was, "That is not worth our time." I've never worked with a more unprofessional company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Although their pricing is appealing, I would definitely advise to spend a little more money on a company that doesn't insult your wedding guests or the bride and groom!
