3 Cheers has a great selection of stuff to rent. We used many items for our wedding and they were reasonably priced. Our only issue with 3 Cheers would be their communication. We s...
ent many emails, texts, and phone calls trying to get ahold of them to simply book, but had no such luck. Thankfully, the responded, but it got to the point where we were entertaining other rental companies in Wilmington. Grateful that everything worked out!
Many thanks to 3 Cheers Party Rental for everything. From planning how many chairs and tables we needed for our beach wedding, to delivery, and pick up - your team made our wedding...
exactly what we dreamed of!
I changed things what seemed like a million times and Ashley was always easy to work with. She gave her opinions when I was trying to figure things out and helped out wedding day t...
urn our beautifully. We couldn’t have done it without their help!
This vendor is very difficult to communicate with, your emails will be left unanswered and calls sent to voicemail. It all worked out and we got everything planned and set up nicel...
y but if you’re getting married at Southport Community Building, they have a custom fireplace that can be rented but they do not tell you it’s nothing like the picture, it’s just a foam mantle that has no decor whatsoever. My coordinator had to leave the venue the day of to go find decorations for it. It turned out way better than the picture on their website but it would’ve been nice to plan beforehand.
Couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. We had our reception at a rental beach house so we weren't sure about measurements etc, but they were so patient with all of our...
changes and slow decision making! The prices are great and the customer service was wonderful too. Due to wind on the day of our wedding, they could not set up the tent or heaters we had rented but were so nice and accommodating and didn't charge us for that!
Beautiful archway , chairs for the ceremony, and linens/dish-ware for the reception. They did forget to bring dinner forks but as soon as we called about it they rushed them over. ...
Extremely helpful and easy to work with!
At 3 Cheers, they were very willing to work with us. Since we were always traveling to try to get wedding plans lined up, they could definitely relate to this and were always helpf...
ul. They would wait until the last minute for us to change our minds, which is very helpful when you aren't sure about guest count and weather. I sent a picture of the chair setup exactly how I wanted it, and it was executed just so.
They were amazing for our wedding. We got a 30x60 tent with a dance floor and everything from tables, lines, pa system, etc. They came first thing in the morning, set everything ...
up, lighting was perfect. The gentleman who were there were professional and accomodating. They came the morning after all events were through and took everything down. The quality of the tent, the lines, chairs, etc. were wonderful. I would highly recommend this company over and over again. The owner worked with me as to what I needed for the wedding, he visited the signt with me and made any adjustments I needed. The invoicing was detailed and perfect. They were always available whenever I needed them or had any questions or changes.
This company is reliable, easy to work with and will work with you on pricing
Great flexibility, great help!
Found me an ice cream cart as a special request for my groom! One Time, and flexible!
They were great to work with, really friendly and well priced! Love them!
We rented tables and chairs for our reception. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday before the wedding on Sunday. Well, they never showed up. After a moment of panic we c...
alled and found out that they were delivered to the venue the weekend before. The company apologized and delivered them first thing Sunday morning and my family all rushed to get things set up. The tables also were older and looked a little rough on top so be sure to have tablecloths!
good on price and close to oak island and southport
I had a destination wedding, so I had to take care of all of my rental needs in one trip. When I went, the system was down, but we were able to take care of all of the rentals and...
were able to keep constant contact through the entire process. The day of the wedding, they were early for setup and broke down very quickly after the ceremony. Very professional and easy to work with.
I used 3 cheers mainly because they were the only party rental place in Southport. My friend had used them for her wedding and also had mixed feelings. They were sometimes difficul...
t to contact and we had to amend the invoice quite a few times until it reflected what we wanted. (No real problem there, these things happen). The day of they delivered chairs that were different from what we originally ordered (again, not the end of the world- they were still white so it wasn't that big of a deal) but they didn't deliver enough chairs. This is where I was concerned- everyone needs a place to sit. My mom called and had to leave a message 2 hours before the wedding- they got back to her and said they would deliver extra chairs. About an hour before the wedding the chairs still were not there. They did end up delivering them about 45 mins before. We also apparently had to get a bit "creative" with the linens on the table. All in all- they were okay and everything worked out in the end.
