We booked this venue for our "Big Party Later" following our family only ceremony in 2021. We are beyond thrilled with the choice! 3 West Club's staff was attentive and professional. While there was some turn over in the event department, ultimately, Marc was our day of venue contact and he was a doll to work with. You feel his investment in each couple and their event. Lastly, we are still hearing rave reviews about the food at our reception! We were so impressed with 3 west club and so happy with our choice to book here.

We just had our wedding here! It was such a dream to work with Marc and Meghan. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure our wedding vision came to life. Our day was literally perfect. The views of the city are breathtaking and the vibes of the hotel give off old New York/Hollywood glam. If you're thinking of booking here, DO IT! We are so happy! Thank you, 3 West!

Going for an all-inclusive location was a no-brainer for busy people like me and my now husband. Meghan (and Victoria) was very quick to respond, flexible, transparent. They definitely made our planning process very smooth. The venue had a very classic NY glamour that just wowed us on our first visit and wowed every single guest. We had both the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception in the hotel. The cocktail hour was in the solarium that had a great view of St Patrick’s Cathedral and the light show of Saks Fifth Ave. The grand salon was the perfect size for our 50 person wedding: just 5 tables a generous sized dance floor, even several buffet tables scattered in the room for the ceremony and reception. All the food was so delicious, we had a hard time choosing our final menu. All our guests couldn’t stop going for seconds since we did a buffet. I appreciated the option of being able to use their contact for the cake (Vincenzo Salvatore). It was to die for! I highly recommend their venue. It is definitely a hidden gem in midtown NYC!

My hubby and I got engaged during the pandemic and we knew we wanted to get married in St. Patrick’s cathedral ❤️ we searched for venues near St. Patrick’s and fell in love with the convenience (such as venue, hotel for guests and all-inclusive catering all in one place) and elegance that 3 West Club offered us. Booking with 3 West was easy, seamless and just perfect for our wedding vision in this elegant ballroom😍 our wedding consultant Victoria helped us organize and execute our planning, decorations, logistics and everything resulted in pure perfection! Victoria and chef Gary answered my questions and offered great ideas including vendor suggestions such as our excellent DJ Victor Lesser from Manhattan City Music. Our wedding was unique, colorful, elegant and beautiful ❤️ the staff was attentive to all of our guests and us! 🤩 thank you 3 West ❤️

3 West Club was the only venue I viewed, was always my first choice, and was ultimately a dream! Even after a COVID-postponement and a drastically reduced guest count, the variety of rooms available meant that we could adjust our big day to be perfect. The 9th floor solarium and its stunning view of St. Patrick’s was what sold me on the venue (if you’re going to have a wedding in NYC, why not lean into seeing the city?), but I also appreciated that it was the only venue I came across that was transparent about its packages and pricing. The ballroom and the salon are both gorgeous rooms that speak for themselves and the Master Suite is brimming with character which looks great in getting-ready photos.

3 West Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. We found the venue just 3 months ahead of our wedding date, so the planning was fast and furious. Our wedding coordinator Victoria was truly a fantastic collaborator. She was always very positive and cheerful in our nearly daily back and forth communications and answered all of our questions, large and small, in a very detailed and organized fashion. She provided us with ample of good advice and is extremely helpful. When we went in for our tasting, it is apparent that we picked the best venue! The entire staff is detail oriented, even putting up an event sign in the lobby that it was our tasting that day. The food was all delicious and the chef presented everything personally at the tasting and showed his passion for making fine cuisine. On the day of our wedding, Victoria and the head of staff services were there to ensure everything was going smoothly and that all our needs were taken care of. The server staff was beautifully efficient and courteous, operating quietly in the background allowing guests to enjoy themselves. And the bartenders were very friendly and provided good service. We held our cocktail hour at the Lounge, which has a great old New York feel, and also held a Chinese tea ceremony there. Our reception of about 50 people fit comfortably in the Solarium giving our guests access to great views of the cathedral all evening from the large balcony area. We also reserved the Library and an adjoining room for the bride’s costume changes and ‘getting ready’ photos with our photographer. 3 West Club truly did an immaculate job in making our day perfect. Frankly, perfect is an understatement! We went to another wedding 2 weeks after ours and it was even more apparent how lucky we were to have picked 3 West Club for our wedding. The service, friendliness of the staff, attention to details provided by 3 West Club is TOP notch! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is and our guests were just impressed with the service and how delicious the food was. Throughout the day, everything happens so seamlessly - thoughtful collaboration with us on the overall plan, i.e., timing when food would be served (for our guests and vendors), floor plan for the reception and cocktail hour - what works well with our decorations, how it should be organized to give our guests a roomy feel, enough space for our first dance, etc. I could go on and on describing how MARVELOUS 3 West Club is. We couldn’t ask for a better venue and staff to work with. Victoria and 3 West Club staff, THANK YOU so very much for making our celebration such a perfect day. If we could, we would give 10 stars to 3 West Club!

We had our wedding reception here, with cocktails in the Solarium and dinner in the Grand Ballroom and we really couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We had significantly fewer guests than expected, and we'd skipped hiring a florist to keep things simple, and the staff took our handmade flower arrangements and made them look beautifully elegant in the middle of the tables. The whole day ran wonderfully smoothly -- they just handled everything behind the scenes and we had a great time eating and dancing and talking to our guests!

I had my wedding in late May 2021 and I can't appreciate enough for everything that 3 West club had offered. My original wedding date was June 2020 and due to the pandemic, I had to postpone the wedding 2 times. Every time I had to postpone the wedding, 3 West club was very easy to work with and did not ask for extra fee or increased rate. I had to cancel my rehearsal dinner due to family's traveling issue, they accepted my request to transfer the deposit to their hotel room credit. How nice of them. Also, Victoria was the most amazing venue coordinator at 3 West. She organized the whole wedding and performed as middle person with all of the vendors. She guided me through each steps and gave me peace of mind in planning the wedding. (it can get REALLY stressful) My husband and I were so close to canceling the wedding few times but we were so glad we didn't. 3 West staffs were the main reason we decided to push through our plan since they were so helpful and clear about the most updated pandemic guidelines. After the wedding, all of my guests complimented how beautiful the wedding was (guests especially loved the Solarium Terrace with St. Patrick's church view during cocktail hour) and how great the food was. (Thank you, Gary!) A lot of guests asked how we found 3 West club and they said they really enjoyed our wedding celebration. We booked 3 floors for the wedding: Grand Salon for ceremony, Solarium Terrace for cocktail hour, and Grand Ballroom for reception. We were able to fit 70 guests with plenty of rooms and my husband & I were granted access to different floors such as Lincoln room & Library for photoshoots. I greatly appreciate all 3 West club staffs and Victoria for giving me & my husband a lifelong memory of our best day.

We had our wedding at 3 West Club just before Covid hit in 2020 and were so lucky to have been able to celebrate there! It was the perfect beautiful but lowkey spot for my husband and I. The venue was great for our guests that were visiting the city, right in the middle of everything but feels cozy and intimate once you're inside. Plus a gorgeous skyline view for guests to check out and take photos. Victoria made sure everything was perfect for us and that everything ran according to our timeline which was a big concern for us. Lots of room for our bridal party to relax and touch up before the ceremony, all the things our vendors needed for setup/delivery and no unnecessary complications. We were so happy with our day and would not have changed a thing. Cannot thank the whole 3 West Club enough for a perfect memory with all our loved ones :)

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard which is why I must praise the 3 West Club for making our special day so wonderful! From our first conversation until our final execution, Louise Scrivines was there helping us through the ups and downs, paying attention to every detail. Her diligence and availability enabled us to throw the event with only a few months preparation. Chef Gary Eisenburg prepared what is one of the best meals I have ever had in NYC - I loved the Branzino! Our guests especially loved the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres. If you plan to have children attend your wedding, you must order the ice cream bar. The kids were so happy that I will never forget the smile on their faces! The staff was helpful and friendly. The décor invokes a feeling of elegance and allows you the ability to use multiple floors so the guest can enjoy the entire facility. Our ceremony was held in the Grand Salon, our cocktail hour in the Solarium (with those breathtaking views), a Chinese tea ceremony in the Lounge and the reception in the Grand Ballroom. The entire staff made sure that the event was held to the highest health standards for everyone’s safety. We are so happy we were married at the 3 West Club and highly recommend the venue!

From the moment I was planning my wedding to the night of, the 3 West Club perfected everything from beginning to end. The planning process with Louise was effortless and she was extremely welcoming and understanding with the needs we had for our special night. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the 3 West Club and their staff. Our wedding was one of the many affected by COVID and making the decision switch to a much smaller guest list and a different venue turned out perfect at the 3 West Club. The food was great, the space was beautiful and we just had the most amazing night. Louise, their Director of Catering was so helpful in planning everything in the last few weeks as everything had to be done last minute given the circumstances. If you are planning a smaller wedding I would highly recommend one of their event spaces, you won't regret it!

We love the 3 West Club! You cannot beat this venue to host your wedding. The service, location in NYC, pricing, ambiance and food are all top notch! Louise (catering director) and Gary (chef) became like family to me they were so hands on in planning my special day. No detail was overlooked; they created my perfect wedding day! You will not be disappointed. It really is one stop shopping and the vendors they recommend to use are also fantastic and price effective. It could not have been easier to plan my special day. My friends and family continue to comment on how fantastic the food was. Really to find a venue that's well priced in mid town Manhattan, with perfect food too it was a dream day and I'll never forget it. Highly recommend 3 West Club!

We had a small wedding ceremony on the Solarium terrace for family then cocktails and hors dourves. In the age of the pandemic, finding outdoor space to get married was hard but 3 West Club was perfect for us and did a fantastic job. The view of St. Patrick's Cathedral is amazing and a wonderful photo opportunity. Also you can't beat the pricing and the food. Great value, and our guests could not raving about this venue and the food. Kudos to Gary, the chef, Jimmy our fantastic bartender and Louise the Director of Catering for making it happen seamlessly and quickly. We could not have been happier!

June 2021- After postponing our wedding reception for 15 months, we were finally able to have the best party at the 3 West Club in June 2021. We knew it was going to be a special day, and 3 West was one of the main reasons for it. Six months later, our wedding guests are still talking about the amazing reception. Our guests complimented the wedding as one of the “classiest” events they ever attended. The food and service both exceeded our expectations. We also hosted our initial elopement on the terrace of the 3 West Club in the summer of 2020. My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about the venue, and we have got our fingers crossed for an excuse to book them again sometime soon! July 2020- After originally planning on getting married at 3 West Club in March, we had to postpone as a result of the pandemic shutdowns. Venue coordinator Louise and the entire staff have worked with us every step of the way, helping us put together a lovely (but tiny) ceremony and reception on July 18th in accordance with current guidelines while still being flexible and understanding with rescheduling the larger party for all of our guests for a later date. The venue is beautiful and extremely well-priced and Chef Gary's food is fantastic. Throughout this whole postponement process 3 West Club has come to have an even more special place in our hearts.

Words can not express how glad my husband and I are that we selected 3 west club for our wedding reception. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish! Lauren was the extremely professional, had great expertise and helped make my wedding day all we expected! Working with Belitza and the concierge staff to book our guest rooms was very smooth. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The chef was amazing, our guests all enjoyed the food from cocktail hour to dinner and gushed over the strawberry shortcake! Absolutely amazing venue! My husband and I visited more than five venues before visiting the 3 West Club and once we saw the Solarium and the classic New York touches in the Ballroom, we fell in love with the place. Situated in the heart of New York City, it truly is a hidden gem and Lauren is a an absolute PLEASURE to work with. She listened to our ideas and made amazing recommendations to make our vision come to life. 3 West Club is an amazing, beautiful wedding venue. It has an elegant, classy, old New York aesthetic which we found to be very unique. Lauren was an absolute please to work with. She was so responsive and she nailed everything we asked for and then some. She truly made our experience wonderful, not to mention the awesome service on the day of the event. My husband and I along with our guests were very impressed with the professional, friendly service from all of the waiters and bartenders. Our guests couldn't get over the view from the solarium for the cocktail hour and the food throughout the whole night. We couldn't have asked for a better day or a better event manger to work with! 3 West Club is the perfect wedding venue!! I visited over 50 venues, and I immediately knew 3 West Club was the perfect spot for our intimate wedding of 45 people. We had our ceremony and reception in the Solarium and the cocktail hour in the Lounge. Each room is so elegantly decorated and perfect for our needs. The views of St. Patrick's Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, and Radio City are phenomenal. Everyone loved taking pictures on the terrace. The staff at 3 West Club was amazing as well. Lauren helped us plan every detail of our wedding. She was super helpful in making sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent too! Our guests could not stop raving about the food, so much that most didn't even have space to try out the dessert bar! The sound engineer also helped us manage our karaoke machine so we could sing our hearts out all night. My relatives and I stayed at the hotel before and after the wedding. Belitza and the front desk made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you for helping us create our dream wedding! I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out!

Lauren and her team were phenomenal for my intimate wedding at the 3 West Club. Guest raves about the food and service, but the ambiance/scenery was truly the breath taker! This boutique hotel in NYC is a hidden gem and I am so happy to have found it. I stayed over night in the junior suite and had a comfortable stay as well! From planning to execution, the team at 3 West club exude professionalism and service with a smile. All the employees are always willing to help in whatever capacity to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our wedding went off without a hitch. Our planner, Lauren checked in everyday via email and phone to iron out small details in stages, reducing stress and allowing you to slowly bring your vision to life without missing a single detail. The wide menu selection makes it hard to choose, but I promise they are tasty, as the culinary team pours love into each dish! I am thankful that my husband and I decided to select 3 West as our venue if choice.

The best ever! What a gem! We can’t say enough about this venue. We chose this venue for two reasons. 1. It is absolutely gorgeous. If you are planning a classy, elegant Manhattan wedding, seriously look no further. This venue can accommodate any size wedding party for literally the best price you will find in Manhattan. How do they do it? No idea.... but trust me when I say that you NEED to check this place out. Think 1920’s Great Gatsby classic elegance. 2. Lauren Charbonneau - the model of efficiency. It was important to me to find a venue where there was someone I could trust to handle the details. Lauren was literally born to to this. You always expect that even with the most meticulous planning, that something will go awry and you’ll have to improvise. Not the case here. From the very beginning when we signed the contract to literally 5 minutes before I walked down the aisle, Lauren and I were in constant communication. Every request was answered with a “no problem, we can handle that.” Every question was answered right away. I had so much confidence in Lauren that I wish she could just handle my life. Our guests were blown away. The food, the ambiance, the service...... perfection. Shall I go on about the food? In brief, it was delicious and the portions were extremely generous. I’ve gone on long enough. Just go there. Book this place. You will NOT be disappointed.

When DIY planning a complicated event, I tend to judge the result by what might have gone wrong and which disasters were averted. In this case, even after our ill-selected florist failed to deliver eight arrangements, the '3 West' supplied tabletop adornments lent more than enough visual drama so that even we ourselves did not notice until halfway through the reception that they were missing. Our banquet manager, Lauren, was ready at every moment, both before and during our event, with enthusiasm for fulfilling our requests and useful suggestions to improve upon our plans. Essentially, '3 West Club' satisfied in every category!

3 West Club, especially the wedding planner, Lauren, was outstanding. Lauren consistently went above and beyond. We had our wedding there last weekend and couldn’t be happier. Lauren is extremely detail-oriented, organized, professional, and passionate about what she does. The rates at 3 West Club are very reasonable, especially for NYC. They are willing to customize anything to make your day truly unique. They have many beautiful rooms from which to choose you’d want to host every wedding weekend event there. The sleeping rooms were super convenient for small children at the reception. Lauren never forgot a small detail. She truly works tirelessly to ensure your wedding is the best day ever and you don’t have to think about anything. She is there every step of the planning process and on the day of. We didn’t need a day of coordinator because of how much the 3 west club does. The food is also outstanding. This isn’t typical catering food. Orders are taken tableside, portions are large, and guests have a couple of choices. It really is five star service. Our wedding was not black tie but this venue could accommodate that if you wanted. It truly is a gem in nyc and we are so thankful we found it. The only hiccup is the hotel. The hotel is 3 star operating for a 5 star venue. The hotel would forget information about the room block when guests would call; it took several calls to get a pack and play for my niece and the rooms don’t have safe. We used a nearby full service hotel for our room block but it was helpful having sleeping rooms onsite.

I had the pleasure of working at the 3 west club years ago while still in school and when the wedding planning began my first thought was definitely to have it here. Event coordinator Lauren is truly amazing. I live in Hawaii and was unable to be available in person for all the planning so Lauren willingly met with my grandmother to show her the space and coordinate every detail all while emailing me back and forth to keep me updated. She made herself available for anything on my wedding day even finding me a bobby pin for my hair when we didn’t have one. She went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The food is divine. Gary is an amazing chef, wonderfully charismatic, and incredibly funny. He will take great care of you. On the day of your wedding the amazing wait staff will make sure you and your guest never go hungry or with out a drink in your hand. Everyone is outgoong, caring, and dedicated to making sure you have the time of your life. If you’re looking for a beautiful, historical venue with a dedicated and caring staff the 3 west club is definitely the place.

New York is full of wonderful surprises, one of which is the 3 West Club. When we stepped through the doors of this elegant venue; we knew we had found The Place. We were married in front of a romantic fireplace, dined overlooking the beautiful Rockefeller gardens and St. Patrick's Cathedral and danced the night away all without leaving the building. Lauren C. helped us plan the wedding of our dreams. Her insights and patience were so invaluable. She and her staff were committed from beginning to end to make our day special. Last but not least the food was delicious and we can definitely say no one went away hungry.

I can't say enough good things about the 3 West Club. The location is perfect! We were married in the Solarium in which oversees St. Patricks Cathedral. We had about 36 guests and still had space in the back for cocktail tables and champagne. We were running late. stuck in traffic, and the hotel really worked with us to make sure that the event went off with no issues. The staff is so caring and really worked hard to make sure that our wedding was everything we could've ever wanted.

The 3 West Club made wedding planning easy and executed an elegant wedding with delicious food, beautiful decor, and perfect service! In addition we planned our wedding in only 2 months and the 3 West Club was able to work with our timeline and make it easy for us and accommodated a few special requests. The location is so great too. Lauren was phenomenal to work with and all the employees made the day so enjoyable and took care of so many details so that we could just enjoy ourselves! This place is an exceptional value for a beautiful, elegant wedding and the Solarium on the 9th floor was so perfect to have dessert and dancing with amazing views for an afternoon wedding!

I couldn't have had a better wedding without the team at 3 West Club. From Lauren, the wedding planner, to the chef to the bartenders and waitstaff... everything was perfect. They were able to roll with the punches of my rained out wedding, give my guests and myself the night of my life and execute it all flawlessly. I couldn't recommend a more capable team. I had an 80 person wedding there in late July. I booked the venue before even visiting it in person because I knew it was what I wanted. There are 9 floors of intricately decorated rooms that each have their own theme. The venue gives off a very old New York feel. The chandelier in the ballroom is gorgeous and that's where I had my reception. The 9th floor Solarium was the talk of my wedding. Everyone took pictures up there and enjoyed the view. Lauren, the venue wedding planner was so easy to work with. She is highly organized and an excellent communicator. She made the whole planning process simple and keep in mind I had to plan the whole thing while living in another state! Honestly don't think twice about this venue, everyone there will go out of their way to make your experience great. Also, the chef works to personalize your meal and he is very kind and listens to what you want. My guests also all commented on how great the waiting staff were at the venue, they were very attentive to my guests. It's a unique venue that my guests will always remember, I'm happy I had my wedding at the 3 West Club!

Our wedding was a dream come true. And as you know it can be stressful. Lauren was the wedding planner on staff was absolutely amazing from beginning to The very end. She had a lot of experience and when we weren’t sure about amount of food, agenda or spacing she came in with great suggestions that worked out perfectly. We had a cocktail style wedding which made things more complicated for table format and flowers but she helped us sort it out perfectly. She also was on top of contacting our vendors when we forgot towards the end. And our menu changed towards the end and she accommodated is with reasonable prices. The staff was on top of it and made sure everyone was taken care of. Our guest raves about the food especially the lamb, seafood, and the dessert spread was something I’ve never seen it was def our dream come true wedding and we couldn’t be happier with 3 West club. Hats off to the chef! We will def be visiting for our anniversary. The space is old fashion New York which I just loved

This is an incredible venue in the center of NYC. You can't find a more convenient and beautiful venue. It is elegant and classic and offers a variety rooms for different functions. The staff is amazing and the food was great. Lauren, was incredible to work with and was so helpful, kind and super responsive. We just had my daughter's wedding and reception there with photos in Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park. We stayed there as did several family members - the guests rooms are lovely. I would stay there again. Belitza helped us with room reservations and she was great to work with too.

My wife and I are so glad we chose 3 West Club as our wedding venue. Everything was top notch: the venue was elegant, the food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. Our guests, many of them from out of town, all raved about the venue. It was also an absolute pleasure working with Lauren. She was so professional, courteous, and responsive. Her attention to detail was amazing (and this is high praise coming from a lawyer). Wedding planning can be stressful, but having Lauren there made everything easier. We felt like we were in good hands and that everything would get taken care of. The pricing was also surprisingly reasonable for such a coveted midtown location. Of all the decision that we had to make as part of our wedding, picking 3 West Club as our venue was one of the best decisions we made.

The 3 West Club worked with us to make our dream wedding a reality. From the first moment we stepped inside I knew that this was the venue for us. We had a very small wedding of 35 people so the Grand Salon was perfect for us. Lauren was a delight to work with from beginning to end. She was very attentive and always made sure to keep us posted on our contract, food and promptly answered any questions we might have. The food was top notch and the portions were very generous. The chef was very mindful of dietary restrictions; I have a peanut allergy and my sister is vegan. Chef made it happen so everyone could eat whatever they wanted. The location was perfect and our guests were wowed at every turn, from the cocktail hour through dinner and dancing. Everyone remarked how our wedding was the best one they've ever been to and how there was so much food! Lastly the price: My wife and I viewed numerous places around NYC and the 3 West Club was the only venue that met our needs for location, ambiance and price. The same venue and amenities would have cost us at least 5k more then what our final invoice read. 3 West Club made our wedding reception a night that our guests, my wife and I will never ever forget. If I had to sum it up in 3 quotes: "Pat, that was the best wedding I've ever been to!", "I'll never attend another wedding like that again!", "There was so much food; I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out perfectly medium rare!" Thank you Lauren you and your staff are the best!

We chose 3 West Club for our wedding venue for its vintage décor and chandeliers. The Club also provides lodging accommodations for your guests at a discounted rate. Our wedding coordinator was Lauren. She was very nice and interested in all the details of our wedding. She asked all the questions necessary to make our day exactly as we imagined it. She gave us many recommendations as she has a lot of experience. Lauren was extremely responsive through email or phone. She coordinated our food tasting and was able to get us in earlier as there was a snow storm that day. The chef and all servers were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious. We felt extremely confident about our food selection and service. Remember that your guests will love your wedding if the food is great and you play good music. Lauren handled all day-of-the-wedding details for me. We had gone through all the details of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception including where the flowers were going to be placed, decorations and every activity/pictures that we had planned. We got everything we wanted. All my extra decorations, including photobooth and cards/advice/frame to sign – table, was exactly as we had planned. I took Lauren’s advice to take the Junior Suite to be able to get ready with my bridesmaids and to have more privacy (original plan was using the Lincoln Room). This was the best decision because we the room was spacious, and I took beautiful pictures with my bridal party. The Junior Suite has a living-room area with a long couch, 2 chairs, and a coffee table. We also had a small refrigerator, lockbox, walking closet, and a big closet with mirror doors and a bathroom. There is also a desk and chair. We celebrated our wedding on May 5th, 2018. The ceremony and cocktail hour were held in the Solarium. We chose the Pasta station, and everyone loved it. The service was outstanding. The Ceremony went smooth. We had the first dance right after the introduction of the bridal party. All our guests were so excited and joined us on the dance floor for a preview dancing song. The food was served on time and it was delicious. We had the Baked Purse, Branzino/NY Steak and the duo of sorbets. Everyone was amazed by the quality of the service and taste of the food. After the food service, we had dancing all night. Our guests still talk about our wedding 2 weeks after the event. They keep telling us how much they like the venue for its’ vintage décor and the outstanding service that 3 West Club provide. We are still in awe and daydreaming about our special day. Our wedding was truly special and 3 West Club made it happen for us. We are incredibly grateful to Lauren and 3 West Club for giving the extra mile to cater to all our guests and us. We can't wait for our 1 year anniversary as we plan on staying at 3 West Club and celebrate there again.

My wife and I recently had our wedding here and couldn't be happier with the way everything went. The staff lead by the social catering manager, Lauren was terrific. She was delightful to work with, coming up with lots of great suggestions and any assistance we needed along the way. The staff, the day of the wedding was equally as terrific, everyone was accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond for our guests. The staff coordinated with the band and florist to ensure everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a charming venue that has a cozy personalized feel, I'd highly recommend the 3 West Club.

The team at 3 West was even better than the awesome location, views, and interior. The team was thoughtful, professional, and sincere. They were well-prepared and anticipated what we didn't from the beginning of planning through the end of our event. They were flexible and accommodating to our every desire. The venue is a secret gem! The team was detail oriented, friendly and had lots of cost effective options to choose from. The quality of the food and service was complimented by ALL of our guests! AND our cocktail hour over looked St. Patricks Cathedral, I mean WOW! There are so many overwhelming details to sort through and they helped us tackle them all. The venue and staff really made our wedding and reception a beautiful and even more memorable event. Would recommend to anyone.

This venue is a hidden GEM! My wedding was a vintage theme so this hotel was everything i could’ve imagined! Classic, elegant and delicious food! They also accomadated my severe allergy to nuts! They listen to all your needs and wants! Stood in the deluxe suite as well, which is perfect for the bride and groom!

The service provided by 3West Club for our wedding was remarkable. The attention to details by the planning team, the level of professionalism displayed on the day of the function, the care exhibited, the food presentation, the ambience of the venue and even the room layout were all of impeccable taste. We certainly would recommend them as a wedding destination.

My wife and I were thrilled with our experience at the 3West Club. Not only were they reasonable on cost, they went above and beyond to make our special day memorable and run smoothly. The space is beautiful and the cocktail hour lounge areas were perfect for our wedding (100 guests). Our guests were impressed with the space and the food, which was truly fantastic. My husband and I would recommend 3 west club for your wedding if you're looking for an elegant, unique, and classic NYC wedding that is also affordable. 3WC offers the true NYC experience with a lot of personalization and great service. We used the lounge for cocktail hour and grand ballroom for the reception at our September 2017 wedding. The food from cocktail hour through the 4 courses of dinner was amazing. Our guests raved about the food during the wedding and after. We were quite sure that the food would be great based on reviews and then after going to our tastings to select the menu a few months before. During the early planning stages we knew our top 3 priorities were food/drinks, music, and guest/our experience. Our experience was great with the 3WC. Ryan Furio the sales manager is great at his job, organized, and prompt to respond with any questions or concerns. We are both busy, working people and the experience of wedding planning was made easier by Ryan from start to finish as he's experienced and eliminates a lot of the fuss that can go along with wedding planning. He worked with us and was able to personalize aspects of the wedding. For example, our ceremony was nearby and there was 1.5 hours between that and the cocktail hour. He set up a space with apple cider to hold guests before the official start of the wedding. He also worked with us to get the menu just the way we envisioned it (raw bar, certain brands of alcohol, an extra dinner course, initiating contact with a cake baker). During the evening, Ryan’s team was well organized and executed the setup and service flawlessly. The ballroom was able to hold a 6 piece band comfortably. Overall, our experience and the guests' experience were positive and we thank Ryan and his team for truly being great to work with and delivering on a great final product, our wedding!

Let me start off by saying, WOW! What a beautiful event space. Located in Midtown Manhattan it is in the heart of the city, with views overlooking Radio City Music Hall, St Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Plaza. My husband and I chose this space after seeing it in person one time and I have to say we definitely made the right choice. Although the pictures are gorgeous, they do not do it justice. Ryan the events and catering coordinator was so nice and also very helpful. He responded to our questions quickly and always had helpful suggestions to make our wedding the best it could be. The food was amazing. We both ate the steak and it was so tender and amazing. Our guests had nothing but compliments and great reviews about the appetizers served during the cocktail hour (wish we could have tried them). The service was great too, the staff was always kind and attentive and very methodical in producing food and drinks. We had around 100 guests and they were able to support a good sized dance floor. Overall I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wants a classic Manhattan wedding.

The perfect venue for our art deco, classic New York style wedding. A native New Yorker, my British husband and all of our international guests (from 9 countries!) were WOWED by the beauty and elegance of the 3 West Club. The venue is both impressive and intimate, and the many rooms you can use add variety and flexibility for use. The views from the terrace overlooking St Patrick's and Radio City Music Hall are iconic, and gave the wow factor and picture postcard backdrop to our wedding - impressing even my family from New York who were seeing the city from a different perspective. The location is also perfect for getting amazing pre- and post-ceremony shots, with its proximity to Rock Centre, Top of the Rock, Radio City, 5th Avenue and Central Park. The classic New York and quintessential styling provide many opportunities for interior shots as well, with the views from the terrace being especially photogenic. The many rooms you can use for each part of the day also offered great flexibility and variety for the day, and we made great use of all of them, having welcome cocktails in the lounge, the ceremony in the Grand Salon, the cocktail party in the Solarium and Terrace, and the reception in the Grand Ballroom With their high ceilings and crystal chandeliers, it was a beautifully timeless place for our special day. It was also spacious enough for our 110 guests, 8 piece band and photo booth. Ryan was incredible throughout, and made planning every detail easy and was the picture of patience with my very detailed plans. All of this was made even more impressive for being pulled off with an ocean between us! But in the end, everything came off practically perfectly, and he was great with special requests and last minute changes - including adding a place setting for an extra guests when my friend turned up with a boyfriend I didn't know she had! The feedback on the day and since has been phenomenal, about everything from the location, the venue and especially the food which was delicious and plentiful. They also catered well for our vegetarian guests, especially important as my new mother-in-law does not eat meat and she was very pleased with her meal. Ryan was also great with recommendations for other vendors and flexible with tastings and site visits to accommodate my few and far between visits to NYC from London for planning, which was great and very helpful. All in all, the day was perfect and we would highly recommend the 3 West Club for an amazingly beautiful, well-run and impressive wedding venue.

Words cannot express how incredibly happy we were with our wedding that we held at the 3 West Club (7/15/17.) Everything was just fabulous. We held our ceremony and cocktail hour in the Solarium and the guests could not get over the amazing view of St. Patrick's Cathedral from the Balcony. The reception was held downstairs in the Grand Ballroom and was a perfect size for our 100 guests. Ryan was amazing and helped me plan the entire event via email and phone being that we lived 1500 miles away. I knew I was in good hands from day one. He took care of our every need and could not have been more wonderful and understanding. Chef Gary is the BOMB. We told him our theme was "Manhattan Margaritaville" and he customized the entire menu for us. The food was out of this world! The guests are still raving about the wonderful dishes Gary prepared and his delicious desserts. A good time was had by all and we are forever grateful to Ryan, Gary and the rest of the staff at 3 West!

My husband and I got married here on 7/1/17. We could not have found a better venue for what we had in mind, as far as size (we had a little under 100 guests) and vibe (classic, retro, intimate). From the very beginning (initial venue tour) to the very end (last minute chaos) of our wedding planning, Ryan the venue manager was such a pleasure to work with. On the day of, the staff was very attentive, making sure that everything was just right. Our outside vendors were also very impressed with how accommodating and flexible they were, making their jobs much easier that day. Pros: -Hubs and I wanted an outdoor wedding but didn't know what the weather would bring. The solarium terrace was the perfect indoor/outdoor compromise. This worked out well for us. -Food was excellent. We had a lot of compliments from the guests about the food! -Everyone here was wonderful to work with, and they did their best to fulfill any special requests (within reason, of course) -A TON of great spots inside the venue for wedding photos. Our photographer came up with a lot of cool ideas with the lighting, windowpanes, chandeliers, etc. Great detail in this very well-maintained space. -The venue has a traditional, classic vibe without being a "wedding factory" if you know what I mean. Cons: can't think of any...except, you can't have a ginormous wedding here. Definitely not the kind of place you want to host 300 guests! Which is not what we wanted anyway. As everyone knows being a bride can be stressful time , however I must tell you that I could not of been happier with the entire team at the 3 West Club. I remember the day my fiance and I went to view the club and meet Ryan Furio for the first time. The warmth and help from Ryan had us book immediately and i can tell you that Ryan and his team were amazing all the way through from beginning to end of the ceremony. We looked at close to a dozen wedding venues in Manhattan and along the Hudson before choosing 3 West (the last place we looked at). What really set it apart right from the beginning was the location, space, and value, but what I came to appreciate even more as the wedding planning went on was the stellar service delivered by Ryan Furio, the sales manager. For us, the location was a no-brainer. I wanted to do our first look in Central Park, and we had many friends coming in for the day on MetroNorth, so the fact that this was within walking distance of the Park and Grand Central made it ideal (not to mention photo ops with St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center). Another unique element about 3 West was the many beautiful spaces contained within the same building. We had our ceremony on-site, so we were able to fully utilize the various rooms in the club for each part of the wedding day - Solarium for the invitation, the Grand Salon for the ceremony, the Lounge for cocktail hour and the Grand Ballroom for reception dinner. Guests couldn't stop telling me how gorgeous and luxurious the venue was, and how delicious the food was. Some of them said they were full after the cocktail hour, but had to make room for the amazing entrees and Viennese dessert table. I don't think it's possible to find better value in all of Manhattan. Last but not least, Ryan really made this experience unforgettable. He was super accommodating when we had to look at the venue multiple times before committing because my husband couldn't come the first time with me. When I wasn't entirely happy with the suggested floor plan, Ryan not only took the trouble to draw up an alternative plan for me, but even set up the tables so I could preview the new floor plan in person. We had our wedding in March 2017 at the 3 West Club and it was unbelievable. We had a combination of a Chinese and Western wedding so had many events in multiple rooms throughout the whole day. Ryan and his team were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond for all of our requests. They made us feel great throughout the entire process and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We were also very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and how generous the portions were. We've been to many private clubs in the city and the food at the 3 West Club was by far the best. Each and every staff member was incredibly nice and helpful to our guests too which made us feel so much better. If you're looking for an indoor venue in NYC with <150 people there's no doubt that the 3 West Club is your best bet. We visited probably every place in the city with these requirements and have been to several as well and there's really no comparison.

We had our ceremony and reception at the 3 West Club and it was perfect. Ryan was extremely easy to work with and made the entire day run smoothly for us. We had our ceremony in the Solarium which was beautiful and the perfect size space for our guest count. Our cocktail hour was in the Library which was a perfect space for guests to mingle and snack. Our reception was in the ballroom and it was beautiful. The food is absolutely fantastic. The pricing was exactly on par with our budget. We couldn't have found a better space.

The location of the 3 West Club is superb and the balcony with the view of St Patrick's Cathedral made for some gorgeous photos. Our guests loved that we had the ceremony, cocktail reception, and the dinner and dancing in three separate rooms, and the 9th floor solarium really stole the show. It is an incredibly reasonable price for what it is and where it is. New York was a destination wedding for us, so we actually 'viewed' the venue with Ryan via FaceTime and managed to organise all of the details by email. Ryan is very quick to respond, always on hand with suggestions but equally happy to accommodate our ideas. All of the staff were fantastic and went the extra mile to make sure we had whatever we needed on the day. We couldn't have been happier with our wedding day, and if we had to do it all over again we would book the 3 West Club without hesitation! I genuinely can't recommend it highly enough.

5 star service. My wedding day was initially better than I had anticipated due to high quality service from 3 west. Not much feedback was needed , it was clear to see that everyone in the catering department were professionals. Although my wedding ceremony was small , the quality of it all was exceptional. No complaints at all.

We used the Solarium at 3 West Club for our tiny wedding/elopement. Ryan and his team went out of their way to make the event flawless. I contacted him to inquire about renting the room for a short time and he gave me some options that made our event beyond what we could have imagined. Communication during planning and the event was outstanding. Prices were very reasonable for Christmas time in NYC. Our guests are still raving about the view and the incredible food.

We had our wedding at The 3 West Club in October 2016 and it went off better than we could have hoped. We were made a little nervous by some personnel changes since the time we had initially booked the venue, but Ryan proved extremely easy to work with, very amenable to suggestions and patient when we kept changing our minds on how we wanted the ballroom to be set up. As for the day itself, we used the Grand Salon for the ceremony, the Lounge for our cocktail hour and Grand Ballroom for our reception. Each room was set up the night before and looked great. The food, much of which we had sampled back in August, was all fantastic and our guests couldn't stop telling us how wonderful everything was - kudos to Chef Gary!. We admittedly didn't get to try everything (particularly at the cocktail hour) during our wedding, but we very much enjoyed the sampling of "leftovers" we were sent home with (I want more of the risotto!). The Viennese dessert station looked amazing and the passed sorbet were delicious. Though Ryan indicated that they typically do sit-down dinners, we chose a buffet-style meal (without assigned seating) and it worked great and made the whole event less formal and encouraged guests to mingle. Overall, I have to say what made our wedding go off without a hitch was that we had planned out the day's schedule with Ryan ahead of time and he and his staff did an amazing job of keeping to the plan, including coordinating with our band so that the various planned moments in the reception timed out perfectly with when the buffet and (later) dessert were ready. Lastly, I would mention that we are a gay couple and we had some minor hesitation about holding our wedding at the home of the Women's National Republican Club. We needn't have. Everyone at The 3 West Club was warm and welcoming and clearly wanted to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be.

The staff at 3 West Club was attentive to the details of the wedding and showed dedication to making our big day a a great success. The true beauty of the venue is that you have access to various rooms for your wedding day. We made use of the Solarium for the cocktail hour, the Grand Ballroom for the reception, as well as the Library and Lounge room beforehand to take family portraits. Our guests expressed how they enjoyed having various rooms to explore and felt that it added to the glamour of the wedding. They did not feel constrained to one space and enjoyed the liberty of taking photos in various locations. They absolutely loved the view of St. Patrick's Cathedral from the outdoor terrace of the Solarium. Ryan Furio, Senior Catering Sales Manager, was available to meet with us in person during the summer to carefully review our expectations for the wedding. He brought his own expertise to the table and provided useful tips that helped the day run smoothly. Ryan was extremely attentive via email, even on the weekends! Gary Eisenberg, Chef, was a true pleasure to work with! He was accommodating to our needs and provided excellent service. The hospitality his staff provided the day of the wedding met our expectations. I also would like to highlight Champagne Mills, Catering Account Receivables. She was able to provided immediate updates about our invoice upon request. We had the flexibility of making payments throughout the year, which helped us plan in advance. The whole staff felt like family, we are extremely grateful for finding this gem on The Knot and would highly recommend 3 West Club to future couples. Best of luck!

My husband David and I got married at the 3 West Club on October 9 and it was fantastic! It's been a week since the big event and I'm still getting raves from everyone who went. The service was impeccable, our party planner Ryan was extremely helpful and accommodating, and open to all of my ideas for our wedding. Our wedding was not the most traditional but anything would work with this gorgeous venue. The view of St. Patrick's Cathedral is beautiful, a great backdrop for photos. Our guests had the best time. Overall a wonderful experience I'd recommend 3 West to anyone.

I had my fairy tale wedding there. 3 West Club provided us beautiful spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. I received so many compliments about the beautiful view in each room, particularly the balcony where you can see St. Patrick cathedral. One thing I was so certain from the beginning to the end was their excellent service. From the way they answered my questions when I started planning the wedding, I knew they would take care of my guest very well. I was right. All my guests complimented their services and told me how attentive they were. One of my guests is pregnant. She told me specifically that she didn't even need to ask anything, the waiter and waitress simply has everything ready for her. That made me very happy. Last but not least, Ryan Furio, the Sales Manager who had been helping me to organise this wedding, he is simply beyond wonderful! He patiently answered all my questions, always responded very promptly, and asked me details and questions, which helped me to be more organised and more thoughtful during the planning. On the day when I became the crazy bride, he was there to comfort me and made sure everything is going to be fine. He even helped me with the music when I didn't have enough people to do that. All in all, Ryan is an amazing manager. I feel this review is too short to describe how great he is. I sincerely wants to thank him for everything he did for my wedding. Thank you. My parents are very very satisfied and they are going to brag about my wedding to the whole family clan and their friends all over the world. We had our wedding at the 3 West Club in Sept 2016. Ryan and his team exceeded our expectations. Food was excellent- we received tons of compliments. Chef Gary is amazing! 3 West Club was also very flexible and accommodating with our needs. You can't go wrong with having an event here!

Pros- Food: No question, this place probably has some of the best food in the city and the chef was amazing, funny, and so accommodating. Grand Salon/Grand Ballroom/Lounge: Absolutely gorgeous Cons- It is with a heavy heart that we are unable to give the 3 West 5 stars. The air conditioning was broken in the Solarium where we had the cocktail hour. This room is on the 9th floor and has an amazing view of St. Patricks Cathedral, but we had our wedding on August 13, 2016 (the hottest day of the year) and the air conditioning was completely broken. Our guests were sweating and to be honest, some complained that it was a bit unbearable. No one on 3 West's staff apologized to me or my husband. I would have liked to have been notified about this incident, as we could have changed the location of the cocktail hour before guests arrived. Other than that, the 3 West Club is a beautiful place to get married with a great location in NYC.

Our wedding on April 23 at 3 West was 5 star all the way and even more wonderful than we had hoped for. We loved it but more importantly, our guests all came back with rave reviews--"perfect" was what we heard most often--for the gorgeous venue, the food and service, the great location and fabulous views. 3 West offers a unique site, right off 5th Avenue, in an elegant building with different grand rooms for various parts of a wedding. We started off with cocktails in the gorgeous lounge, with floor to ceiling Windows, comfortable couches and chairs, two fireplaces and a grand piano! Then we all moved easily to the 9th floor Solarium for dinner--another elegant place with an outdoor patio and stunning views of St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center. All our guests were blown away by both locations. The food was absolutely wonderful, starting with 8 types of passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktails--all excellent and plentiful, from lobster salad puffs to prosciutto with melon. No one can have a better selection! Chef Gary surpassed himself at dinner; again all our guests raved over the food. The dessert--a chocolate tulip cup filled with mousse and topped with berries and cream--was a huge hit. The service throughout was superb, from working with our wedding planner, Kathleen Rulloda, to the first rate, professional service staff during cocktails and dinner--everything ran smoothly and easily and without a hitch. Five Stars and all our thanks to 3 West. It was all "perfect."

I am still floating on a cloud. There are not enough words to express the LOVE I have for The3West Club. Kathleen was my angel and helped execute the most stunning event of my life. Jim the GM was My brother and helped make my dreams come true. Chef Gary is the most talented chef I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The food was so delicious! The raw bar, the appitzers, the filet, the sea bass.. The heavenly chocolate cups filled with sorbet! I could go on for days.Oh my goodness! Heaven!!! The staff from the bar tenders to the servers.. Every member of this team was delightful. I had a vision and each and every person helped make it a reality with a smile and so much love. It was truly the greatest day of my life!
