Second only to the memories, the pictures are what you walk away with. We had a specific vision when it came to what we wanted to capture on our day and had made decisions based on that (time of year, venues etc). With just a glance at their portfolio, it is easy to fall in love with 309. I personally didn't know what to expect when it came to working with photographers and found it surprisingly hard to communicate exactly what we had in mind beyond the word "moody". With little direction, 309 was able to masterfully capture the essence of that weekend. Lauren and Brooks were an absolute pleasure to work with and true professionals. To say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Until we laid eyes on our pictures, we didn't fully realize their importance to us. From start to finish, Lauren and Brooks were outstanding! They were not only professional, but they were so personable and easy to work with. Lauren and her 309 team were absolutely incredible. We booked 309 for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. We are not the most comfortable in front of the camera, but Lauren answered all of my questions and brought a lot of fun and knowledge to our shoots (even how to properly hold a cake knife). The photos came out incredible, and the 309 team's attention to detail was astounding. My mom had a snag in her dress, and the team edited the close up portraits to remove it. We received our sneak peeks very early, and Lauren even sent us a handful of photos we requested for Mother's Day. We would absolutely recommend the 309 team to any and everyone!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Lauren and her team are absolutely fabulous. They truly go above and beyond. Our photos came out even better than I could ever imagine. I honestly hate having photos taken of me and Lauren made me feel incredibly comfortable. She even convinced me in my wedding dress to get photos on a BIKE! They ended up being our favorite wedding photos. I cannot recommend 309 photography & videography more. You would be missing out not booking them!!

We had a large bridal party and I figured it was going to be a pain to get everyone together and to listen but Lauren and her team were able to manage and make everything go smoothly. Stop your search! Lauren and the whole 309 team are the best in the photography/videography biz! They were everything we wanted and more. They are very responsive and quick to reply. The interactions and coordinating prior to our wedding were super easy and laid back. Which was a good thing because the day of was a little less smooth. Our chosen first-look site ended up being a bit too windy and the team was thoughtful and flexible enough to suggest moving elsewhere! Also there was a sudden downpour of rain right around the time of our would-be outdoor ceremony. Lauren always kept our best interest at the forefront and advocated fiercely for us! Regardless of any speed bumps, the team was calm, kind, and fun to work with through it all. Lauren, Sara, Eric, and Brooks - We cant thank you all enough for being a comforting part of our big day! We watched the video reel about 30 times the first day we got it... so many tears! It was all perfect.

Highly recommend 309! They did photo and video for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and we couldn't be happier. I've watched the video every single day since we received it! So beautiful. We worked with many people at 309 and each was so kind, helpful and flexible. They made the whole day seamless and go off without a hitch. They also got our photos and videos back quickly! Lauren and her team are the best and so easy to work with! Our package included an engagement shoot, which she drove pretty far to do for us when it was cold and rainy. I was convinced the photos weren’t going to be great because my hair was blowing all over the place but she took the most amazing photos. We had Lauren, Brooks, and 2 videographers at our wedding and they all worked so well together to make sure we got everything we wanted. The schedule for hair and makeup went a little later than expected so we didn’t have a ton of time before the ceremony for photos but they still fit in everything we wanted to do. Although we haven’t received our video or full set of photos yet since our wedding was 10 days ago, we got our sneak peeks and we couldn’t be happier. They all look amazing and we are so excited to see our video to relive the best day ever! Thank you Lauren and 309 for being such a huge part of our wedding day and making everything go smoothly.

Lauren and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! We had a few set backs with our venue and had to completely change the scenery/view, but Laurens team adapted and captured the most beautiful photos for us. They were very professional while also making my husband and I feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera. We had originally booked 309 for our Boston wedding, but when COVID hit, were able to re-book for both our minimony and our rescheduled event. Lauren and her team were very kind, communicative, and accommodating throughout the change. Though we had a planned shot-list and schedule, when the events of the day had hiccups, the team was able to adjust (such as do family photos pre-ceremony... or take pictures in the middle of a blizzard......) and everything turned out magically! We have gotten so many compliments on our photos and we can't wait to work with the team again for our "sequel" in 2022.

After our original videographer double booked us, Lauren was beyond accommodating and a dream to work with especially throughout covid. We decided to get married early in my grandparents backyard and I reached out to Lauren to see if she was available and she was so flexible and helpful. All of our pictures came out phenomenal and the photos she captured with my grandmother brought me to tears. Lauren and the entire team at 309 is truly amazing! We were a couple impacted by COVID, like so many others, and moved our big wedding reception from October 2020 to October 2021. However, we still got married this year in a small ceremony and Lauren was so accommodating with our change of plans. 309 Productions exceeded our expectations for our wedding photography and videography. Before 2020, my biggest worry was if it would rain on our big day, but COVID 19 changed everything. When we chose to move forward with our COVID wedding, Lauren and her team at 309 Productions made sure they did everything to help our wedding be picture perfect. We were able to add a live stream videographer for those family and friends that were now unable to attend in person with the restrictions. We got our pictures and videos back in a very timely manner and they are absolutely beautiful. We will be able to relive our wedding through them for years to come! Lauren and the 309 team were fantastic! We had a weird weather day in June with lots of fog and I was nervous we weren't going to get the photos I had always pictured for our wedding. Contrary to my worries, Lauren captured the day perfectly and the fog ended up being the perfect backdrop. We also used 309 for video and I can't even tell you how many times I have watched our wedding trailer, it is the perfect highlight reel of the day. On our wedding day, 309 productions easily kept pace as our wedding group moved around Boston between 3 different locations, including a packed Red Sox game at Fenway Park. This could have been a hectic experience, but Lauren's management and skill made it one of the best days of our lives. What we liked about most about 309 Productions was their ability to fit in with our family like we had been friends for years, it was casual and we had a lot of fun. But when it came to taking the pictures, they were incredibly professional, efficient, and helpful. You know where you stand with Lauren, and everyone was amazed by her attention to detail and creativity. This had a such a positive impact on our overall enjoyment of the day, and of course, the quality of our photographs which were intimate and natural. We could relax because we were confident she had it under control. Lauren and team were great from start to finish - from a flexible and personalized booking process to receiving tear-jerker photos. The questionnaire helped us stay organized and ensure we got all the shots we requested but also easily worked on the fly: At the end of the night, we got a college photo for me, but when the groom's college friends wanted an impromptu group photo, Lauren ran to get her camera and set up in lightening speed after the crew had already finished their booked time and packed up. I don't know where to start ( or if I'll ever stop) raving about 309 Productions. I guess I'll begin with the fact that I'm terribly uncomfortable in front of a camera. I'm far from shy, but I've never felt like I photographed well. When I was told by former brides that the most important vendor you will hire is your photographer/ videographer, I was thrown for a loop. I did so much research but had trouble finding MY match- the photographer whose work showed the depth of our relationship rather than just the surface... until I found 309. From our first email exchange to the last; from our engagement shoot to our wedding and WAY beyond, Lauren and her team gave us both the most personal and professional experience we could have hoped for. There were even times where I found myself reaching out for advice from their own personal experiences and they always delivered. For example, I might be the least creative person in the world. When it comes to an artistic eye, consider me legally blind. I had no vision of what I wanted in my engagement photos or even where to take them, so Lauren did the leg work and found the perfect location. SO perfect, they had homemade ice cream. Everyone will tell you, "Embrace every minute because it will fly by" and that is a fact. With 309, there was never a second lost. They were able to insert themselves into the natural, strange dynamic and weirdness that my bridesmaids and I tend to emit and have just as much fun with us while capturing these moments. We even had the videographer dancing with us in my hotel room while getting ready. I can say that I truly lived and enjoyed every single moment of my wedding day and have wished every day since that I could relive it just one more time. My photos and wedding video gave me exactly that, by capturing every moment just as I remember and so much more that you don't see when you're living in the moment like you should be. 309 was great to have as part of our engagement and wedding! We found them through a recommendation from our venue (our sales person had used them for her own wedding) and we loved their work so much we just had to have them work with us. We met Lauren for our engagement photos and she was amazing to work with. She had a great eye for where to stand and where the lighting would be perfect. She also is very honest so she will tell you when a hair is out of place and pose is unflattering which we really appreciated so we didn't get photos back and be surprised. For our wedding day, they were professional and didn't interfere with the moment which was perfect. After our ceremony, they were great sports when the shuttle forgot to take my husband and I back to the reception and drove us themselves. We had a ton of fun with Lauren and Shannon. Our family and friends all commented on how they enjoyed speaking/working with them as well. I think our photos speak for themselves as to how talented they are. We are very happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them!
