With a flexible interior floor plan and a gorgeous reclaimed covered barn structure - 314 Exchange offers many opportunities to host your special day. With exposed brick walls, tall ceilings and ample lighting - our venue is beautiful even without a ton of decor. Our outdoor areas on the property and in town-square nearby create the perfect backdrop for classic wedding photography.

314 Exchange was the perfect venue for us with our rustic theme. When we saw it, we knew we did not need to look further. Our wedding took place outside under the frame of a barn...
. After the wedding we moved inside the Exchange for the reception. The building continued the rustic theme with exposed brick walls. Laura was our contact and she was wonderful from start to finish. As the bride I was able to get dressed upstairs, as were my attendants. We highly recommend the Exchange.
