My bridal salon, Reddington Bridal, recommended Gail for wedding dress alterations, and I'm so glad they did! Gail was honest (which I appreciated), easy to work with and has a keen eye for detail. My dress required multiple adjustments aside from taking in the length, like adding additional lace and taking in the bust, and Gail had everything ready in time for my big day. Not to mention that she walked my mom + sister through every step of how to perfect my bustle. Gail's schedule books up quickly, so I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with her - she's awesome!

Gail is absolutely amazing and talented! She did the alterations on my wedding dress for my wedding in 2021, and I was so thrilled with the results! I received so many compliments on my dress, and it fit me perfectly. I was so comfortable all day long. Not only is Gail talented, but she is also so kind, helpful, and detail oriented. She gets to know each and every one of her clients on a personal and professional level. Gail also helped me through the process of getting my wedding dress cleaned and preserved which was extremely helpful. Finally, Gail did the alterations on my sister in laws dress, too, which also came out perfectly! I highly recommend every bride to Gail! I was a little nervous going into my first wedding dress fitting as I was not sure what to expect…..but Gail made it so easy and fun! Not only is she an expert in what she does, she also wants the very best for her brides. She went above and beyond to make sure my dress was absolutely perfect, from adding additional pieces of lace to the front and all the way to the bustle- it was perfection! She made me feel so glamorous and comfortable in my own skin. Another important aspect of working with Gail was her punctuality and reliability . Her and my dress were always ready at the time we agreed on with all alteration work completed prior to the visit. The morning before my wedding she had my dress and veil pressed and laid out perfectly waiting for me! The relief I had knowing it was ready and was going to fit perfectly was unmeasurable during such a chaotic time. It was truly a pleasure working with Gail both professionally and personally. Gail was the hero of my wedding planning! After meeting with a different studio that said there was nothing that could be done and I should order a different size(!), meeting with Gail was such a relief. She had countless ideas of how to alter my dress and it turned out perfectly! Logistics-wise Gail worked with me to find appointment times that worked since I was coming from the city and there’s free parking right out front. We had one small mix up with appointment times and Gail made up for it by gifting me beautiful hair pieces. We’re all human and mistakes happen, but this is the absolute right way for a business to handle them and I would encourage any bride to trust Gail with their alterations!

Gail did such a beautiful job altering my dress! She was so easy to work with and provided really good input throughout our 3 appointments to make my dress as beautiful as possible, such as adding lace pieces to spots that needed it, making me feel confident with the dress fit (specifically bust alteration options), etc. She was very detailed and thorough and it was clear how much time she put into making my dress perfect for my wedding day. I would highly recommend!

Gail was wonderful to work with! She knew exactly how to help with fixing any issues you may have come across with your dress. She was very patient and kind! She has a lot of experience and someone you can trust to make you look and feel beautiful on your wedding day!

I was referred by reddington bridal. I informed Gail and reddington of the below issues but nothing was done to amend the situation. 1. Price was above what was the max quoted to me. 2. Straps were uneven one fell down all night. 3. One piece of lace not sewn down, just flapping in the wind. 4. Buttons in the back almost impossible to button bc they were so far from the loops. Wanted one last try on the morning of the wedding, hair and makeup starts at 6 am impossible.

This woman ruined my wedding dress. I was referred to her by Reddington Bridal. She got hot glue on the sleeves. Redid the sleeves but did them incorrectly. There were holes in the armpit section of the dress. She had someone else work on it. Messed up the appliqué. She then said because it was off the rack and too big it was my fault that it got ruined. I told her to fix the armpits at least but she said no there was nothing she could do. I had to rush during the week of my wedding to another store to get a dress plus emergency alterations. And she got the dress dirty. DO NOT GO TO HER!

Gail is the best ever!!! She made me feel like the hottest bride! She boosts you up while tailoring your dress to perfection. I had a tight mermaid style dress with intricate detailing. She fit it to me flawlessly. I have never felt more beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend Gail. 🤍

Gail is the absolute best! Her customer service is outstanding, her work is amazing, very professional, and she is so fun to be around!! First off being a bride in the mist of 2020 has been a rollercoaster of a ride and I am truly blessed to have had her with me from beginning to end! Throughout all the postponements, modifications to the wedding, adding last minute tux alterations for the groom and dress alterations for the mother of the bride, to even making a custom mask to match my wedding dress, Gail was right there with me every step of the way. 330 Couture, and the owner Gail Terenzio did a wonderful job making my wedding dress look perfect for my wedding. Because of issues with Covid, there was a mistake made and the dress designer sent the wrong style of dress. I ended up having to go with the boutique's floor model, which was professionally cleaned and required not only significant alterations, but some repair work with lace and beading. Gail was a complete pro and made the dress look perfect and brand new. I could not have been happier and felt beautiful on my wedding day. Highly recommended!

Gail did an AMAZING job altering my wedding dress!! I was on a budget so I got a sample dress and she was able to turn a size 10 into a size 2! Additionally, she went above and beyond by offering guidance on jewelry and shoes to help my whole look come together. I always left our meetings feeling so confident and beautiful and I LOVE how our wedding photos turned out, all thanks to Gail's alterations in making my dress look SO BEAUTIFUL! Gail did an absolutely amazing job on my bridal gown. I felt amazing in my dress and she made it fit perfectly. She is very detailed and is a perfectionist so she really takes the time to make sure the dress fits your body type. I HIGHLY recommend Gail, she  was amazing to work with!! I went into my first appointment with Gail absolutely hating my wedding dress. (The day before my first appointment I went to see if I could find another dress, it was that bad!) I walked into my appointment with the dress I hated and a  bridal skirt - with a crazy idea that Gail executed beautifully. Gail worked magic, and turned the dress I hated into my dream dress.  She completely replaced the original dress from the waist down and seamlessly merged the two. My finished Wedding dress was better than I could have ever imagined.  She was very detailed in every one of my fittings and helped work through every problem spot I felt in the dress. I felt beautiful and confident in my dress on wedding day thanks to Gail's superb seamstress skills. Not only did she work with me on my dress situation but also through the curveball of the pandemic and a postponed wedding.  She was even able to make me a matching mask to my dress #covidbride.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO GAIL!! She is not only an incredibly talented seamstress but she is such a joy to work with. She is patient, kind, efficient, and most importantly she listens to her clients. She takes your critique and opinion to heart and does not make you feel uncomfortable asking her to change something. I am not the type of bride that gawks or cries in the mirror, so I never thought I would say this, but my dress-fittings were probably the most enjoyable part of my wedding planning process. Gail makes you feel incredibly beautiful in your own skin and she keeps the whole room laughing. Gail's services are reasonably priced and are affordable - my mom and I both thought our bill would have been much higher for the amount of work Gail did on my dress. For reference: I purchased a multi-layer applique mermaid-fit wedding dress and Gail made my dreams come true by converting the entire fit of the dress to essentially a fit-and-flare. She also seamlessly (pun intended) altered my mom's MOB dress full of sequins.

I loved working with Gail for my wedding in September 2018! Gail is very talented and professional. I enjoyed all of my appointments at Gail's house. I bought my dress off the rack, so there was some work to be done. Gail was able to get matching beading for my dress remove a small stain. Gail is a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough how AMAZING Gail is. Besides my wedding dress which she picked up from Reddington Bridal and had it there for all my fittings, she altered it perfectly and created such a magical bustle... I felt like a princess. I had a bridal emergency with one of my bridesmaids not getting her dress in time. Gail was able to alter my maid of honors dress to fit my bridesmaid, sight unseen, and it fit her perfectly based on her measurements. She also picked up the floor model from Reddington that they allowed us to purchased so my maid of honor had a similar dress to the rest of my bridesmaids. Gail truly cared that my special day was magical and I felt that every time I went in for my fittings. She's honest and caring and I highly recommend her to everyone. She is great at what she does and is truly Wonder Woman in my eyes!

Gail is fantastic! She did the alterations on my wedding gown and my mother in law's dress. Gail is truly professional and was able to ensure my dress fit me perfectly and that I would be comfortable in it all day! Gail worked with me to throughout the process of alterations to make sure I was satisfied the entire time. My gown has beaded lace on the top and she was able to add a little more coverage where it was needed. The alterations blended seamlessly with the design of the dress that it looks like that is how it originally was! Gail was amazing to work with and her results are just as amazing as she is! I came in with a unique request of alterations - turning a deep v-neck top into a scoop neck and completely lining the back. Gail was very open with the changes I wanted to make and she made them a reality. Even when I was a little panicked, she solved any further last minute request I had. With every appointment, she was very thorough and took her time. What I appreciated most was that I wasn't limited to three fittings. Gail scheduled more fittings as needed which made me feel more confident and comfortable. She cares about making her brides happy. I would not choose anybody else to work with on my wedding dress than Gail! My wedding dress was a dream!

Gail helped to create my dream wedding dress! I wanted to add illusion sleeves to my dress and she did them to perfection! She listened to what I envisioned and executed them to a tee! There was a lot to be done to my dress, but she never made me feel like I was asking too much - she wanted me to feel happy with every inch of the dress. She was a pleasure to work with, so funny, so kind, so approachable and made us feel comfortable from the start. She knew what she was doing and had great suggestions which took a lot of stress away from me and my mother. She has a beautiful studio in her house. I highly, highly recommend her!

After purchasing my daughter's wedding gown, Gail was recommended to us to do the alterations. Best decision ever!!! Gail made the entire experience so effortless and fun! She helped my daughter customize parts of her dress to give her exactly what she wanted. At every appointment, Gail knew just what to do and how everything should fit and look and made every fitting a totally stress-free experience. Every part of the alteration process was done with the highest quality of workmanship and detail. Besides being amazingly skilled at her craft, Gail is so kind, warm and fun! Gail is incredible! She did a fantastic job with my sister's wedding dress, so a few months later I had her do mine as well! She also did alterations for my MIL and one of my bridesmaids. Gail knows what she is doing and has a very confident, calm, and friendly demeanor. She is so patient and accommodating, and truly does not stop until you are 100% satisfied!

I LOVE Gail. She was referred to me by a couple friends a little over 2 years ago and since then, she has altered 2 bridesmaid dresses for me. It was easy to build a rapport and feel comfortable with her and her work was fantastic! I love that, with Gail’s assistance, I was able to stand by friends’ sides (and dance the night away) while being confident and comfortable!

Gail is really wonderful! My dress looked perfect on my wedding day. I had purchased a slip to add extra volume to my dress, and I was under the impression that I would need to have it tied around my waist for the day-of. Gail was able to sew in that portion which made things SO much more comfortable and beautiful! Gail had to do a ton of detailed work to shorten my dress as there was a layer of lace at the bottom - and it looked perfect when I picked it up! The dress fit me like a glove. Gail also sewed in reinforcements to my thin lacey straps so I knew there would be no issues on the day of the wedding. My favorite part of the dress was the BUSTLE! Typically, I think bustles are not-so-cute, but Gail made sure mine was perfect. Once bustled, you could barely tell it was ever meant to be any other way! It was PERFECT! Gail was very easy to work with, very personable, and welcoming to various members of my family and friends each visit to see the dress. The day I scheduled to pick up the dress, my perfectionism just didn't allow me to take the dress home due to a slightly weird way the lace was laying on the underneath fabric. Gail was able to fix it overnight, and I picked it up bright and early the next day - just to find that it was absolutely perfect! Thank you Gail! And, to some of the one-star reviews on here, Gail is a seamstress, not a magician. And she is a fantastic seamstress at that!

Gail worked on my wedding dress and my 2 sisters' bridesmaids dresses. I was impressed by her attention to detail, precision, and cheerful attitude. My sisters and I had a blast at each fitting thanks to Gail! Our dresses fit us perfectly on the day of the event and we were so thrilled with the alterations!

Gail was absolutely amazing! I purchased my dress out of state and needed someone local to help with alterations. My dress has really intricate lace and Gail was able to make the dress even better than it was before! She worked quickly and efficiently and I can not express how much I love the work she did. She was so pleasant and helpful. She gave me great advice on how to care for my dress before, during and after the wedding. Her work is impeccable and she is the sweetest lady. Overall my experience working with Gail was disappointing. When I arrived for my second fitting she answered the door and did not remember who I was or that I was coming. I had flown in from out of state and had watched her write the appointment in her book during my first visit. We had discussed what would need to be done to my gown during my first appointment, and when I arrived my gown was left untouched until we talked over the details again. She ended up working with me while I was there and making the adjustments while I was in the gown but it was still upsetting. I had some fit issues with my gown that she did address as it came in too small from the designer, but there was more than enough seam allowance and it was able to be let out. In the end, the way my gown was altered was not what I expected based on the price. My hem fell out on my wedding day making it impossible for me to walk without tripping. Upon putting it on, I noticed the side seams where she must have taken the gown in were all ripped up, there was even a part of fabric we had to cut off under my arm as it stuck out and was very visible in photos. We had decided to put cups in but these were sew in only using one single stitch on the top of the cup. They were not in place at all and were actually popping out of the top if my gown. I ended up having to cut them out after the ceremony. I am a very easy going person and work in the bridal industry, but it was just frustrating dealing with all of the fit issues on the day of my wedding.

Gail went above and beyond to make my dress everything I have ever wanted. I asked her to remove the back inner lining of my dress so only the lace would show. She said it would be difficult but knew she could do it. I kept wanting more lace to show so she went back multiple times. She also created my bustle perfectly. NOt only did she do my dress but she completed my mothers dress as well!

Gail is the best!!! It was so convenient having fittings at her house in Park Ridge. My wedding dress fit me so perfectly and comfortably I've had so many future brides ask me who did my alterations. A true talent and dream to work with!

Gail is the best!!! She altered my sister's wedding dress, so I knew who to go to for quality work. Gail is so sweet, supportive and really cares about you and your special day. I had a wonderful experience. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

I had a very disappointing experience. During the alteration process, Gail was fine. I picked up my dress, tried it on, everything was great. But, at the wedding, my dress ripped, not once, not twice BUT three times! The first was right before we were going to be announced in the reception. I hadn't even moved and the sleeve came off. My maid of honor was frantically trying to sew it back together before we were going to be announced and have our first dance. Then, on the dance floor the OTHER sleeve ripped off in front and then of course only a half hour later, that sleeve ripped off in the back. I was extremely disappointed. The best part of my dress was the neckline and short sleeves, so to have them rip off was embarrassing and heartbreaking. When I emailed Gail to let her know the situation, she was very condescending and rude and didn't apologize or take ownership. I didn't even ask for the $500 refund I spent, I just wanted an apology and in hopes that this wouldn't happen to another bride. She even told me she knew I would write a bad review but didn't care because she would rebuttal it. There is nothing to rebuttal. She didn't attach the sleeves properly after alterations and she didn't have the ownership to apologize. Would you want someone like that in charge of your wedding dress?

Gail is absolutely incredible! She transformed my dress to make it exactly what I wanted. She also gave me some awesome suggestions about shoes and undergarments to really make my wedding day absolutely perfect. My experience with her was totally stress-free, which was an extra plus! She's really great to work with and knows how to make a bride feel special!

Gail is amazing! She tailored my dress so beautifully, I received so many compliments all night. Every visit to see her was so fun and exciting, and she really knows how to make a dress fit perfectly to your body. She also worked with my mother to surprise me by incorporating a handkerchief of my deceased grandmother into my dress. It was so beautiful and special. Gail is amazing!!! I could not have asked for a better wedding gown and finished product. There were some potential delays with the original dress I ordered, and Gail talked me off the ledge helped me come up with a plan B and was willing to work around all the schedules involved to get me in my dress on my wedding day. It all worked out and my dress arrived needing some alterations. I got so many compliments. I am so thrilled that Gail has somewhere where we can leave reviews because ever since my wedding 1.5 years ago, I had wanted to leave stellar feedback for her! I was referred to Gail through both the shop that I found my dress, Reddington Bridal, and my cousin’s wife. I was completely happy with the alterations that Gail made, including shortening the length of the dress, sewing pads in, adjusting the length of my one shoulder strap, and ensuring overall that the dress fit me like a glove! The changes made to my gown gave me comfort AND confidence. Each appointment made was productive, and Gail even showed one of my bridesmaids how to do the bustle on the gown, so she could practice before the day of the wedding. That bridesmaid had Gail alter her bridesmaid dress as well and was happy with the work done. I 110% recommend Gail!

STAY AWAY I worked with Gail during the Spring of 2015 for alterations on my wedding gown. I had an absolutely horrendous experience. Please save yourself the trouble and find a skilled professional. Here's what made her so terribly memorable: - Each appointment, Gail had either not completed what she said she would from the previous appointment or she had done something temporary. She either had me wait in my undergarments while she did the work in the next room, or scheduled another appointment and promised that the work would be done. For instance, my dress needed a zipper. When I came to my second appointment, there was no zipper. At the third appointment there was a black zipper because she "didn't have time to buy a white one". At the fourth appointment, there was a taupe zipper. Work was never done right the first time around, if done right at all. - She HOT GLUED lace on the seams of my dress to cover up her shoddy work. No professional seamstress EVER uses hot glue on a gown. - She added straps to my gown that were too big – they fell off my shoulders every time I moved and she never fixed them. - I asked for my gown to be ready a week before the wedding, but because she lacks time management skills, I had to come get it two days before my wedding. - The zipper broke on my wedding day because it wasn’t sewn into the dress properly and there was no hook-and-eye to keep the dress together. There wasn’t time to sew me into the dress so I had to wear my reception dress for the ceremony. (Thank God I purchased a reception dress that didn’t require any alterations, so I had something to wear.) - Gail did not apologize and would not provide me with a refund. Because of Gail, I was out the cost of a gown that I couldn’t wear and I was also out $460 for “alterations”.

Gail is a fantastic seamstress! She is so creative and easy to work with. She helped me make the dress I bought into my dream dress. You can really tell how much she loves what she does. Not only is she a talented seamstress she had a great personality. I truly felt like I was with a good friend at each appointment. My dress was done on time and exactly how I had envisioned. Gail has a really special talent and artistic eye- she did an AMAZING job altering my wedding gown and really listened to my wishes. She is so willing to do whatever it takes to make her brides feel good and she has the experience to change a dress dramatically into something different if that's what a bride envisions. Gail did an exquisite job on my daughter Sara's wedding dress. The wedding was in Chicago but my daughter was living in Washington, D.C. She bought the dress in VA, and brought it home. Gail made the process so easy, explaining what needed to be done and made suggestions about the bussel and opening the hooks on the back of the dress. Sara is small and even though the dress was small, there was considerably more fitting than just the hem and the bodice. Gail was not satisfied until every detail was perfect. On Sara's wedding day the dress looked like it had been custom made for her. I highly recommend Gail's work.
