We are so happy that we purchased our wedding cake locally and it turned out so beautiful for photos. This cake is literally the best tasting cake I've EVER had in my life and the groom agrees. no lie!! the cake was sooo dense and moist, no dryness like store bought cakes. the buttercream was not super sweet as you'd expect, it was silky and complimented the cake perfectly. we did the top tier as chocolate cake with vanilla outer frosting and chocolate mousse and crumbles inside. bottom tier was vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and inside was vanilla buttercream with bavarian cream filling. We saved a few pcs to eat 1 year from wedding day. We shared our wedding cake with both of our families and now my mama is asking where we got the cake! I would definitely order from 350 degrees bakery again for the next event. We also ordered 50 pcs of macarons, 2 flavors (blueberry lavender and raspberry white chocolate). I wasn't able to get my hands on these to taste but they looked good from the table LOL.

Elouise makes DELICIOUS cakes! All of my wedding guests who ate our cake said it was the best they had ever had! Elouise was able to go above and beyond with my vision and her prices are very fair! She even delivered the cake herself. Thank you for making such a yummy cake!

d knew she had to make our wedding cake. Elouise did an amazing job at baking and decorating our dream cake. She is very responsive and helpful with any questions you may have about sizing, flavors, inspiration, etc. We went with a 4 tiered strawberry cake and received so many compliments from our guests at how beautiful the cake was and how great it tasted. We also ordered mini cupcakes in different flavors and they were a hit! Not one was left by the end of the night! We will be choosing Elouise for all our future dessert needs! Thank you 350 Degrees Bakery!
