The driver was personable and polite and was happy to answer all of our car-related questions on the way to the hotel. He helped us get our bags and gifts into a luggage cart at the hotel and made sure we got our phones and everything else out of the car before departing.

. When our 60 + year old Bentley overheated 5 mins from the venue In Kyle, TX, we bent over backwards and had a beautiful, 1957 Rolls Royce on the way from Round Rock within minutes. We arrived 5 minutes after the designated departure time and even discounted your bill $100. We had been in contact with the listed Day of Contact person in your reservation and she was aware of everything going on. I do apologize for not contacting directly now, as I am realizing she did not convey this information to you. We are a family-owned business with decades of service industry experience who pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Apologies for the miscommunication but 1 star is truly undeserved.

companies on Yelp made us cautious. Let me make this decision easy for you: Just hire 4 Leaf Limo. This company has the best reviews online, and for good reason! The service was outstanding and the cost was reasonable. Mike was great to work with – even contacting us several days before the wedding to confirm all the pick-up times and transfer requirements. We had just enough communication the day of the wedding to know our chariot awaited, but not so much to be intrusive. And, when the wedding and reception went long, the limo drivers were flexible. When our plans call for limo transportation in the future, I now know someone in the business! And, I wouldn’t ride with anyone else!
