We used them for a rehearsal dinner venue and catering and then catering for a wedding the next day at a different location. It was a very good experience! I am a super picky eater and never usually even eat at these type of events because I don't like the food. I can't say enough good things about the whole process. We met with them and tasted several items for both events and were able to come up with menus for both. The rehearsal dinner food, facility & staff were amazing! Super friendly. Great food and easy to work with. The wedding catering was perfect. Again, I actually ate and the food was awesome. We had friends and family throughout the evening telling us how great the food was! For me to say that really says a lot. The servers were all very professional, friendly and very organized for the serving stations. The whole experience was great for both events. Most importantly to us was having really good tasting food and it not only met but exceeded any expectations! I recommend a tasting so you can see for yourself.

The venue is beautiful for modern and simple weddings. It can be dressed up or down and so versitle for whatever you wedding dream is. Perfect location in downtown Springfield close to food, bars, and hotels.

425 Downtown Events was the perfect place to have a wedding and reception!! Connor, Rebekah, and Julie are the best people to have helping you plan your perfect day!! When my now husband and I first started looking at venues, we thought 425 Downtown Events was just beautiful from their gallery. After our first conversation with Connor, we knew we wanted to hold our wedding and reception here. Once we got set up with Connor we started to work with Rebekah. She was a dream to work with, especially with us being out of state! I was so unsure of just what kind of wedding I wanted and how to accomplish it living in FL. Rebekah had great suggestions and helped me out so much! She responded to my many (and some silly) questions so quick I never had to wait long. Rebekah made sure I had everything on my wedding checklist checked off in time. As my very special day approached, working with Julie as my day of coordinator was amazing! She was there making sure the set up went smooth, and everything was spotless before my guests arrived. She helped our wedding party make it smoothly down the aisle in order and with everything. After our ceremony the room flip to the reception went very smooth and quick. Not only were Connor, Rebekah, and Julie fantastic; the catering was wonderful! I am still having family and friends say how delicious the food was! It was beautifully prepared and just so tasty! My husband and I couldn't be happier that we had our wedding at 425. This venue is just gorgeous, the staff and coordinators were on it to make sure your event goes as smooth as possible, and the catering is wonderful. I would recommend this venue to any of my friends and anyone getting married!!

We got married on November 11th, 2017, and 425 knocked it out of the park! From prompt communication, to set-up, to the incredible food, we were so happy with the entire experience. Guests are still commenting on how delicious the food was. Seriously, the Jack Daniels beef tips are life changing. Rebekah and Connor were always prompt in responding to our pre reception emails and calls, and Julie was FANTASTIC as our day of coordinator. One of the things we really wanted at the hosted bar was Mother's Wintergrind, and Julie hustled to get one of the first kegs in production for us. She even stepped in to help bustle my dress! The wait staff was also incredibly professional, and we loved that they brought out special plates right away for the kids at our reception. We can't recommend 425 Events and Catering highly enough.

I had my wedding here on June 3 this summer. It was perfect. It's affordable and beautiful. The brick walls make decorating a breeze. Less is more. The ease of having them cater the food is great. Not to mention the food is wonderful. We received so many compliments on the food from guests. My parents are still eating leftovers. The staff is phenomenal. They work so well with you and I truly believe that want your day to be perfect. Honestly I couldn't have imagined a better day.

Everything about working with 425 was easy. The venue isn't super-huge, so it was perfect for my wedding of 100-125 guests. They have awesome exposed brick walls that make the need to decorate fairly minimal, and all my guests loved the space. My favorite thing was the ease of working with them! OMG! Since they offer their own catering, that means one less vendor to coordinate, which was wonderful. All the staff was great - thanks Taylor! This was a great choice for my wedding - so glad it worked out!

This venue is GORGEOUS! It worked perfectly for our 100 guest wedding. We did all decorations ourselves and catered from a separate vendor and the 425 staff accommodated all of that very well. Staff was helpful and communication was easy. This place certainly has a lot of personality and fun little quirks which we loved. We also had our wedding on a Monday which was, granted, unique but much more affordable. Would definitely recommend for a wedding or event.

Having my wedding reception at 425 was easily one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning! I loved the space-- brick walls, wood floors, exposed beams-- there was nothing ugly that I had to hide! Tori and Taylor were extremely easy to work with and VERY helpful! I liked that they were both very personable and laid back, yet able to exceed my expectations. They communicated effectively and I felt like things would be taken care of even if I didn't think to ask about it. The food was surprisingly DELICIOUS! I wasn't sure how Pasta Express would go over, but I loved almost everything we sampled during the tasting. If you do book 425, I'd recommend doing the "all inclusive" package and I would recommend looking into having draping and/or chairs brought it by a rental company. We used SBBon to rent a chandelier, have some draping done, and to bring in gold chairs and I LOVED the look. Thanks again, 425!

I was very pleased with the quality of the food, the attentiveness of the staff, and the gorgeous venue. My only complaint was that it was sometimes took several days to communicate during the planning process and during the weekend of.

We got married on October 6,2012 and we had our reception at 425 Downtown. It was PERFECT!! All coordination was great and staff was really friendly and laid back. We appreciate everything they did to make our wedding day perfect!
