We had a long engagement which means the time between our engagement photos and our COVID delayed wedding day lasted irregularly long - and there's no person a part of anyone's wedding they get to know quite as well as they do their photographer. Brittney quickly became a huge reminder of why we decided to see through our anticipated wedding day as we originally planned. She's personable, funny and cares to hear your story - she's readily available and resourceful but, most importantly, it's her dedication to her craft that shines the brightest. Her style and expertise - patience and fortitude on a rainy wedding day - she kept us smiling and was huge part of celebration. We are more than satisfied with her phenomenal talent and will chairs our photo collection forever.

Brittney was such a joy to work with for our wedding! She made my husband and I, along with our family and bridal party, so comfortable and the photos overall were a fun experience. Her photos are gorgeous and pieces of art that we can't wait to display in our home. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married in the SW MI or Chicago area.

My husband's one requirement for our photographer was that he needed to be "wowed." After speaking with Brittney and seeing her work, we knew we needed her for our wedding! Her passion for her work is unsurpassed. She is so excited to help enhance your special day and really focus on what is important to you. Our engagement pictures were breathtaking and the wedding pictures she took left me speechless. Her work was nothing short of perfect. I won't lie wedding photos were high on my list of things keeping me up at night. I was worried about looking too forced and not natural, I was worried about getting all the photos taken, I was worried about variety...and then I met Brittney and my anxiety literally disappeared. She has a true gift in taking all of those pressures away. She transitioned us so smoothly from one thing to the next keeping us on track without me ever being concerned about the time, was so great about ensuring she captured all of our requests, dealt with our overly excited fur baby (who we wouldn't have dreamed about leaving out!) and made us completely forget that we were in front of a camera. The day was so relaxed and fun - filled with love and laughter. I adore the sneak peeks that I've seen and cannot wait to see the final beautiful memories that she captured!

Brittney was a no brainer for me. Her photos are absolutely breathtaking and she was incredibly easy to work with. I'm not someone who is comfortable in front of the camera and she made both the engagement shoot and the day of the wedding photos fun and light. I can't wait to work with her again in the future!

Brittney was the best! She did our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos and we had a wonderful experience with both. Both my husband and I were apprehensive before the engagement photos, not knowing what to expect, but Brittney made it a comfortable and fun experience. She is friendly and easy to talk to, and didn't make us feel awkward during any part of the experience. By the time our wedding day came around we weren't worried about photos at all, knowing that the experience would be pleasant and the photos gorgeous, and we were correct! We made a lot of good decisions regarding our wedding, but hiring Brittney to do our photos was definitely one of the best. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a photographer and I hope we have to opportunity to work with her again :)

Brittney is definitely someone you want at your wedding. She was so helpful and sweet. It was like having your best friend be your photographer. We both felt so comfortable and we had so much fun doing the photos. She quickly became friends with all of my friends and really made the portraits enjoyable. We got so many photos back and we love every single one. I will be fan-girling over her forever!

Britney is SO talented and creative! I had no idea how to pose or where to stand and Britney helped with all of this. Our wedding was right on Lake Michigan and Britney did such a wonderful job at capturing it in our photos. The pictures turned out wonderfully and she is such a joy to be around!

Seriously amazing!! Brittney is truly talented and takes the most stunning photos! She makes you feel super comfortable to be yourself and feel at ease in front of the camera, we had the best time working with her! I'm typically picky about photos, but with hers I can't stop looking at all of them! She did both our engagement photo shoot as well as our wedding. We absolutely recommend her and hope to work with her again in the future!

We loved working with Britney of 430 Studios. We were a little nervous to be in front of the camera for engagement photos and she made us feel very comfortable! We loved our photos but felt a though there were a few things we wanted to do differently on our wedding day. We let her know and we were very happy with our wedding photos. She knows how to balance the subject of the photo with the background, they turned out beautifully. She was also fun and relaxed on our wedding day, which helped us keep our cool on our big day. As a bonus, she gave us a link to our gallery within 2 weeks of our wedding. Highly recommend!!

Britney from 430 studios did such a fabulous job as a photographer. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable while taking her shots. Not only that, but she has an eye for unique backgrounds and had me hiking up hills and vineyards (not in dangerous, ruin your dress/hair sort of way) just to get a pose or great shot. Her attention to detail and demeanor are exemplar!

Our photographer and assistant were wonderful. They took my suggestions in and embraced them, and it made for great photos. The only suggestion I would have was sticking to a line up, because a lot of family kept requesting additional photos.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I had in the city in a long time! My fiance and I are from Michigan and got engaged right before we moved to NYC. Because we wanted 430 Studios to take our pictures, we decided to fly Brittney Massey, the head photographer, out to stay with us for the weekend and take our photos in the city! We were so excited! It was awesome! Living in Manhattan, we knew we had to feature the historical and culturally iconic locations in the city. We told Brittney what we wanted and she completely delivered. Perfect blend of direction and trust from both sides of the table. We had an idea of what we wanted and we also trusted her. We knew it was going to be exhausting to travel to so many locations, but she was still excited to work with our city surroundings to depict our new city lifestyle. We went to so many areas including Central Park, Times Square, and the Brooklyn Bridge to name a few. We wanted our photos to show off the beautiful city and she was perfect for the job. Riding on the train from location to location can be draining, but Brittney was great at keeping us engaged in what we were doing which reminded us of what these photos were going to represent to us; our new beginnings, the growth of our relationship, and our evolving yet everlasting love for each other. Brittney managed to capture such a winding narrative that is our relationship and we were completely satisfied with the results! She took a lot of amazing photos that with specific personal visions in mind. Like any other couple, we were so excited and eager to get the pictures back, but we did not want to rush her. We knew that quality takes time. Needless to say, when we got the photos back, our patience paid off! My fiance and I cried, laughed, and 'WOW'ed as we looked through all of the perfectly edited photos. Thank you so much Brittney and 430 Studios! If we ever get engaged again, it will be because we want more of your photography hahaha! We will definitely use 430 Studios for our wedding photos and our family photos in the future.

Let me say this, she takes nice wedding pics. I went with 430 studios for family pics after a friend used her as a wedding photographer. She did not tell me that pics would take 2 and half months to get back. I've never heard of such a thing for a family session with a baby...or even wedding pics. We got our pictures taken 6 weeks ago which I thought would be plenty of time to get them back before Christmas, however, it is not. We will have her one year pics back before we even have her 9 month pics for 430 studios. The moral of this: You're going to wait a LONG time to get the pics back. Never going back to this studio again.

Let's be real, 430Studios is AMAZING. Unlike most brides, I didn't spend hours & hours researching photographers...I Googled "SW Michigan Wedding Photographers," came across 430Studios, took one look at their gallery/portfolio, & knew they were the ONE. My husband & I first did an engagement session with Brittney (who by the way, is the sweetest, most down-to-earth girl you could ask for as a photographer) about 8 months before our wedding & she swept us off our feet! She was so creative & such a trooper...and by trooper, I mean she waded into Lake Michigan with us (in October!) to get some shots of us in the water that I just HAD to have. Now fast forward to a 90 degree Saturday in June...Despite the blazing heat & a rowdy wedding party of 16, Brittney & Amanda exceeded our expectations. From my first step out of the limo at the church to the bouquet toss, they captured every moment beautifully! In weeks leading up to the wedding, we worked out a timeline & a list of "must have" shots together and our post-ceremony pictures flew by! Brittney was so prepared, so creative & so fun throughout the entire day!She let us be ourselves & have FUN, all while providing us with incredible photos of the best day of our lives. I would highly recommend!

Brittney is great to work with and loves suggestions and ideas. We are still waiting to get all of our photos, but from the sneak peaks we've seen, they will be amazing!

We talked to and reviewed the photos of many photographers in the area and could not be happier that we chose 430 Studios for our wedding! We love Brittney's style, but she is also an amazing person is important when you spend so much time with this vendor!! She was totally up for anything we suggested and was able to use our ideas to create beautiful images. She made us feel so comfortable and blended so easily into our big day. At our engagement session she was able to wrangle our 80lb dog & take amazing photos!! Brittney was also very thoughtful about working within our budget and she is worth every penny and more. She loves what she does and considers it an art. :) DO NOT make the mistake of selecting a photographer that you think has more experience or that you see a lot in area publications, she can't be beat!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brittany with 430 Studios was wonderful to work with. She asked me what I wanted and came up with a timeline to make sure we could get all the shots. Her assistant Amanda was wonderful to work with as well. Both very fun individuals and I love their knack for great photos. I've been following her work for two years now and I think it's more beautiful every time I see it. I can't want to get the rest of my photos!! I would highly recommend 430 Studios to a bride who doesn't just want your old fashion family pictures but wants a little more creativity. They are top notch!

Brittney and Amanda are wonderful. They traveled all the way to chicago for our engagement session and were so calming to work with over our wedding weekend. We hired the duo for our rehearsal dinner and wedding pictures. It is wonderful to have pictures from both events. I did not want to pose for a lot of pictures and they followed my wishes. I love all the candid shots. Everyone enjoyed working with them and the product was perfect. My only wish is that they stayed longer during the reception, but that is my own fault. They did ask if they could leave and said yes. Over all working with them was wonderful. The follow up after the wedding was quick and they even sent extra CD's to my mother-in-law. I have sent their info to other friends who are wedding planning. Thanks ladies... you guys rock!

After reading some off the past reviews, I agree with most brides; Brittney and her team from 430 Studios do great work. If the bride who complained about the fisheye lens being used for the entire reception was telling the truth, then I must admit that was a mistake that this team has remedied for all current and new ventures. Here are a few unsolicited quotes from the various photos I posted online that Brittney and Amanda took: "Put this in a Brides Magazine!" "Oh my...I agree...this one is for the magazines!" "The photos turned out amazing" "WOW you have great pictures!! You both look so beautiful!" This team was willing to do whatever it took for us to be happy, they got down in the sand, neared a watery fountain, and completed everything rapidly enough without making us feel rushed AND getting us back on schedule. We took traditional photos inside of the church then fun wedding party shots on a nearby beach. As my title suggests, the outdoor photos were outstanding. 430 Studios knows how to work well with natural light and I've never seen colors so vivid . My one critique would be that not all of the photos from my shot-list made it to the final cd. Also, I think they could have done a better job setting up the large group shots, ensuring a pretty backdrop (we ended up posing outdoors with part of a back of a house showing, instead of 20 feet over which would have positioned us with the beach behind us). Other than that, everything else was great. Overall I was very pleased with the work and with the value of my money. We had an initial engagement session and 5 hours of photography on the day of the wedding (with two photographers) and got the copyright-free disks of all edited photos within less than 2 months of the wedding. All of this was still less expensive than all of the other photographers I looked at. I've even recommended 430 studios to others, and Brittney and her team took on my brother's wedding right before a major holiday with very short notice. And from what I've seen from that day, they hit it out of the park again. I would highly recommend you look through the 430 Studios website and blog, if you like what you see, then you should definitely not hesitate to hire them for your big day!

Brittney from 430 studios is SO easy to work with. She understood exactly what I wanted. I got a disc with all of my photos edited and every one of them bring a smile to my face, she captured our day perfectly. I recommend 430 Studios to everyone I know. When we decide to start a family she will be the first person I call to help capture all the important milestones of our life. I couldn't be happier with her work.

We hired 430 Studios to shoot both our engagement and our wedding photos, and were blown away both times! Brittney and Amanda have an amazing gift, and are soo fun to work with! They made us feel comfortable, and walked us through every step of the way. They did an incredible job taking photos that expressed both our personalities and theirs! I can't wait to have them take pictures in the future as we start to grow our own family! :)

I hired 430 studios to do my October wedding. We met in advance and she listened and really made sure that I was not forgetting anyone in my photos. She had wonderful unique ideas and poses and made sure that I also got the shots that I wanted. My pictures turned out so beautiful with the colors and angles and she made sure that I liked the shot she got while we were taking them and let me review them. She did a beautiful job and I even bought a gift certificate from her to do my friends baby photos :) She was very polite and outgoing and very well dressed for the occasion.

This photographer preaches her creativity. Turns out her creativity was very lacking and she doesn't know how to use her equipment. Our wedding photos had to be edited 3 times and we are still not fully satisfied. The photographers response was "I feel that you have some good shots to choose from". She is very unprofessional and did not fill me in on need to know information 3 weeks before out wedding. She brought on a new photographer. The most important thing to know is that our pictures turned out in many different ways with some being grainy,blurry,crooked,out of focus, and displayed a poor judgement of her use with natural lighting. Lastly, the most upsetting of all was that all of our reception pictures of our family were shot with a fish eye lens which she never advertised. If you are not familiar with a fish eye lens it basically makes you and your loved ones look like circus freaks. This is not only mine and my husband's opinion as others have seen our photos as well as I tried to have another photographer fix her mistakes and make the best of our wedding album.

Amanda & Brittney were both amazing and easy to be around throughout our entire experience with them!! During our engagement session, they were easy to work with and really comfortable to be around. It rained on our session & I had really wanted my dogs in some pics (they would have met us at the end of our session) so they let us take some extra pics with them another day. The pictures from both that and our wedding day turned out AWESOME. LOVE THEM!! Can't say enough good things about these girls, let them do your pictures, no way you'll be disappointed!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!

Booking 430 Studios as my wedding photographers was the best decision I made for our wedding. Through the entire process they were enthusiastic and accomodating (right down to letting ME outline my payment plan, with NO pressure). Brittney and Amanda have great style and had wonderful ideas for fun pictures while still taking all the tradition pictures as well. They captured all the best moments without being intrusive... they were the opposite, they fit right in. I would make this choice over and over again, I am so happy with the pictures frommy wedding that I now have forever :) AND I have a cd of the edited pictures! Amazing. Oh, did I mention that they sent us a few pictures just the night after the wedding? What other photographer does that?! You won't regret choosing 430 Studios!
