I was absolutely amazed with the services provided by 4R. The ease to reserve the cake was too easy. The cake was delivered and set up with ease. It was absolutely delicious and I would be lying if I said I didn't eat a slice the morning after.

4R made the most incredible cakes, key lime bars and chocolate covered Oreos for our wedding! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and most of the dessert was gone - it was all so delicious! We would use them again in a second. We ordered red velvet and chocolate cakes, both with cream cheese frosting, and they were phenomenal. Highly, highly recommend hiring them for your next event!!

The BEST cake I’ve ever had! We did a destination wedding and working with Casey was so effortless in ensuring we were getting everything we wanted without being able to have a tasting. The cake and cupcakes were so beautiful and tasted AMAZING!! Hands down would recommend 4R Specialty Cakes.

Oh my goodness! Our cake turned out amazing! Asking for an entire dragon crawling up a side of a mountain seemed like a lot to ask. I will admit, we were a little nervous because we didn't see the cake until the day of, but we were MORE than pleased when we saw it!! Everyone loved the flavor and look of the cake, and it was a huge hit. They took our dream and made it a reality. We would recommend 4R to anyone looking for a different, or even traditional, cake!

Best wedding cake and desserts ever! We loved working with Casey to create our dream dessert spread. We had a three tiered cake, with two different flavors. We were so impressed with how moist and delicious our cake was. The past few weddings we've been to, the cake was mediocre at best. Not the case with 4R! We've gotten so many compliments on how good the cake (and desserts) were. It was also beautifully decorated and our dessert table looked absolutely heavenly. If you're looking for a great baker, look no further than 4R!

My husband and I did not want a traditional cake for our wedding. We did a tiered cookie cake with a bunch of mini desserts. I emailed a photo of our cake inspiration and the cake was EXACTLY what we wanted the day of. The pricing was also WAY more affordable than other bakers in the area.

4R Specialty Cakes delivered the perfect cake for our Wedding!! We had a destination wedding, and weren't able to come for a tasting, but Casey and her team delivered the exact cake I showed in my inspiration and it was DELICIOUS!! Our guests can't stop talking about it!!

The BEST choice in cake and desserts! Casey helped to coordinate our tasting and walked us through the flavor options/combinations. We wanted a small three-tiered cake with modern/geometric decorations and an assortment of mini desserts. We had cookies, mini cupcakes, brownies/bars, cake balls, and shooters! They were all a HUGE hit! Some wedding cakes I've had in the past were dry and nothing special, but not with Specialty Cakes! Each cake tier had a different flavor cake and filling, the guests were practically fighting over a sample of each. Highly recommend the red velvet cake with strawberry filling or the almond cake with chocolate ganache. I will definitely be ordering desserts for events in the future!

We are so happy we chose 4R Specialty Cakes! Due to the pandemic, in-person tastings were out of the question. 4R's taste box presentation was the best! Their cakes were all so moist and they supplied us with well-labeled fillings and icings to choose from. All of our other tastings consisted of either dry cakes, overly sweet icing, and guessing which cake was which, but 4R was just right. We even canceled all of our other cake tasting appointments after trying 4R because we knew they were the one. Casey was an absolute pleasure to work with and the 4R team literally brought our dream to life! Our guests loved our cake and so did we!

4 Rivers Specialty Cakes did an absolutely amazing job for our wedding cake. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. Special shout out to Casey at the UCF location, who guided us through the entire process. She was willing to accomodate our special requests, answer our many questions about sizing and pricing and everything else, and was very prompt and easy to get in contact with whenever we needed her. The tasting package they supplied us beforehand to help us decide was also awesome! We ended up getting the Smores cake, and we got so many compliments from our wedding guests, with many of them saying it was legitimately the best cake they’ve ever had, and we have to agree with them. It really was phenomenal. We will definitely consider them strongly again for any future events we might need them for, and we really can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much!

4R Specialty Cakes created the most beautiful and delicious cake! I was completely blown away. Jaime was awesome to work with and I showed her some inspiration images with lots of piping, hoping that she could do that. She said she was the piping expert and she wasn't lying! The piping was so delicate and pretty! And even more important, the cake tasted amazing. We really liked two flavors from our tasting and they were able to do both flavors for us in the same cake. We wanted our cake to taste good AND look pretty and 4R definitely accomplished that! Cake tastings were a little bit different because of covid, but they provided us plenty of cake and filling/frosting to try which was really helpful. Jaime and the whole team were very responsible to emails and questions I had. They really made my vision for the cake come to life!

My husband and I have always been BIG fans of 4Rivers and love supporting this incredible local business! I initially reached out to their Specialty Cakes staff to make an engagement cake for a girlfriend of mine. I was SO relieved when 4Rivers was kind enough to accommodate my last-minute request (they were so easy to communicate with and SO efficient) and delivered the most DELICIOUS cake for the event. Not one slice of cake left that night! When it came time to planning my own wedding, my husband and I shopped around but I had a feeling we would end up moving forward with 4Rivers! We knew we were in for an easy experience with an incredible product coming out of it! Despite the fact that we were planning a wedding during a national pandemic, they still went above and beyond in creating a lovely take home cake tasting experience complete with several cake, frosting and filling options. Jamie and I shared inspiration photos and messages back and forth to reinforce what we were hoping our cake would look like and all in all I had every ounce of faith they would take care of us. When I walked into the reception my eye was immediately drawn to the picture perfect wedding cake that was exactly what I had envisioned and tasted every bit as good as it looked! I had so many people comment not only on the aesthetics of the cake, but how fresh it tasted! I will continue to utilize these incredible vendors for any and every special event! Beyond amazing!

4Rivers Catering and Cakes was 10/10!!! We used 4Rivers for our catering, bartending and our wedding cake and we have nothing but great things to say. * The 4R Specialty Cakes team was extremely professional, flexible, and creative. Jahilissa and Jaime were a pleasure to work with all the way from California and during a pandemic. I appreciated how easy it was to sync up the cake with our catering services. We had a small and intimate outdoor micro-wedding and we were very focused on bringing in the citrus theme to all aspects of our wedding and having great food. After sending my sister-in-law for the cake tasting (which was thorough with many selections of cakes, fillings, and icings) we really wanted to have a citrus themed cake that was not orange. In response, Jaime created an amazingly light and fresh citrus white cake using lemon, lime, and citrus zest. When we landed in Florida 6 days before our wedding, immediately went to 4R for our cake tasting, and it was PERFECT. I provided dried citrus to be used as a decorative element on the outside of the cake and Jaime combined it with the Pinterest pictures for inspiration to come to life. just now-Edit We had 4R Specialty Cakes create a custom cake to fit our wedding venue at a blueberry farm, and, simply put, I can't recommend them enough! The cake was absolutely delicious! Many of our guests commented that it was one of the best wedding cakes they had ever tasted (we went with a champagne cake with blueberry filling and Swiss cream frosting). Even friends and family who claimed they weren't big fans of cake went back for seconds! What's more, they were a dream to work with during the planning process, and there prices were VERY reasonable compared to some of the other cake shops in the area! I would definitely recommend them for wedding cakes!

We had 4R Specialty Cakes provide our wedding cake and desserts and oh my god INCREDIBLE. We spent more time planning our desserts then anything else for our wedding, we wanted a small cake and a huge dessert table and thats what 4R provided! We went back and forth on a ton of emails and they were always so kind and responded back quickly and answered all our questions. We thought their prices were amazing for the incredible quality of everything. We ordered about 450 desserts from them total with an array of 30 some different flavors and they were delicious and beautiful! All of our guests raved about how delicious the desserts were and one of our friends wants to use them for their wedding next year. Thanks so much 4R Cakes!

We hired 4Rivers Bakery to create a cake that tasted as good as it looked. Not only were Jamie and her crew such a delight to work with, but their cake and treats were absolutely delicious, and so beautiful! I sent Jamie pictures from Pinterest and she and her crew made my vision come to life! So many guests at our wedding were complimenting our cake, and loved the bite sized treats that they were able to take home. We are so thankful for the cooperation, and sweetness of the 4Rivers Bakery team, and look forward to hiring them for our next big event!!

Excellent service and skills. I am so happy we chose 4R Specialty Cakes to create our amazing wedding cake. I mostly communicated with Jamie, who was so kind and sweet and got back to me quickly with any answers to my questions or changes I needed to make. Everything was just so easy and there were no issues on the wedding day. The cake was gorgeous and just what I wanted. Our guests raved about the flavor of the cake and loved all of the assorted desserts, so much so that they were gone before my groom and I could taste any! We brought home the top of our cake and couldn't stand the thought of freezing it for a year! We dug right in and have been enjoying it all week! Thank you so much to the staff of 4R Cakes!!

Jamie did an amazing job from the tasting to the finished cake. Our guests loved the cake and it was beautiful. It was picture perfect and tasted amazing. We had enough left over to eat it during our honeymoon and it was just as good as it was on our wedding day. Great job and 100% recommend.

4 Rivers Specialty Cakes baked my wedding cakes. My wedding was on October 19th at the House of Blues. They delivered the cakes on time and they were delicious. Perfect texture and flavor. All of my guests are still talking about our wedding cake and how much they loved it! We had different flavors and the brown butter was the crowd favorite. Jamie was fantastic to work with and so nice and accommodating! Gave great advice during our tasting and made our vision a reality. I would 100% recommend!

I cannot begin to express how amazing the cake was! Everyone absolutely loved it and there were absolutely no leftovers as everyone went back for more! Perfection! Our whole experience was perfect. We loved trying all the flavors and playing with combinations. I couldn't believe the creative decorative options they could do. Jamie worked with me every step of they way. Even when I was indecisive she was super sweet and attentive. Everyone was blown away by how beautiful and personal it looked and how absolutely amazing both flavors tasted.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! Jamie was a dream to work with and our wedding cake was perfect. We chose to do a smaller cake with mini cupcakes and everyone loved them. Although half the cake ended up on our faces from a pretty aggressive cake-cutting experience it was still delicious! We’re so glad we had 4Rivers for everything from the appetizers to the dessert, it was all perfect and everyone was so professional and prompt throughout the entire planning experience!

4R worked with us from the very start! We arrived at our initial meeting painfully early, but they still accommodated us and took us through the information and cake tasting without issue. We were looking for a very small, simple cake that tasted delicious with a variety of small desserts on the side, and they delivered! They kept good communication with us between the time of our order and the day-of and were willing to deliver our desserts to our venue the day before our wedding, which was on a Sunday (and everything still looked and tasted perfect). My husband and I were already huge fans of 4Rivers, and having a Sweet Shop cake at our wedding made the day that much better.

We used 4R Specialty Cakes for our wedding desserts. We had a variety of mini cupcakes, cookies, and bars and they were DELICIOUS! They even had a gluten free monster cookie, which was great because I have an allergy and was grateful to be able to enjoy some desserts along with our guests. All of the desserts were gone by the end of the night, so it's safe to say our guests liked them! Highly recommend.

My husband and I decided to use 4R Sweet Shop for our wedding. We were not very traditional when it came to planning our wedding, and the Sweet Shop definitely accommodated this! We decided to do a beautiful dessert station with a small single layer semi-naked cake. They were extremely easy to work with, great with communicating throughout the process, and allowed for an intimate tasting with just the two of us. Did I forget to mention that the desserts were DELICIOUS!? You cannot go wrong with hiring 4R Sweet Shop for your next event!

All I can say is this place is the best! The price was very fair and all of the desserts tasted absolutely amazing. We got a small cake, mini cupcakes, strawberry cheesecake bites, and brownies more bites for our wedding. All of our guests raved about how good it all tasted! I would highly recommend and plan on using them for future events !

Oh my goodness, if we could give more stars to 4R, we would. Everyone was absolutely amazing in helping us decide on our wedding cake and treats. We decided to go with a smaller, simplistic cake for my husband and I and then mini cupcakes, cookies and cake balls for our guests and they were so helpful in helping us decide out of all the flavor and options! They let us taste test a million things and it was amazing. We were eating left over cupcakes and cake balls like two weeks after the wedding (no judging) and they were still just as good! Would 100% recommend the 4R Sweet Shop and Specialty Cakes!

They were perfect! The cake was exactly what I imaged and I keep getting guest comments about how amazing it tasted! They were quick to respond and amazing in helping us go through our options and find our perfect cake for the wedding. My fiancé was in a different state and they even helped setup a last min cake tasting when he last min flew into town. All in all, amazing service and product!

So happy with how our cake turned out! Even when they changed staff in the midst of our planning process, Jamie was on top of it. We got so many compliments on the cake from our guests and after 5 days of eating the leftovers, I'm not the slightest bit tired of it! They were even able to work with my venue and deliver our cake the day before the wedding, as it was on a Sunday and their organization is closed. The Sweet Shop team were great to work with! Jamie was always prompt with her emails and sent us a menu with pricing upfront that made it simple to order. The group tasting with 4Rivers was also a fun experience - I highly recommend the Strawberry Champagne cake, it's light and rich at the same time. They recreated a wedding cake from a picture I sent and gave us a stress-free experience. Our total order for a three-tier cake, cake stand, delivery and pie shooters (a hit with our guests!) came in less than their competitors in town, even Major Grocery Store.

Mixed Review: They weren't able to schedule a 'tasting' at a location near me so they just had me pick up the samples and try them at home. Not sure why the location who made the samples and provided the cake couldn't do this as they had a sweet shop there. Once I got home we did our own sampling and then emailed our order to the corporate office as directed. We wanted just a plain white cake with no decorations so this seems ok at the time. When I went to pick up my cake I noticed there was chocolate gauche poured over the top. This wasn't want I wanted but knew it would be too much to try and fix so I just grabbed it and went. When we put the cake topper on it blended into the chocolate color making it disappear for pictures. On top of that when we cut into it there was no gauche filling as we ordered. I sent an email to the corporate office we ordered it from and they took several days to respond. They then basically just passed me off to the store manager who made the cake to explain. When he called me he was very apologetic and explained that the 'filling' we picked out was typically not used as filling but on the outside of the cake, thus the confusion. When I asked about the picture I had sent of the plain white cake they said it never made it over. It was apparent the corporate office had messed up the order and were making this poor manager take the blame. He was nice enough to credit me the cost of the filling but the whole thing was just such an unnecessary hassle. At the end the cake was a solid B for flavor and A- for pricing. I just suggest NOT working with the corporate office and insisting on working with the store and staff who will be providing the cake.

They were very creative in their design of the groom’s cake. They were a pleasure to work with and available at all times of the day and evening. Big thumbs up!!

4R was not only an amazing team for catering dinner for our wedding, but the cake and array or desserts were unbelievable- our guests RAVED about every single detail! Highly recommend as they were also a joy to work with :-) Easy and flawless!
