he wedding it was difficult to find the time to also plan out a honeymoon. We decided to finally take our chances and worked with Dina and told her what stuff we were looking for. Dina took a short amount of time and got back with us with many options that she thought we may enjoy based on our criteria. My partner and I sorted through a few of the options and finally settled on one that was highly recommended from Dina. Our honeymoon was incredible, and even better than what we could have hoped for all because of our travel agent. Going forward, my partner and I will always use Dina for our future traveling needs.

d her for the first time on a Saturday morning and she picked up right away.  She listened to everything I wanted from a trip, explored different possibilities in terms of countries, cruises or land vacations.  She did all the research and gave me ideas in terms of things to do/see and places to visit that weren't even on my radar.  She worked diligently to get me a great deal and good hotels and flights.  I already reached out to other travel agents in Miami and either got worse pricing quotes or no responses.  Dina kept up with all my requests and changes, was super patient and friendly.  It was so convenient to have her arrange all the transfers and tours for us. She definitely made the experience easy for us and every time I talked to her I was reassured that she knew her stuff and would take good care of us.  She's very straightforward, honest, and a great listener.  Just by talking to her you get the sense of security that she knows what she's doing and has the personal experience to give a client appropriate/relevant advice.  I would definitely work with her again and she put my mind at ease with regards to using a travel agent.  Thank You Dina.

Dina was available for any questions during the planning stage and was able to incorporate all the ideas of what we wanted to do into a plan that included something for everyone on the trip. I have travelled in Europe previously but had no idea how we were going to get our group of seven, ages 10 – “grandma” where we needed to be when we needed to be there. Her hotel selections were perfect. I was extremely pleased with the hotel in London, then we arrived in Paris. The hotel in Paris was amazing. The location and level of service was fantastic. There was a courtyard area that allowed for our planned picnic without the parents. Dina took care of transportation from the airports/train stations to the hotels and then where we needed to be for the next leg of the trip. I can not recommend her highly enough for planning any trip – in fact she is currently working with me on my next excursion. Thanks Dina

rip. We can't thank her enough. One minor thing was that one of the transfer flights from Italy to Greece didn't include check baggage fees and we had to pay extra at the airport, which is odd considering it was a two week international trip.

(I had to get the bride to reach out to her) That already was a red flag!! by the time of travel an emergency forced me to cancel. at first I was told I would receive a partial refund. few weeks later I was told the insurance I purchased was actually for a future travel credit instead of cash back. This information was never provided at the time of purchase!! I requested the Insurance information I purchased, she agreed and I didn't hear back. only after contacting the actual vacation company did I hear back from her and learned there was actually 2 types of travel protection to choose from a future travel credit and a full cash back refund at a whooping $4 difference. I am upset because I was not offered an option, this voucher is only redeemable through this company and the voucher can not be transferred to another name even though I paid for both people. Dina choose for me forcing me to have to rebook with the company in order for my money not to go to waste and possibly spend more money with this company. Dina lacked clear and accurate communication the whole process. when questioned I was treated very rudely as if my questions were imposing on her day and also giving me very poor exlanations to mistakes she made. over all I did not enjoy my experience with this company and I suggest if you use her to make sure you have all information upfront.

nted themselves. Even though I payed for insurance, I was not eligible to get a refund which is baffling because that's what insurance is for protecting your trip. Instead of a full cash refund, we were told we would not receive any of our money back and will be receiving credits that can only be redeemed by Dina. This information was not divulged to us during the trip booking process and on top of that there are two insurance plans that we should have been given an option to pick from which we were not! Dina has extremely poor customer service, and I was greeted with a poor attitude and After canceling and requesting the information about the insurance Dina essentially ignored us waiting 3 weeks to return an email. It seems Once they have your money, you are no longer a priority. I wouldn’t suggest anyone use this service. It was indeed a terrible experience, but if for some unlucky reason you have to use Dina for travels, Make Sure to ask about your insurance options because she won’t tell you about them until it’s too late.

as that they truly nailed it!!!! 5 Star Global Travel was everything we could hope for, especially our agent, Dina, with whom we dealt the whole time. She was so attentive and always answered our questions super quickly by email and even called us if our questions' answers were a bit complicated. We were wary of dealing with someone we'd never seen, but this agency was more responsible, punctual, and attentive than the physical places we visited in our home town. We have already started planning our next trip, a South African Safari, and cant wait!!! We definitely recommend hiring this travel agency for a wonderful time without you having to worry about a thing.

ther travel agents we spoke with before hiring Dina told us they will only handle the travel portion of our destination wedding but Dina also helped us with every single detail of our wedding. She made this very stressful but exciting time in our life STRESS FREE and painless! AND BONUS... it didnt cost us anything and when we got home we couldnt believe that she actually gave us a $500 credit back on our card as a wedding gift!!! All of our wedding guests received travel gifts at their home before departing and everyone received a travel gift voucher towards their next vacation!We also used her for our Honeymoon to Italy and Greece and we couldnt have had a better experience. She listened to every detail of what we wanted and boy did she deliver.. and then some!!!! Dina is our travel agent for our family now and for all future travel needs!
