DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. We booked 5 star limo for our October wedding. I was excited for the party bus and price we received, pictures looked very nice. We had a contract for a 32 passenger party bus........ ON THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING THEY SHOWED UP WITH A 14 PASSENGER BUS! That wasn't even enough to take my bridal party to the church.. I confronted the driver, Dan right away. He made it seem that we were going to get another bus after the mass ceremony. Fine no big deal, but that's not what happened. After the ceremony, we came out and there was still the small bus. He wasn't even trying to get a new bus or help at all. Luckily one of my bridesmaid was able to get another company last minute. I reached out to him after the wedding, informing him how he took away time and resources from my wedding, not alone ruined my first look and cause more stress. We were told we would get a partial refund. He has been late/ actually not paid the last two at all. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND BOOK ELSEWHERE! I received a text from a friend, with this knot website and my pictures all over it. I never authorized him to have the right to take our pictures and put them on his site either!

When I started looking for transportation I was left feeling hopeless, I had a budget I wanted to adhere to and everyone was way over with no wiggle room. And then I called Danny. Danny was not only able to work with my budget but he was nothing but friendly with a good sense of humor! Plus being a bride of a LGBQT wedding your always a little on the cautious side, but Danny instantly made us feel comfortable and supported! He arrived early, he was attentive to all our needs, champagne on board, helped us in and out, he literally pulled over to show us how to hook our phones up to the sound system in the bus! On top of that he was so polite and even snapped photos of us on the bus which he then had up on the screen for us to see, so cool!! All I can say is I know how scary it can be putting $$ into transportation because of the horror stories we all hear but I would back 5 star again and again! OH AND THE REAL KICKER: I forgot my bouquet (with my deceased fathers picture attached- very sentimental) and was in tears thinking I had lost it, I texted Danny on the off chance it was left there, he responded it was and will dropping it off to my house today! Any other driver could have tossed it and went on with his life but this guy literally had a heart enough to do me that solid! 5 star service through and through!

I booked this company in March for a November wedding and throughout the months leading up to it I saw bad reviews and wanted to cut my loss of the down payment and go elsewhere, especially after the owner, Danny, wouldn't respond to my emails. After finally getting in touch with him I decided to give him a chance and I regret it. HE TOOK US TO THE WRONG VENUE!! Although he picked us up on time, he was an insane driver that made us all fear for our lives and then we pull up to a different wedding venue!! When I ask him where we are he said he looking at the wrong itinerary and was not apologetic. Luckily my venue was not too far but regardless, it proves he was not that attentive to me. I do have to give him at least three stars because he showed up, on time nonetheless, and he did get us to our venue at the time we wanted. He also gave us a good price and supplied us with a case of beer and a bottle of champagne. It could have been much worse but if I were to book again I would go elsewhere.
