On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Joan and her team were so organized and prepared. Every little detail, every step of the way. ..boy was I wrong! Thankfully Joan was available to step in and she made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Joan took care of things that I didn't even realize needed taking care of! She was on top of every detail from the time we started working together until the last people (my husband and I) got on the bus to leave the wedding venue (and then even the day after!), and she made sure we never felt overwhelmed the entire time. Joan was the utmost professional and she was always honest with us when asked for opinions or advice. We couldn't have done it without Joan and we can honestly say that our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was if Joan and her team hadn't been involved. Whether it was over email, calls, or texts, I never had to follow up with her. Many of our calls were scheduled day-of or within a few days. She took such good care of me that I felt like I was her only client. // Because we welcomed a large number of guests and we chose not to have a traditional sit-down dinner, a number of challenges arose that required extra planning and management. Joan managed my expectations and handled all of these challenges skillfully. She approaches situations logically, but is also very flexible. I felt more like a partner in the planning process because she always explored my ideas. Joan participated in many vendor meetings which was unexpected and so helpful. For our meetings, she was always punctual and prepared, making the planning process very efficient. // The day of our wedding was seamless. Because Joan and her team were so well prepared and organized, I was able to relax. Our timeline was on point the entire night - all thanks to their incredible coordination. They are consummate professionals and it was a pleasure spending the day with them. I truly felt how invested Joan was in the planning and execution of the wedding. It’s an understatement to say I would jump at the chance to work with her again on a future event.

Her support was essential throughout the entire process and we constantly said “Thank God we hired Joan!” This was especially the case on the actual wedding day. Joan handled everything so that we got to be present with our family and friends as we were getting ready and during the actual ceremony and reception. It’s hard to explain how important it was to just know someone else was handling everything. She made sure everyone was doing what they needed to so I didn’t have to. And she does this all with grace and calm. The other thing I didn’t realize about hiring a high-quality professional like Joan is it means you get access to her vendors. Everyone Joan brought in was a professional, did great work and was really pleasant to work with. To sum it all up, if you are even considering hiring a wedding planner, do it. And definitely hire Joan if you want a professional who executes flawlessly regardless of your wedding vision and is fun and easy to work with.
