6 Pastures Farm is a wedding venue in Winchester, VA. The area was first settled by a party of Quakers in the early 1700s. The original farmhouse and barn were built in the 1840s. The current owners, Paul and Mary Valentino, purchased the property in 2015. Restoring it has been a labor of love. They've always enjoyed entertaining guests in their home, and they want 6 Pastures Farm to be a place where loved ones and friends can gather and enjoy a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
6 Pastures Farm was designed with your comfort in mind. There's plenty of room and countless stunning views that stretch as far as the eye can see. The venue's charming rustic-chic aesthetic creates the perfect mood for any celebration. Paul and Mary are thrilled to share their delightful venue with you and look forward to helping you make your wedding day everything you envisioned!
6 Pastures Farm is available for rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. 6 Pastures Farm can accommodate parties of up to 200 guests. Brides and their attendants have complete use of the guest house for their day of prep and FUN! The groom and groomsmen have their own get-ready room on the lower level of the remodeled barn. Outside service providers are welcome. Paul and Mary are happy to provide you with a list of preferred vendors and look forward to discussing your plans for your big day and answering any questions you may have.

They have so many suggestions to provide, plus they want you to share your vision and truly understand what is important to you. is flawless and unforgettable! The venue is gorgeous and the bridal suite is stunning. We loved getting ready in the bridal suite with ample space for a large bridal party and plenty of room for hair/makeup. The barn accommodated our large guest list comfortably and was gorgeous with the big barn doors that overlooked the property, beautiful views, and the stringed lights that made the atmosphere so magical. The stone basement of the barn was the perfect place for cocktail hour. My guests also loved the golf carts, they picked up guests from the parking area and brought them to the venue!
Mary and Paul provided us with highly recommended vendors to meet all our wedding needs, which was SO helpful. We used many of the vendors included in the bag and they were all phenomenal. Mary and Paul also helped answer any questions I had and were extremely responsive.
Included in their package is a month of coordinator with Michelle's Main Events which was so amazing and helped keep the day running smoothly. They run 6 pastures like a well-oiled machine and ensure that the bride and groom don't have anything to worry about the day of the wedding! I will never forget how amazing and perfect our wedding day was and a huge part of it was 6 Pastures. Even writing this I have tears in my eyes and am so grateful to them! From there, their communication was prompt, respectful, and creative (when we needed some problem-solving). The actual event was seamless, and the venue was perfect-- even in the midst of an unexpected rainstorm. We even hosted a welcome dinner the day before the wedding, which was a standout for this venue, as we paid a small price to use the property an additional day and yet could still host people. For the wedding, we wanted people to feel like they came "home," and that's exactly what this venue helped facilitate. Would 10/10 recommend!

They were fabulous at keeping in contact with us and providing us with updates. They also provide you recommended vendors who have worked at 6 Pastures before. This helped when hiring vendors. They gave us an extremely detailed assortment of vendors to choose from, and were also flexible with us using vendors outside of their preferred vendors. In addition to providing these preferred vendors, a month of coordination service was included with the venue. Mary & Paul were incredibly communicative throughout the whole planning process. We loved that we were given the creative freedom to plan our wedding day exactly how we wanted it to be. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, from the beautiful pasture grounds to the rustic modern barn, our guests could not stop talking about how breathtaking the venue was! A major plus is that we had access to the venue for the entire weekend, so we were able to bring decor to set up on Friday, fully enjoy our wedding day all day on Saturday, and we were able to save the clean up for Sunday morning. 6 Pastures was the perfect venue for us, and we cannot recommend this venue enough!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Paul and Mary are. The first time we met with them, they sat us down and not only asked us questions about what we were looking for in a venue but talked to us about our relationship, what we do for fun, asked us questions about our future - they really took the time to get to know us personally which just goes to show how much they truly care about their couples.
Paul and Mary go above and beyond in every way possible. They were kind enough to allow my husband and I to use the bridal suite the morning of our wedding so we could share a quiet morning together and eat breakfast, they provided golf carts for not only the bridal party but our guests to help everyone get to Point A to Point B, they even referred a number of vendors to us which helped ensure we were getting top notch vendors that they have worked with in the past!

The bathrooms were constantly monitored to keep stocked, they use golf carts to shuttle people around on the property when needed, they let you use the property from Friday until Sunday so there is no hassle in rushing to set up or tear down! uary 2021 and immediately fell in love with everything it had to offer: the stunning guest house, the picturesque rolling hills (and cattle!), and the incredible event barn. Paul and Mary immediately made us feel right at home, carefully taking into account our hopes, dreams, and precise vision for the day.
One of our criteria for a wedding venue was distinct places for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. 6 Pastures Farm delivered on that and so much more. It provides a rustic chic but blank canvas for couples to create their own vision, but only needs small details to enhance the space from its original beauty. I appreciated how creative I could be with my wedding day—all because 6 Pastures Farm allows you to do just that.
The venue also offers so many places to take beautiful photographs. Our photographer's first time visiting the venue was on our wedding day, and she noted how blissfully overwhelmed she was with the lighting and numerous areas to take photos.
One of the best parts about the venue is you get it all weekend. You don't have to share your wedding weekend with another couple or finagle timelines with other parties to accommodate your set up or clean up. It was such a relief to bring decor in on the Friday before and clean up the Sunday after—leaving us time on our wedding day to appreciate the moments and not have to worry about the logistics.

There is just something special about this place. With thunderstorms, downpours and clouds surrounding the area, not one drop of rain fell at 6 Pastures. Their attention to detail is seen at every turn - the sturdy, renovated historic barn with indoor restrooms, the multiple ceremony locations and accessible parking area with an on-site golf cart (and driver!) to shuttle guests, the dedicated catering pad with available power, the house with such lovely details you will actually hate to leave when it's time to for the ceremony...
