Where do I even begin with this nightmare. I guess it all started when we met Annie for our photoshoot. For reasons beyond my control, I was late. Annie decided to move forward with the shoot anyways. When we met it was so AWKWARD. She presented us with the idea that “she was just going to be a creepy stalker following us around on our date” I was hesitant but went with it because she’s the “professional.” So leaving the shoot I was bummed, I didn’t know how the photos were going to turn out. I voiced that to Annie and she assured me not to worry, she got some great shots. Cool, fast forward to when I got the pictures. I went to order some prints thru her because I had a credit. Then went to download the pictures and I couldn’t. The contract is very confusing and made me think I would get the digital files for my wedding AND engagement shoot. I was wrong. I do have to say after many emails and phone calls, Annie gave me the digital files. A few days after that, I received the prints (3, that’s all I liked out of ALL the photos) I ordered thru her. It look like a phone took the pictures, one picture was so grainy I will not ever hang it. The other picture had lipstick on my teeth, and the final picture had me completely unfocused while focussing in only on my fiancé. I decided to order the same prints thru Shutterfly to see if it was the lab she used issue. NOPE. The same terrible photos came from Shutterfly too. So after many more emails and phone calls(and her blaming me for the way the photos turned out because I was late) we decided to cancel the contract. In the contract it states no money will be returned. Annie did work with me on that, we decided I would compensate her $500 for her time, and I would get back the remainder($420). So she send the cancellation contract and it mentioned nothing about my $420. So I emailed her, and she informs me she would have to get back to me on a final number because she had to deduct taxes and fees. Wait. What? I didn’t pay taxes or fees when I sent her the money. So we’re fighting again. She wrote and said I only paid her $850 when in actuality I paid her $920. I sent her the receipt to verify. Since then I haven’t heard a peep from her. I emailed to let her know we had moved for when she sends the check, nothing. I can’t stress this enough. DO NOT USE 621 STUDIOS. She’s very unprofessional, has low quality photos, and blames her clients for how HER photo shoot turned out. Spend the money on a real professional. It’s almost been two weeks since I sent her my last email with no response. I gave her 45 days to send me my refund or I will be taking legal action. 2/3/2020 will be 45 days. Fingers crossed she does what we agreed to on the phone so I can END this nightmare!!!

I don’t think my husband and I could rave enough about Annie! She was an INCREDIBLE photographer for our wedding and made all of our dreams come true! She was attentive to our EVERY want and need that day! We always dreamed of taking wedding pics on the rides in Wildwood, which was a somewhat challenging request, but Annie made it happen and did a phenomenal job! From the moment we booked Annie she could not have been more attentive and thorough. She responded incredibly fast to each and every email I sent and made sure to provide the utmost attention to every single detail. She made us feel so comfortable and never missed a beat on our wedding day. She made sure to capture every moment possible from my bridesmaids and I getting ready to the ceremony to the reception and even stayed until after our reception to take some unforgettable rooftop photos. To say that Mike and I were happy would be an understatement! I recommend 621 Studios to any and everyone looking for a fun, attentive, incredibly professional and just down right amazing photographer! Thank you for making my dream wedding absolutely perfect! We love you!!!!!!
