edding- 3 hours before they were supposed to show up. They noted that their 50+ passenger bus that we rented had been vandalized so they were unable to provide the service that day. Richard Galli the owner told me via email and my Father, who was the day of contact, that they would initiate a full refund for the entire $1600 that night. As equally disappointing as getting cancelled on the day of our wedding, was having to correspond with Richard for over a month to receive just the deposit ($800) back. Per our contract, a full refund was owed to us because of 63 Party Bus cancelling, but I had to contact Richard multiple times for the $800 deposit and then file a Venmo Dispute due to unsuccessful communication with him to receive the remaining $800 of what we paid for the service. My husband and I got our full $1600 back after almost 2 months, but I'm not sure we would have gotten the second half of our payment if I would not have filed a dispute and forced that payment. The whole experience overall was disappointing, frustrating, and felt slightly unethical. I am not the first person to have this experience, and I highly recommend avoiding this company if you live in the Manhattan KS area. *One good thing about the day was that Little Apple Limo Bus LLC saved our day and made room in their already busy schedule to make sure that we were taken care of. Their customer service was amazing, and they were easy & a joy to work with. Highly do not recommend. We’re very rude about the whole situation and ruined the night.

ans and no gas. We dumped some of the trash ourselves and then directed him to a local gas station, as he was unable to make the 30 mile drive to our first destination. The owner of the company has been unwilling to make any amends for their failure to arrive. The driver was excellent and accommodated our requests as we adjusted our evening to fit our late departure. Would not recommend
