This main house was originally owned by a cattle farmer that was popular in the locality. It has since been renovated to meet modern standards and exceed design expectations, without compromising any of its rural charms. You can begin your day in one of the guest suites, which offers plenty of room to prepare and relax prior to your festivities. Here, you can enjoy the gorgeous stonework featured throughout the building and the dynamic layouts of its lodgings. The house allows for an abundance of natural light which will help you feel refreshed and ready to celebrate. You can take advantage of the spacious, lawn situated near the event barn and host a charming outdoor ceremony. Your vows can be exchanged against a backdrop of peaceful woodland or the creek front. Following this, you and your guests can enjoy a cocktail reception in the garden of the main house. This area features a luxurious pool at its center, which can be decorated with flowers or candles to add to the atmosphere. Your wedding meal can take place in the central event space of this property, the event space. This structure featuring a disco ball and white paper balloons to make this the perfect dance floor. You can enjoy imperial-style outdoor dining with a casual twist, with seating for up to 100 guests. The party can spill back out onto the lawn where you can enjoy some evening entertainment under the stars.

ovides great insights throughout the planning process and was also flexible with specific requests when we had them. The property is gorgeous and perfect for an outdoor event, especially due to the many different locations within the venue itself. (Ex: near the nearby creek, within the barn on site, on the large field, etc.) Because 7M2K is a venue where you will have to provide your own catering and other vendors, the venue is excellent for creating a custom wedding that fits your vision. Plus, the house on site is wonderful and great to stay in - regardless of an event or no! We would very much recommend others have their wedding here and wish nothing but the best for the team.

It’s a historical stone house on a beautifully landscaped property. Gorgeous! I rented the house for a 3-day weekend to host my wedding party and held an intimate rehearsal dinner the first night and it was wonderful. It was so fun yet relaxed and we even swam afterwards! The wedding itself was just a wonderful party and with COVID-19 and quarantine, an opportunity for a beautiful gathering with friends and family. Could not have gone smoother and the setting could not have been more gorgeous. My wedding date was originally booked for June but with COVID, had to postpone which was devastating. Just so happy it all worked out and this weekend in August was available. We did plan to have around 100 guests but due to limitations on group size with COVID, we decided to hold 2 wedding celebrations that weekend to accommodate all of our guests!:) It was actually really great to be able to celebrate all weekend and stretch out our wedding festivities. Konstanze, the owner, was amazing and so sweet! She was meticulous, very detail oriented and respectful of our needs. When we got to the house that Friday, there was a beautiful bottle of champagne and a lovely little note congratulating us.💕 So thoughtful! To top it off, we have such beautiful wedding photos and video to remember this weekend. The little island off the creek and the sunset over the mountain range, all just so spectacular. It was the perfect wedding weekend.
