74Wythe was truly the most amazing wedding venue we could have even dreamed of or asked for! When my fiancé & I were looking at wedding venues - my Type A self had us go to 'em all. We saw over 20 venues in person in Manhattan & Brooklyn but we knew as soon as we went to 74Wythe that both the space & the team were IT for us. When we first toured the space - they were doing some additional remodeling after having only a handful of weddings so far - there was literal sawdust on the floor and we still were both absolutely in love with the space and team. The rooftop cannot be beat!! It is truly a magical space and I was so thankful to have the built in weather plan since the roof is glass & retractable (which we ended up needing since it was unseasonably rainy on our day). I wanted a venue that had both inside & outside components & the rooftop of 74 was our dream come true! In addition to the show stopping rooftop - the other spaces were incredible as well. We had our cocktail hour in the main room & the two level space with multiple bars & built in stage was incredible for our cocktail hour. We also were able to have our late night in the SPEAKEASY (how insane is that?!) aka jbird. We were able to have our full day there - they had spaces for everything we needed & wanted. The venues proximity to the hotels in the area also made for such a seamless weekend for us & all of our guests. The beauty of the spaces gives you such an amazing jumping off point for bringing your event to life. There is beautiful wallpaper, greenery, murals, furniture, lighting & more that we were so thrilled to have. In addition to these beautiful spaces - the team CANNOT be beat!! Chloe was our absolute wedding angel - coordinating with us & our planner every step of the way. We also got to meet Katy & Tiana on site visits & emails who were also so on top of everything for us. Our guests were also raving about how phenomenal the day of staff was! They kept everything running so smoothly better than we could have even imagined. From the porters to the bartenders to the venue coordinators (s/o to Jocelynn & Conrad!) to the bathroom attendants - the flip from ceremony to reception was seamless, lines always managed & guests & wedding party incredibly well taken care of. TL;DR: Skyline views, incredible staff, beautiful spaces -- you cannot ask for a better venue. Thank you 74Wythe for the wedding our dreams!!

My husband and I recently tied the knot at 74 Wythe and we couldn't be happier with our choice of venue. From start to finish, the team at 74 Wythe worked closely with us to ensure our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. Communication was key throughout the planning process and the team was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. They were incredibly accommodating when it came to setting up the space and making sure everything was just right. We felt so well taken care of, which took so much of the stress out of the day. The venue itself is absolutely stunning with the high glass ceilings that made it feel as if we were outside and the views of Manhattan. The space was the perfect size for our guest list of 115 and provided plenty of room for dancing, eating, and mingling. We couldn't be more grateful to the team at 74 Wythe for helping us create such a wonderful wedding day. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique and memorable wedding experience.

We hosted our wedding at 74Wythe in April. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and hosting at 74Wythe was everything we dreamed it would be. It was the only venue we looked at during our planning process, and we knew right away it would be spectacular. The views, the spaces, and the staff were all amazing. The team at 74Wythe was incredibly communicative and helpful, we especially appreciated all of their vendor recommendations and worked with many folks they recommended to us. Wow, where to start? Booking 74Wythe as our venue was the quickest and easiest "yes" to ever come out of our mouths! I'm pretty sure my now wife said yes faster to booking this as our wedding venue than she did when I proposed! That being said, this is one of the most gorgeous venues that NY has to offer. This was the only place we went to see and instantly knew we didn't have to look anywhere else. Stunning views with such cool and unique spaces - it doesn't get much better than this! Special thanks to Margaret, Tiana, and Katy for making everything happen for us and making us feel so at ease during the planning process and our wedding day. We truly couldn't imagine anywhere else to have our wedding!

The 74Wythe team exceeded our expectations! We had our wedding here and couldn’t have asked for more support and guidance throughout. Chloe and Tiana really took the time to share their vendor list and provide us with some great resources to connect to. Our Wedding was magical and we ended up having our after party at the J Bird Cocktail Lounge which was a hit! Thank you again for everything we recommend this venue to any couple in NYC looking to have their wedding.

We hosted our wedding at 74 Wythe in April. The night went off flawlessly, with the staff being attentive and gracious, and the gorgeous views of the city skyline providing the perfect backdrop. Tiana was great to work with, discussing design options ahead of time and working with us when we had questions or wanted to schedule extra tours or the like. The weather turned out gorgeous on our day, so we were able to open up the retractable roof at get some amazing fresh air, and a fantastic sunset. The downstairs space served as a perfect cocktail hour option with a band transforming it into a Jazz club vibe. We finished the night at the J-bird lounge for an afterparty where guests could decompress in yet-another gorgeous space. Would definitely recommend this option for a Brooklyn / New-York wedding!

My husband and I fell in love with this venue for our rooftop wedding while it was still under construction. Chloe was our main contact at first and she was great initially but we began to be passed around between her & Tiana as the responses became more hit or miss, We initially attributed this to the venue being new and the team being occupied with the first few events but at some point it began to leave us with negative feelings. It seemed as if we were annoying them. They began to only respond to my day-of-coordinator, ignoring any of the questions I had in the email chain. I even sent an email asking about the bill as the final charge was never sent to us and the due date had passed. I received no response except that the bill was forwarded to my husband (with no explanation). Working with Katy in the last few days leading to the event on the other had was breath of fresh air. However, some lapses in communication continued on the day of our wedding, the biggest being that we were left unaware of the amount of staff that would be working the event (for gratuities). Something that even moreso solidified the negative part of our experience was an awkward run-in with Tiana while taking photos around the venue that even left our photographer surprised. Overall our experience planning our wedding with the 74Wythe team was not the most pleasant but the event itself was otherwise perfect. Better communication and more patience with a focus on customer service would go a long way for this team...at the very least don't make the bride feel bad before or during her wedding.

TERRIBLE, WE PURCHASE VIP TICKET FOR THE NEW YEAR, WHICH OFFER BREAKFAST, OPEN BAR AND COMFORT, AND ALL OF IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. HAD NO SUPPER AND COMFORT WAS FAR FROM HAVING. OPEN BAR IN A SINGLE BAR THAT COULD NOT GET CLOSE TO SO MANY PEOPLE, FEW BATHROOMS FOR THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. NO SUPPORT, NO RESPONSE TO OUR EMAILS. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TOTAL DISREGARD.

We chose 74Wythe for our June 2021 wedding and it was perfect! Chloe & Tiana and their amazing team helped make our wedding seem effortless and easy. They paid attention to every planning detail and request, were always professional, friendly, and cool. Their event staff were top notch and there was never a wait for service. Even their security team, particularly Sean, was important to ensure everything was on point. The rooftop view from Brooklyn is stunning and cannot be beat. Inside, the main room and mezzanine was perfect for our cocktail hour. We were also thrilled to have JBird Cocktail for our post-ceremony newlywed pictures as the design in there is just gorgeous. The staff had no problem flipping the rooftop from ceremony to reception within a half an hour (give or take) for 90 guests. We highly recommend 74Wythe if you're looking for a beautiful rooftop venue in NYC!

My wife and I were incredibly honored to be one of the very first weddings booked at 74Wythe. We wanted an outdoor venue with a view of the New York City skyline, and 74Wythe delivers this and FAR more.  The space has a beautiful art deco-meets-speakeasy vibe and is absolutely stunning, incredibly dynamic, and just plain fun to be in. It is also flexible and interchangeable enough that you can have nearly any seating or socializing arrangement you can think of. The sound system is amazing, the vendors and staff are impeccable, and the entirety of the experience is simply unforgettable. Our friends and family have been raving about our wedding weeks later. The best part of the space is the retractable roof. Planning a wedding many months out, the weather can be a constant form of stress, having no idea that far in advance what the day's clouds might bring. But with 74Wythe's dynamic roof, you can have it any way that you wish. Having a Rainy Day Plan B is hardly necessary here. The downstairs event space is equally impressive, as is JBird, the secret cocktail bar attached to the main room. You just have so many options with this building, it being so freshly rebuilt and thoughtfully designed. Working with Tiana and Chloe was fantastic. They understood every last desired detail of our wedding, and were more than accommodating for each need. They were so thoughtful and enthusiastic throughout the planning process, and we would easily recommend working with them for any event. You really can't go wrong with this 74Wythe, and you and your guests will be blown away by your wedding here.

We had our wedding at 74 Wythe this month, and we are so happy that we chose this brand new venue! 74 Wythe's rooftop and event spaces are absolutely gorgeous. 74 Wythe has panoramic views of Manhattan and, as it faces west, the sunset over the East River and NYC skyline create a stunning backdrop for your event.  74 Wythe has a unique indoor/outdoor feel since most of the rooftop is enclosed in glass but still open to the outdoors. This setup is perfect as it still has a completely outdoor feel, but you do not need to be as concerned about weather. They even have outdoor heaters (and air conditioning, I believe) to control the temperature somewhat.   74 Wythe provides the drink package and furniture for events. They had a choice of round and rectangle tables available for our wedding, and beautiful cross-back chairs. They also have nice lounge furniture in the other spaces on the rooftop that are used for cocktail hour. 74 Wythe also provides the drink package, and the drinks and bartenders were great.  Overall, we had an incredible wedding at 74 Wythe and have nothing but good things to say! We highly recommend this venue!
