Jackie at 76 Carriage was great. She thoroughly communicated our options for a horse-drawn carriage ride after our wedding. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen movie filming the night...
of our wedding, the carriage could not access our venue, and we were refunded our entire bill! We will definitely be using their services next time we are in Philly!
