Best. Birthday. Ever. Thanks to 7even Oaks 1858! 🎂🎶✨
I hosted my 45th birthday celebration at 7even Oaks 1858, and WOW — it was truly next level. From the first walkthrough to ...
the final toast, everything was flawless.
Shoutout to the amazing ladies at 7even Oaks 1858 — y’all really outdid yourselves! The entire party was beautifully planned and executed with such care and style. The house itself is absolutely stunning, full of old-world charm and luxe details, but it’s the energy that really makes it special.
The music had the whole room vibing, the cake was delicious and picture-perfect, and the setup? Straight out of Pinterest. Every guest was blown away — people are still texting me saying how beautiful everything was.
This wasn’t just a birthday party — it was a full-blown experience, and I owe that to the incredible team at 7even Oaks. If you’re celebrating anything, this is the place to do it. 5 stars, no hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our reception here was gorgeous! We had an issue with an Airbnb the day of and they were more than accommodating for us to be able to rent out the entire house for the bridal party...

Horrible customer service. Will scam you out of money.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!
Their customer service is absolutely horrible, and all they care about is your money. They will cancel on you the day before your wedding, unl...
ess you want to spend EXTRA OF WHAT YOUVE ALREADY PAID for ridiculous made up fees. Terrible communication skills, lack of empathy, and just overall crooked owners. Do not waste your time or your money here, you will be scammed.
DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENTS HERE! I WAS FORCED TO FIND ANOTHER VENUE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE MY WEDDING!
I booked my wedding ~6 months in advance and paid for everything in full. The...
new owners agreed to do everything according to my agreement with the old owners. The two days leading up to my wedding, the new owners then requested that I pay and extra $900 ON TOP of what I had already paid (for made up cleaning fees that had ALREADY BEEN PAID, and to pay for a bartender who did not exist) and I was hesitant to do so because like I previously stated, I had paid for everything IN FULL, and THEY had agreed to take on my event according to the terms with the old owners. I politely asked them to request the money that I had sent to the old owners as payment, however, they still wanted the extra $900.
Approximately 30 minutes before I was supposed to arrive the night before the wedding to stay the night, I called the new owners to discuss the extra payment and how I did not think I should be responsible, and that they should contact the old owners for the money if they needed payment.
The new owner made me speak to her realtor and the old owners realtor (which I still have no clue what the realtors have to do with the businesses customer service and why I was forced to speak with them). I sobbed and begged and pleaded with them over the phone to help me figure out SOME solution to this problem since my wedding was THE NEXT DAY, but was told “no one is walking through the doors until I get my money”. I was also questioned whether I had a backup plan…….to which I responded WHY WOULD I HAVE A BACKUP PLAN FOR MY WEDDING?
I was in extreme distress, trying to figure out what to do for my wedding that was LESS THAN 24 HOURS AWAY, and I asked them if they would at least let me have my ceremony there since I had already PAID FOR EVERYTHING, and having the ceremony there would cost them $0. The owners realtor told me “we will have to let you know” LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE CEREMONY WAS SUPPOSED TO START. It was at this point that I was forced to cancel because I was left with no other option or provided any kind of solution from the owners.
Also, while on the phone, the owner could tell I was extremely distraught, and had absolutely no compassion for me or the situation and was EXTREMELY rude and completely unprofessional and stated that this was all my problem to deal with, even though the miscommunications between the new and old owners was no fault of my own. The new owners had no problem cancelling my wedding and have no human decency to hold up their end of a deal, or just be kind to another human being. They do not care to make your event happen or to work with you, they ONLY care about getting paid.
Please please please whatever you do stay away from here!
