Thankfully everything arrived on time and was beautiful, but the stress was honestly not worth the money we saved. Our wedding was in June. We had an appointment to review florals in late December. When we arrived, the singular florist working there had no idea that we had an appointment, and we honestly felt bad that he had to juggle multiple roles simultaneously in order to help us. I can't remember this man's name, but he was very nice, especially considering that he wasn't expecting us. This should have been our first red flag. In April, the balance on our order was due. At that time, Freddy, the owner, told us to text him inspiration pictures one week prior to the wedding day. I asked several times if he was sure that I shouldn't show him any inspiration pics whatsoever until only a week before. He assured me yes, that's the correct protocol--fine. One week before, I text him some pictures. I hear nothing, so I call him two days later. During this phone call, he yelled at me for five minutes, ranting about how all the pictures online are photoshopped for Instagram. I relayed to him that I was merely doing what he had asked me to do. He then hung up on me. I called him a couple of times leading up to the wedding for logistical things, and both times he would pick up the phone, scream at someone in the background for a minute or two without even saying "hello" or "can I help you." I would have to yell "HELLO HELLO ARE YOU THERE" over and over before he would finally realize that someone was on the line. I feel so bad for his employees or whoever he was yelling at. The way he treats people is just awful. For this reason alone I would never hire this company again nor refer anyone to them. I don't know for fact, but I'm pretty certain that the majority of this company's five star reviews have been phished for discounts. You'll notice that most of the pictures in reviews are from inside the florist shop rather than the actual product people have received. I wish I would have done a deeper dive into this before hiring this vendor, as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and horrible customer service. Don't be fooled by their prices and likely b.s. reviews. Bottom line: yes, the flowers are cheap, and yes they are beautiful, but the owner Freddy is terrible, condescending, and unprofessional. You will be miserable trying to work with him, and you won't know what is going to show up on your wedding day because the communication is non-existent and this company is totally unorganized.

I was astonished by the terrible customer service provided by this individual. When I requested the cancellation due to his horrible customer service, he hung up on me three times. Unfortunately, I lost my deposit because he refused to give me a refund. Please don’t believe the positive reviews because the owner offers a huge discount that can only be granted to the clients upon posting a positive review. I’m glad I saw his lack of character before my wedding, and I will gladly hire someone else.

y centerpieces it was awesome, I especially like the way he did my sweetheart table piece, they have three flexible packages that are half price I chose the dream collection which was amazing deal for $1199; we added on a few hydrangea to the centerpieces to supersize them up and some peonies for my bridal bouquet, my mother likes Snapdragon so I added them to everything and with practically doubling the size of the package it still came to under $2,000 including tax and delivery I think everything was wonderful and very lucky I found this florist they're very nice people and it's nice to be with a family business that used to be wholesalers so they're half the price of everybody else I would recommend them go see them they're amazing oh and by the way they're open 7 days a week till 10:00 I can't believe it and the store is huge it's like the biggest flower shop I've ever seen and they make you free samples on the spot. The store is big and beautiful if you've never been there it's as big as a CVS. They have a huge cooler with thousands of flowers the whole length of the store and a very friendly staff, I'm at Freddy and Ingrid husband and wife and they were so nice they gave me a free dozen roses and free chocolates when I arrived I had a great experience, my wedding coordinator mentioned to me that these guys had the best deals and the best flowers and they were my first stop I'm so happy I booked with 800 Rose big.

They taught me how to re-purposed the flowers from the reception to the ceremony and save me $150 for a small fee about $185 they did a complete delivery and set up at half price as well I added on more pieces at half price the week of my wedding at the final review which was nice that we could do that over the phone so I didn’t have to come back a second time and then Freddy text me pictures of all the arrangements the day before and they were absolutely beautiful even my wedding coordinator said they were the nicest she’s ever seen and she’s recommending 800 RoseBig to everybody, what was really important because I was stressed out because of Covid was the fact that every time I called 800 RoseBig Freddy answered his cell phone and spoke to me even when he was busy on his day off he always gave me a couple minutes of his time to keep me relax Denisse show me everything will go well he’s 65 years old and he worked for his mother for 41 years and he said he wants to retire next year but he still loves helping brides and if you meet Ingrid she is so wonderful and her bouquets are really the best make sure she does your bridal bouquets if you want something really special anyway I would give them 100 stars if I could and my husband uses them to send flowers to corporate accounts and he says all the arrangements are beautiful, they have the 50 row steel for $39 which is amazing go see them the store is huge and they have the best selection I’ve ever seen and they give free chocolates and candies and cookies to everybody Freddy‘s in charge of that he’s so fun every time I go in there he makes me laugh what a great experience!

I was so stressed with planning a wedding that I literally could not deal with him anymore and had to have my sister deal with it. He was very rude to her as well and consistently hangs up on you! I honestly am SHOCKED anyone has given them 5 stars unless they didn’t have to deal with Fred. It’s a shame as his staff is so kind and to be honest the flowers are beautiful even though in my arrangement some where already dead/dying and they only last 2 days. If you are only needing a quick bouquet or gift it probably worth it but if you have a wedding or event I highly recommend you go somewhere else and save yourself the disrespect, rudeness and just aggression of that man! O and DO NOT BE FOOLED his flower packages are STARTING prices! After adding all his hidden fees you are looking at $1k more than what is shown online! Delivery and flower placement alone is $350! Brides I really can’t stress enough GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! He is not worth your time and the added stress he will provide you! There are fake reviews as well take a good look at the reviews! st of the year award, they were filming the show at the store and Freddie was explaining how they do the 50% off wedding packages at wholesale prices all the time and how they get sold out so quick on all the available dates that they actually have waiting list , I looked at the store and it was beautiful and I love the way the floral arrangements looked, my mom immediately went to the website 800 rosebigcom and Freddy Has about 20 videos of the recent brides coming in and customizing their packages, because they are very flexible packages he said they can add on her make changes at half price any time or trade in things they don’t need some more of other things and as we watch the videos I sure how happy the Braves were and how absolutely gorgeous the flowers were when I went to see Fred he took care of everything it was so easy and fun he kept give us free chocolate and free coffee and free flowers and it took less than an hour to customize my package I got the bliss collection which was the best deal with 14 centerpieces and I upgraded in an added peonies and hydrangeas for another $142 when they delivered everything for a small fee I was delighted at how they set up everything we didn’t have to lift the finger and everything was actually perfect just the way I had wanted it. The quality was excellent the customer service with Freddy Anna and Ingrid was superb and the flowers were the most gorgeous things I’ve ever seen, just to make sure my mom sent a copy of the order to another florist pretending to get a quote, they want it over $2500 more and couldn’t promise us the same flowers at Freddy did, wow !

and good thing I had the contract because apparently he did not even know what he wrote. He was given pictures and on contact we had white big roses hydrangeas peonies and orchids with greenery. None of my bouquets or centerpieces came with those flowers. Instead he gave me daises and baby breast with green sticks. They looked like they were flowers from freeway. They were old and disgusting flowers, sadly my flowers were not beautiful as I wanted it to be on my special day.

The day of, we paid for someone to stick around the wedding to move the flowers from the gazebo to inside on the sweetheart table, but they never even set the flowers up on the gazebo, so we had no flowers. Thank goodness I purchased additional rose petals so we had something. They showed up about an hour and a half or so before the wedding even though we planned to do all pics ahead of time so half of my bridal party pics have no bouquets or boutonnieres for half of our pictures. I would not recommend them.

He is incredibly difficult to work with and refused to reduce my order, demanded that I pay him in full a year in advance by the original due date before my postponed wedding. He was rude to me and my fiancé on the phone and just wants to line his pocket with cash. He doesn’t care about his customers and just wants money. We wish we would have went with a better florist but were duped by his so-called rock bottom prices. Also, he won’t make changes to your order until you pay in full. All they care about it money and have no pride in their work. Good luck getting someone to call you back if you have a question. I genuinely think that anyone considering this business should strongly reconsider. They ruined my bridal experience and caused me heartache, lost time, and stress which you don’t need for the best day of your life. Stay away from 800ROSEBIG.

I love the blush roses and peonies And I’m glad I found them here on the knot, I can see why they won best of wedding flowers so many times. The website is amazing it’s got so many great videos and also they’re on the bridal channel TV show a lot so you can see all their flowers on TV through their website. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

ad to go with a small private wedding , they will only apply 20% of original deposit toward your new smaller scale of wedding ceremony and jacked up the price on the new order & presented the ugliest and cheapest flower you will ever see . Used the cheapest flowers as much as possible . They are taking advantage of the situation to the fullest . No mercy . Do yourself a favor & stay away from this business .
