t once I told them exactly what I wanted, the cost was almost a thousand dollars more! I made a mistake of giving them a deposit, so I felt obligated to use their services. I believe I would have paid a similar price for higher quality flowers and better service elsewhere. They showed me a photo book with the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements to help me make my selections . I can tell you that none of my flowers looked even close to the pictures. My main concerns: 1. Communication and organization was poor. They texted me 3 hours before my wedding to demand another $200 deposit to rent 2 pedestals (to be paid by Zelle only). It really seemed like extortion to me, just hours before my wedding. I told them no and ended up buying my own pedestals an hour before the wedding. 2. The delivery guy texted me an hour before the ceremony and said that he did not have the address to the chapel, did not have GPS and was basically lost. When he finally arrived, he was very unprofessional! He spilled water all over the chapel floor as he was bringing the flowers inside. He was also sloppily dressed and his company van was riddled with dents “fixed” with black duct tape. Not a good impression for a business. 3. The flower quality was so-so. They did a decent job on the ceremony flowers and bouquets, but my Mom’s wrist corsage fell apart before she even put it on!! The flowers were “adequate “ but nothing spectacular. Do not use this company for your wedding flowers! They are a rip off. The only reason I gave them 1 star instead of zero is because the flower quality was decent, minus the horrible and defective wrist corsage .

Fred has such an amazing number of years in this business and he gave us fabulous advice! The flowers were extremely lavish and he charged less than 50% of what every other vendor quoted us!!! The flowers were absolutely top quality, lush, and gorgeous. He designed a beautiful archway, lovely aisle flowers and huge, huge floral displays on stands for all the reception tables. s ago to talk to him about his package pricing because they were so cheap which is the only reason why I even called him. His website looked shady. I was worried AND I should have trusted my gut, but we're on a tight budget so I thought why not give him a chance. I had a busy work day so I didnt get a chance to look at the reviews like I normally do. But I saw the overall rating 4.4 on most of the sites which I thought great. He must be amazing. He is a wholesaler after all or so he claims, I figured thats why it was more affordable. But, the moment I got on the call, he told me he is so busy and that my wedding date is probably not available and he used the trick "oh I have one slot available I can squeeze you in but you have to zelle me a deposit of $272 to hold the date and I can customize whatever I want at 50% off". I've already heard this from a few other venders trying to use the same tactic. I said before I Zelle you can you at least tell me what the package entails? Annoyed and rushed, he said "10 table vases, you'll get a bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquet and a lot more, we can discuss it in person when you come in for your consultation, but just Zelle me right now and we'll schedule it." He was insisting on the Zelle. He rushed me off the phone and against my best judgment I Zelle'd him the money. We go in for the consultation and he sits my fiance and I in front of this TV with his infomercial on repeat and 3 big binders full of pictures and tells us to pick what we want. I looked and there were some decent photos so I picked a few. About 25 minutes later he shows back up and tells me to write down my info on the form and detail what I want, so I did. Then he comes back about 20 minutes later and tells me that the promo isn't going work and I'd need to spend 5-6k. I tried to work with him in terms of customization (Like he told me over the phone "he can customize whatever I want") and he simply says he doesnt customize anything. He said wont be able to do my package because its no longer a wedding package. He continued to be disrespectful and kept interrupting every time I would speak and I asked him to give me a refund for my deposit and he refused. He said I already signed the contract and its for admin fees. Mind you I never signed a contract he. He told me over the phone he will send me the receipt. I asked him what admin fees we just literally got here? He said for scheduling my appointment and putting me in the system and he wouldnt refund it, turns around and walked away. I gave him every opportunity to earn my business. I lost $272, but I feel bad for the people who spent thousands and were forcded to actually worked with him. I cannot believe this guy is still in business. RUN!

I found 800RosesBig and saw a package they were advertising that was basically exactly what I was looking for. I called in to get some further details and order the arrangements. After talking to Freddy he said that I would need to meet with him and to do that I would have to zelle him a $250 deposit to make my appointment, which I did. I made 2 different appointments with him and he cancelled them both so I made a 3rd. I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early with one of my bridesmaids. We went in and an employee told us to have a seat and start looking through the photo albums. 40 minutes later Freddy came in and greeted us, then proceeded to walk away to see what his employee was doing and critique her (loudly, in front of us and other customers even though she had been running around by herself working hard the whole time we were sitting there). Finally he comes over to go everything with me (I’ve been there about 55 minutes by this time even though I had an appointment) and he spends the next 10 minutes going on a political tirade. Once he’s done with that and he actually turns his attention to why we are there, I tell him what my colors are, the flowers I would like, and I review what him and I discussed on the phone about being able to switch out one part of the package for another. He writes down all the details and immediately starts telling me that the package won’t work for what I need and that he will work up some numbers for me. He walks away again and comes back with an outrageous quote for more that I needed. The package I wanted was $700 (including my $250 deposit) and he came back with a quote of over $1,400. When I told him that was not in my budget he said ok, $1,150.00 (which included my $250 deposit). I told him I had budgeted for the package I wanted and that I didn’t want a bunch of upgraded sizes and flowers. My colors were white/eucalyptus and I was looking for white roses, baby’s breath, and eucalyptus leaves. Everything I had already told him on our phone call. He then told me that even though the package advertisement clearly says it offers assorted colors of roses and fillers, the package only comes with whatever the farm has at the time that he buys from so I could end up with whatever color roses they have. He kept asking me about my budget and telling me that all of the brides he works with come in thinking one thing but they all end up upgrading to make their day as special as possible. I told him I had a budget set aside for the price of the package and he chuckled and said, “well, that’s not going to happen.” I was so overwhelmed and he was making me feel so bad that I started to cry so I walked outside to get some air. As my bridesmaid went to follow me to see if I was ok, he started telling her that he’s been in this business a long time and this is how this works and that she needed to convince me that I needed to go along with what he was offering and that he had already set aside my wedding date for my flowers and that I was wasting his time and money (this from someone that canceled 2 appointments on me and then made me wait 55 minutes at my appointment). I went with another florist who was so nice, actually listened to what I wanted, and did not waste my time. I lost my $250 deposit with Freddy.

Wedding Reception started @ 6pm, Florist Delivery window was from 1pm to 4pm, Their delivey didn't arrive to venue until after 6pm. Their excuse was "Traffic...!" Unprofesional customer service with dismissive attitude! Wouldn't recommend this place.

I recommend them and thank the staff very much.

My most memorable moment of 800 Roseburg is when Ingrid brought out a sample of my bridal bouquet and it was absolutely stunning she copied my picture perfect and the staff was so nice and friendly and easy To work with. When they showed up at my venue they said everything up perfect and I would usually give them a five star review, I know now why they won best wedding florist for so many years here on Knot and why they have so many five star reviews. I’m just glad they had my wedding date available they’re one of the largest wedding florist in California and they do about 1000 weddings a year so call them soon to see if your dates available then get one of the half-price packages, they are very bride friendly !

s ago in New York, as a female own business, I was proud to be part of this Ism and the ability to meet Ingrid her daughter-in-law, and just see some of the better flowers I’ve seen in my life with some of the best deals ever especially the flexible packages on their website I was very impressed with the size of the store it was very large and they had a big inventory. They were other brides. They were working on centerpieces and seeing samples very positive experience I think the shop is more of an intellectual florist than some sort of fad florist like I see everybody here has such a dramatic website but when you go there, they don’t have any flowers and they’re kind of stuck up an expensive, nice to meet a down to earth family business that’s real and honest and transparent. Go see them you’ll have a nice time.

Freddie failed to follow through on several things: including a confirmation call the week of the wedding (I had to track him down to confirm), two days before the wedding he told me he didn't have one of the two flower colors he had agreed to provide, I paid for delivery and set up and the flowers were only delivered not set up or put on the arch as agreed upon in writing. When I called Freddie after the wedding to discuss a partial refund for not setting up, he talked over me, told me it was the venue's fault and told me he didn't charge me for set up... even though he hand wrote this on the contract "del + set up" with a fee next to it. Finally, he just hung up on me. I would never buy flowers from this company again or recommend them to anyone and especially would not recommend them for a wedding. It felt like dealing with a used car salesman, they tell you one thing and do not deliver.

Thankfully everything arrived on time and was beautiful, but the stress was honestly not worth the money we saved. Our wedding was in June. We had an appointment to review florals in late December. When we arrived, the singular florist working there had no idea that we had an appointment, and we honestly felt bad that he had to juggle multiple roles simultaneously in order to help us. I can't remember this man's name, but he was very nice, especially considering that he wasn't expecting us. This should have been our first red flag. In April, the balance on our order was due. At that time, Freddy, the owner, told us to text him inspiration pictures one week prior to the wedding day. I asked several times if he was sure that I shouldn't show him any inspiration pics whatsoever until only a week before. He assured me yes, that's the correct protocol--fine. One week before, I text him some pictures. I hear nothing, so I call him two days later. During this phone call, he yelled at me for five minutes, ranting about how all the pictures online are photoshopped for Instagram. I relayed to him that I was merely doing what he had asked me to do. He then hung up on me. I called him a couple of times leading up to the wedding for logistical things, and both times he would pick up the phone, scream at someone in the background for a minute or two without even saying "hello" or "can I help you." I would have to yell "HELLO HELLO ARE YOU THERE" over and over before he would finally realize that someone was on the line. I feel so bad for his employees or whoever he was yelling at. The way he treats people is just awful. For this reason alone I would never hire this company again nor refer anyone to them. I don't know for fact, but I'm pretty certain that the majority of this company's five star reviews have been phished for discounts. You'll notice that most of the pictures in reviews are from inside the florist shop rather than the actual product people have received. I wish I would have done a deeper dive into this before hiring this vendor, as I would have saved myself a lot of stress and horrible customer service. Don't be fooled by their prices and likely b.s. reviews. Bottom line: yes, the flowers are cheap, and yes they are beautiful, but the owner Freddy is terrible, condescending, and unprofessional. You will be miserable trying to work with him, and you won't know what is going to show up on your wedding day because the communication is non-existent and this company is totally unorganized.

Please don’t believe the positive reviews because the owner offers a huge discount that can only be granted to the clients upon posting a positive review. Danny did such a great job on my centerpieces it was awesome, I especially like the way he did my sweetheart table piece, they have three flexible packages that are half price I chose the dream collection which was amazing deal for $1199; we added on a few hydrangea to the centerpieces to supersize them up and some peonies for my bridal bouquet, my mother likes Snapdragon so I added them to everything and with practically doubling the size of the package it still came to under $2,000 including tax and delivery I think everything was wonderful and very lucky I found this florist they're very nice people and it's nice to be with a family business that used to be wholesalers so they're half the price of everybody else I would recommend them go see them they're amazing oh and by the way they're open 7 days a week till 10:00 I can't believe it and the store is huge it's like the biggest flower shop I've ever seen and they make you free samples on the spot.
