Lacey did absolutely STUNNING makeup for my wedding. It lasted all day long and truly made me feel like a million bucks! We scheduled a trial ahead of time (which I highly recommen...
d) so we were able to try out my look. We made adjustments throughout the trial and she was open to what I wanted. Wedding day she came in with such grounding and warm energy for myself and moms/bridesmaids. I absolutely loved what she did. I felt so so beautiful and am SO happy with Laceys work!!
I had the absolute pleasure of having Lacey do my makeup for my wedding, and I could not be happier with the results! From the moment we had our first trial, I knew I was in excell...
ent hands. Lacey listened and understood my vision and brought it to life with such skill and creativity!
On my ceremony day, she arrived right on time, fully prepared, and created a calm and relaxing atmosphere that was much needed amidst all the excitement and nerves! My makeup was flawless—she enhanced my natural features while still feeling like myself. It held up beautifully throughout the entire day and night!
Not only is Lacey incredibly talented, but she is also so kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about her work. It was clear that she wanted nothing but the best for me on my special day, and it showed in every detail.
If you're looking for a makeup artist who will make you look and feel your best, Lacey is THE one. I can't recommend her enough!!!
Lacey is such a pro and I couldn’t have asked for a better makeup stylist for my wedding day! I found out about 805 Makeup through Vanessa Marin as she’s posted about and recommend...
ed Lacey on socials a bunch and I was so pleased I was able to book her for my wedding. She and my hairstylist, Sierra from Santa Barbara Bridal, have worked together before and so it was so fun to have two women who were already comfortable and friendly with each other. Lacey had actually recommended Sierra to me when I asked for hairstylist recommendations, so that was perfect. Now, I really didn’t know exactly what I wanted makeup-wise for my wedding because I really don’t wear a ton of makeup on a regular basis. I obviously wanted to amp up the look a bit for my wedding, but I still wanted to look like myself. Lacey went above and beyond. The trial impressed me so much. She came up with a look and eye makeup colors that complemented my natural look so so well. I looked like myself, but just with better foundation/coverage and features that popped more. Lacey was able to give me some suggestions for products that I may want to purchase for reapplying throughout the wedding day and I still use and love those lipsticks. For the actual wedding day, Lacey was a calming and lovely presence to have. She and Sierra worked seamlessly together and it was so fun to just have two wonderful ladies by my side for the big day. She ensured I was comfortable after applying everything, which was a feat because I was picky with my eyes bothering me with some of the individual lashes that she applied – she stuck around making sure I was totally comfortable. My makeup stayed flawless all day and looked genuine to me – not over-the-top or anything. I looked myself (just extra beautiful ;)) all day and in all the photos. Lacey is exactly the person you want to do your makeup for your wedding or any big event. I’m so so glad I found her! Thank you, Lacey!

s helpful to get on the same page on what the desired look was, and she completely knocked it out of the park with the adjustments made. She did a fabulous job with my mom and bridesmaids as well. I loved how I looked on my wedding day, and you can trust Lacey to do the same for you!

ed each person’s individual skin types, preferences, and features. Prices were very reasonable compared to other makeup companies in Santa Barbara. Lacey and Taryn came to our bridal Airbnb and began makeup on someone right away to ensure we stuck to our photography timeline. Lacey was great at communicating with me and was extremely flexible with scheduling our bridal party. Highly recommend 805 makeup! Book now, you won’t regret it!!!
Lacey was SO amazing to work with! I would recommend her to any future bride! I was a pandemic bride and had to move my wedding date too many times to count and Lacey was so kind a...
nd understanding about all the changes. My mom and I did a trial with her waaaaay before my wedding (since we ended up changing dates so many times) and I was worried my makeup would turn out different from the trial since so much time had passed. When the wedding day came she had tons of notes and was very organized and knew all of our preferences. Our makeup was perfect just like the trial! She did makeup for myself, my mom, and my 3 bridesmaids. We all opted for a more natural glam look and Lacey nailed it! Everyone looked so beautiful and we all felt so confident! Lacey was so easy to communicate with and prepared a schedule (which ran exactly on time down to the minute). My mom, who never does her makeup couldn't stop talking about how much she loved Lacey and how beautiful she felt with her makeup done. Lacey was so nice to even send me links to some of the products she used on my mom so she could pick them up herself. I would 100000% rebook Lacey again in a heartbeat if I had to do it all over again.

felt confident going into my wedding day that my makeup would be great. She and her team, which included Taryn Reed, did my makeup as well as my bridesmaids and two moms on my wedding day. They were professional and everyone looked flawless. My makeup remained intact and perfect even after going out on the town after my wedding and dancing for hours. Cannot recommend Lacey highly enough - she’s a doll and truly great at what she does!

e since it was a destination wedding, but Lacey's portfolio and instagram photos put me at ease because I could tell she was super talented and everyone looked flawless. And in the end, I was super happy with how my makeup turned out - it was flawless and I love how it looks in my photographs. It stayed perfect all day and I was honestly sad to wash my face at the end of the night! I would recommend Lacey in a heartbeat.

pirits, never showed a sign of stress, and really allowed me to relax. All of the ladies loved their hair and makeup (and this group is particular!) and it lasted all night. I was so happy with my personal hair and makeup and would choose 805 makeup again in a heart beat!

done for my own wedding - I lean towards sporty and not very proficient with my own makeup (I’ve always been a quick concealer and mascara girl) and was incredibly nervous that I was going to look like anything but myself. I reached out to Lacey about 6 months prior to my wedding to schedule a hair and makeup trial and oh my gosh am I soooo happy that I did!
After the initial trial I was certain that Lacey and Laura (for hair) would do a fantastic job glamming up me and my girls. In between the trial and the wedding Lacey was quick to reply to emails and stayed in touch to confirm details. I really appreciated that I heard from her in the planning process.
The day of our wedding Lacey and Laura came to our venue early to set-up and prep us girls. I can honestly say that we had SO much fun chatting and hanging out with these two lovely ladies – they are genuine, kind, funny and amazing at what they do! I came out of Lacey’s chair with a natural yet super glam look that even my hard to please mom loved. Thank you Lacey for making me feel so beautiful!!
Next time I need makeup done, I will seriously consider driving up to SB just to meet up with Lacey. I cannot recommend her enough!!

so natural and brought so much definition to my eyes. She really had a natural eye for identifying the best colors that worked for all of us (each with very different coloring.)
