We were very happy with him. When it came time to dance, Joe played all the songs on our list in addition to requests and had great judgment in playing music that fit our style once the song list was exhausted. We signed our contract in January and had a July 24th wedding date which allowed me as a retiree, the time to visit and interact with the owners and their entire staff on numerous occasions, often times showing up without an appointment. Lisa Pierce was our event coordinator and guided us through the entire process with patience, empathy and attention to detail competence. She is a consummate professional and it was a pleasure to work with her. Jeff, Debbi, Andrea, and Tammy were each always warm, friendly and accessible to answer any question or resolve any issue. Adam and Andy handled the MC/DJ duties at the Jacaranda Country Club wedding ceremony and reception. The microphone and sound systems were crisp and high quality. The lighting was perfect for the character of the event. Adam did an outstanding job in coordinating the timing of the processional and recessional music during the ceremony and his speech introductions, first dance, and garter toss announcements were spot on, articulate and very entertaining to our wedding guests. Adam is a polished, seasoned professional and provided our guests with an exciting, high energy, memorable evening. Andy kept the dance floor full and rocking and did a great job of motivating the guests to party throughout the entire evening with hardly anyone leaving until the final song was played and the lights were turned off. Andy is a talented singer, comedian, and dancer and when combined with Adam's talent as an MC/DJ they were a dynamic duo. Photo booth set up ran smoothly and was enjoyed by all. Our photographer was Victoria and Paul did the videography for the event. Victoria took almost 1600 photos and captured most all of the traditional poses during the preliminaries, ceremony and reception, and struck just the right balance of photographing the event without being in the way of the activities. She also had to deal with threatening weather approaching the venue during the outside family and bridal party photos. The photos were beautiful and arrived within 10 days after the ceremony. Paul like Victoria, was able to video all of the events we wanted, but remained enough in the background, as to not interfere with what events were taking place. He also followed to a tee, our specific instructions as to what we wanted on the video, and how we wanted it presented during his editing process. The quality of the video was sharp and vivid, was over two hours long, and we had it in our hands to watch and enjoy within only two weeks of the wedding which is quite unusual but most appreciated. Both Victoria and Paul provided a top notch photography and videography experience and gave us memories that will last a lifetime. 84 West Studios, thanks for making the task of planning and executing a major wedding such a pleasurable one. ntastic and I wanted the same experience for mine. My event producer was Lisa Pierce and she was amazing throughout the whole process. The week after my husband and I were engaged, I contacted Lisa and began discussing my wedding. Lisa walked me through the whole process, was very detail oriented, and supportive. She expressed the same enthusiasm I had for planning my event. I always looked forward to speaking with her! I reserved Jeff Greene as my DJ, Karla Korn as my photographer, and Paul Aleksinko as my videographer. The wedding was nothing short of amazing! I know Karla's work from my sister's wedding and Paul was wonderful and very receptive to my requests. They were both great to work with and made my family, husband, and I feel at ease. Karla's pictures have a very natural look and she loves taking the traditional posed shots, in addition to candid shots (very important to me). She has a great eye and captures moments with natural beauty, elegance, and timelessness. She even helped include my dog in some of the photos. Paul captured so many moments on video that I didn't get to see during the day. I loved watching the video because, as the bride, you have one perspective, but want to see how others experienced the wedding, too. He collected some great interviews from our family and friends and was sure to include the important segments that I requested. Jeff is a total pro and gave a great flow to our reception as our DJ and emcee. He gave me some ideas for the timeline of the reception at our pre-event meeting, which really helped. He kept people dancing and having fun until we made our exit. I love 84 West. I knew I could trust them with one of the most important days of my life. It was also very convenient to have three very important services, plus some uplighting, all come from one place. I would recommend 84 West to anyone who is planning a wedding or special event.
