e was very professional and answered all my questions, and even came out to see the site to be able to make the best choices for tent size and placement of tables and food. He provided me with a number of menu varieties, and choices within my selection. They arrived promptly to set up, and the food surpassed all my expectations. Everyone was impressed! The staff was diligent about keeping the tables clear and making sure everyone had what they needed. The house was left impeccably clean. Oh and they brought cupcakes and cookies and pastries-a pleasant surprise! I would recommend 85 East to anyone. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was more than I expected. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s day so special!

Vincent Manghisi

Owner

I started out in the catering industry in 1997 as a bartender. Over the past 26 years I have worked at many different types of venues in the role of bartender, manager and owner. As manager and owner I was responsible for planning special events, dinners and catering, while also booking some of the best entertainment on LI. I have taken my years of experience, passion for food and the love for this industry and created 85 East Events, Inc. along with 3 other partners who share the same enthusiasm. Our goal is to offer couples the best possible service while working within their budget.
