9 Acres Event Barn

Couples need to know that this is the best venue you'll find for a large wedding of anywhere around the Provo area! We came from out of state and searched extensively for the perfect place to hold my daughter and her fiancé's wedding.  It was challenging to find a large, beautiful venue that would seat 245 people indoors for the wedding, with a dinner afterwards, a large space for the reception later that evening, and a huge area for dancing and music with no sound restrictions inside.  It was an amazing experience; absolutely magical.  There were so many things I loved about this venue.  Let me tell you more! The bride's room was gorgeous with views of the mountains out to the south and east. The groom's room also was roomy and well-lit, and both had an outside stairway exit to the southern massive grassy area where photos were taken on the balcony and stairs.   The Grand Entrance when my daughter came out of the brides' room at the top of the balcony made all heads turn down below.   She walked down the gorgeous staircase with all eyes on her - the venue was so perfect for this dream come true wedding!  We booked this new venue in April before construction was even completed, but after meeting Judy and Barry, the owners, I had full confidence that it would be done in time for the Sept. wedding.  It surpassed our expectations with its stunning beauty, and the Finch's ability to fulfill all our hopes, and more.  Judy was amazing to work with and was communicative, knowledgeable and made certain set ups and flips were how we wanted it to be.  This took stress off me, as mother of the bride! She was extremely helpful, insightful, and present! The venue's vaulted ceiings,  large kitchen and refrigerator, beautiful bar, stately barnwood tables and chairs, and gorgeous pub tables all accentuated the look we wanted.   Their sound system was high quality and they have two large TVs for showing slides. We fit 25 tables inside, easily for the dinner.   The outdoor landscaping has so much grass and beautiful views, room for tents, mini-golf, and outdoor games. The lit-up fountain at the entrance of the venue is beautiful in evening photos. There are horses and a carriage, ponies for rides and fun for all!   Judy can help you coordinate with excellent vendors! Let me please add -  This team alongside such a beautiful venue helped make the day truly special: I highly  recommend Lindsey Anderson from Queen Events for coordination.   She was invaluable both before and day of the wedding, for help with planning, keeping us on the timeline, meeting with vendors,  and ensuring the ceremony processional went perfectly timed with the music from the string quartet.  She was extremely calm, organized, responsible, and genuinely wonderful to work with.  Suzanne Rekow with The White Lily was incredible! Her eye for design and tireless work brought our vision to life, from exquisite florals to beautiful food displays and décor.  I can't thank her enough! We used Green Hollow Catering for the hot delicious meal. Fantastic team, all worked well with 9 Acres.   Don't miss this opportunity to plan a beautiful indoor wedding where your guests are comfortable.  Outdoors is also a possibility with all the grassy areas and mountain views.
