9 Oaks Farm

When my daughter was looking for wedding venues, she came across the 9 Oaks property website. The website was appealing and we met with the owner, On Guest and viewed the site in person. From the first visit we were hooked. The property is amazing and complete with individual houses that can be used as guests quarters large enough for the bridal parties and immediate family. We made a weekend of it and it was the perfect venue for Tara's Event. On and Amber were great to work with and they made everything feel easy and stress free. The pricing was all inclusive of site fee, table's, chairs, linens, and florals. The florals were crafted by On herself and all were magnificent. It was a holiday event and she tied the wedding and holiday themes together seamlessly. She even let Tara and Joey's family add some holiday touches and personalize the space. The site recommended list of vendors and wedding planner were great as well. On's team was truly vested in making our day special and the entire process start to finish was never sterile or rushed, but was graciously planned and executed. As a father, I am grateful that my daughter had the day that she had dreamed of, and I can not imagine a venue that could have made it easier on all of us to see it through!

This venue has it all! My fiancé and I really wanted to find a beautiful venue that offered all of the wedding amenities. What we loved about 9 Oaks Farm is that they do not nickel and dime you. Their chairs, linens, decor, etc are all built in to the price! The property also offers multiple homes on the property for the wedding party to stay the night (additional cost). On Guest provided beautiful floral for our day. Her touch truly made it magical for us. I personally loved the arbor, the bouquets and little touches throughout the barn. <3 We are definitely pleased with our decision to book with 9 Oaks. This venue met all of our expectations and made our special day enjoyable and flawless. I'm sure our guests will be talking about our wedding for years to come.

The 9 Oaks Farm venue in Monroe GA is perfect for a rustic style wedding. The staff were beyond accommodating. They waited until rains moved through to enable the outdoor ceremony our daughter desired.The flowers that are included with venue cost were fabulous. I have done wedding flowers and the owner exceeded all expectations. The opportunity to also book on site lodging made it a wonderful and enjoyable wedding experience. We shopped several other similar venue options in the southeast and felt 9 Oaks Farm was a great value in comparison.

On July 27th of this year my wife and I had (in my opinion) a perfect wedding. From the first time we visited 9 Oaks “just to look” we knew that it was the venue for us. In fact, it was the first and last venue we ever toured. It was my responsibility as the new groom to call all the venues that my wife had looked up. When I called 9 Oaks Farm I got a hold of Dana. She was so accommodating and supportive. After we left our tour, my wife and I agreed we wouldn’t make a decision without looking at other venues. 30 minutes later as we pulled into our drive way we had already had our hearts set on 9 Oaks. Dana gave us a list of preferred vendors which was a big stress relief. Everyone we chose from the list had worked together and knew just what to do. Our wedding coordinator Jacki kept every one of the vendors and the bridal party on the safe page. 9 Oaks provided all the decorations and flowers which was more then we could ever have imagined. We decided to rent all the houses on the property so the wedding party could stay together to continue the celebration. All of our guests were blown away by the venue. Thanks to everyone at 9 Oaks Farm for a perfect wedding.

We absolutely LOVED our experience at 9 Oaks! Dana kept everything on track right up to the big day and On does a fabulous job with her in-house flowers and decorations! It rained at the end of our outdoor ceremony and they were fabulous about making sure everyone had a way to get dry and comfortable. We also rented out all the houses on the property for our families to stay in, which made it so easy to spend time with everyone and enjoy the entire weekend together. We could not have been happier about the entire experience.

We just had our sons wedding at 9 Oaks Farm. The bride and groom could not have picked a better place! From the beginning the owner and staff answered every question (no matter how crazy) and were quick to respond throughout the process. They decorated for the rehearsal dinner for me,making it exactly like the Pinterest images I sent them. They thought of everything including the photo booth decorations on the wall I hadn’t even asked them to do. When I arrived Friday to the house it was beautiful and ready to go. We stayed in The White House and it was clean and perfectly appointed for my families weekend in Monroe. The wedding was gorgeous! Both families were pleased with our experience at 9 Oaks. I would highly recommend this place.

We were so glad to have our wedding at 2425 Warehouse at 9 Oaks - the space was truly breathtaking and was everything we had envisioned for a wedding. Dana, On, and the entire team worked so hard to provide us everything we hoped for - from the flowers, to the decor, to set up, and everything in between, their team did an incredible job bringing to life our wedding vision. They were so pleasant to work with and answered any question we had along the way, always making sure our needs were met. We could not have picked a better venue and team to work with!

We cannot say enough good things about 9 Oaks Farm. The venue speaks for itself but all the staff there that we worked with from day one as well as any staff that came on site made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. On and Dana and Jacki are the epitome of first class and made our weekend more than we could have ever dreamed. It felt weird leaving the Sunday after the wedding because these people were so amazing that they felt like family and friends to us. I would recommend this venue in an instant to anyone looking for a stress-free and absolutely beautiful wedding!!

9 Oaks Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding! The decor and flowers were absolutely beautiful! We had so many compliments at our wedding and are still getting compliments on how beautiful everything was. I couldn’t have ever dreamed that my wedding could look as amazing as it did. The staff at 9 Oaks was amazing to work with and were always professional and answered all my crazy questions I had along the way. They were easy to reach even when my work schedule keeps me from calling during your usual business hours. We also rented two of the houses on the property and it was perfect for our family that came out of town. I couldn’t ask for anything more and will cherish my wedding day forever. They made it everything I could of dreamed of and more.

We had our daughter’s wedding on May 5, 2018 at 2425 Warehouse At 9 Oaks Farm. Ours was the first wedding at this new venue. It was absolutely the most perfect wedding we could have ever imagined and more. From the planning stages to the big day On Guest, Dana Loftin and Cricket made it so easy. They led us through the whole process making suggestions and steering us in the right directions. Everything was taken care of for us and we did not have to worry about a thing. The venue was so gorgeous. Flowers by On were the most lovely, elegantly designed arrangements and were perfect throughout the whole venue. The layout for the wedding was like a fairy tale come true. Perfectly placed for the time of day; where the sunlight shining through came in at the perfect direction. There was no detail that was missed! They thought of everything! The staff was so helpful and took care of our every need. We cannot express our gratitude and gratefulness for them going the extra mile to make this day so exceptional for our daughter. Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. We LOVED it here. If we had to get married again, we would pick this venue again. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The flowers were phenomenal and like no other.

9 oaks farm was the perfect venue for my wedding. The property is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. They make your wedding stress free! I highly recommend this venue.

I was extremely happy with my wedding at 9 Oaks Farm!! I don't live in the state so I had to do the majority of my planning via email but everyone on the staff was amazing and super helpful! The decorations and flowers are included so On Guest, the owner, and I emailed around a PowerPoint of pictures and details so we had a mutual idea of what the big day would look like. It was very helpful and everything turned out beautifully! The property is huge and gorgeous! They have houses on the grounds and my husband and I each rented a house to stay with our wedding party the night before. It was awesome to be able to wake up, have breakfast and get ready together without worrying about anyone arriving late. I could go on and on about how much I love this place. I would HIGHLY recommend!

9 Oaks went above and beyond my expectations for my wedding. Decorations were set out just as planned, my alter was incredible, location is great due to amount of people, wedding coordinator (Jessie Patton) was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. It's affordable, elegant and also tons of space to make it your own.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of the planner. My fiance was in the wedding party and all she did was yell the entire time ( I even noticed her barking at her staff during the reception ) . Other than that, we had a great time at this gorgeous venue.

Being a first time mother of the bride, 9 Oaks was wonderful. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and yet takes the time to make you feel special. From our first meeting with Toni the staff listened attentively to my daughter and made sure all her dreams came true. Jackie was a calm but organized wedding coordinator who was willing to make sure the event was carried out as my daughter desired and On and Sheila made sure the flowers were perfect. My husband and I had a great time at our daughters wedding and were completely relaxed and able to enjoy our guests. I highly recommend 9 Oaks and their staff.

9 Oaks Farm was the perfect venue! We fell in love with the property and all of the rustic details, and it was even more beautiful on our wedding day. On and the team were helpful in answering all of our questions and picking vendors from their recommended list eliminated stressful decision-making about who to use. They worked with us on our budget to help make everything beautiful and the flowers (which are done in-house) were amazing! Our big day couldn't have been any more perfect and it's in large part because of 9 Oaks. Would highly recommend!

9 Oaks was a dream come true! I always wanted to be married under a large tree. And although we were the first to use the large field for our ceremony 9 oaks was very accommodating in the process. The venue is spacious and so beautiful-perfect for a large(or small) wedding!

As soon as I saw 9 Oaks Farm in person I knew it was our venue for our wedding reception-rustic country! It was everything I wanted and more. From our first tour to our wedding, the experience was smooth sailing. Toni Guest was extremely helpful and available whenever I had questions. On Guest and Sheila R. did amazing with the decorations and flowers. I showed them my pins on pinterest and they knew what I liked and wanted. The entire venue was beautiful-inside and out. The bride suite was very spacious and comfortable. Planning a wedding is hard enough, having to worry about all the little things is not something a bride wants to do. I highly recommend 9 Oaks Farm as your venue! They thought and took care of all the little things. Photo ops were endless and beautiful! My family and guest still comment on how beautiful it was. I hope to enjoy the venue as a guest in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at 9 Oaks Farm. We were on a very short timeline (3 months) to book a venue and plan our wedding, and although there was still some stress involved with that, On (the owner) and Toni made the process about as easy as they possibly could for me as a bride. They handled all of the decor and floral. I brought in some pictures of things that I liked and they literally took my ideas and ran with them. My mother has been a florist for nearly 30 years now and naturally is very particular about floral arrangements, but even she was blown away when we walked into the venue the morning of the wedding and saw all of the beautiful work that was done and how much detail was put into every arrangement and piece of decor. There are many spots throughout the venue that are available for the ceremony, and I had chosen one of the outdoor locations. The weather that day called for rain and the entire staff kept an eye on the weather the entire afternoon leading up to the ceremony, ready to make a quick transition to an indoor location if necessary. Again, they took a stressful situation and handled it for me so I didn't need to worry. The weather ended up being beautiful (and hot!) and the ceremony went off flawlessly. We had the reception in the barn but left all of the doors open and had plenty of open space under the covered patios for our guests to mingle and spread out. There was plenty of room in the barn for our band to set up and play all night long for our guests, right there by the dance floor. All of my guests have told us that our wedding was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever attended. I couldn't agree more. I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat! Thank you 9 Oaks Farm for such special memories.

My wedding at 9 Oaks Farm was more than I could have ever imagined! The staff at 9 Oaks was amazing and extremely helpful every step of the way! They really made planning such an important and special event a breeze! On ( the owner) and Toni were able to easily contacted throughout the process and always responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner! I am a worrier by nature and a perfectionist always striving to make sure all the details are perfect and on my wedding day I had no worries at all because I knew that with all the wonderful staff at 9 Oaks everything would look beautiful! We were not sure about the weather until last minute because I wanted to have my ceremony outside and once the weather was clear On made it happen! She made sure that everything was setup outside just how I had envisioned! Everyone absolutely raved about the wedding and said they had never been to such a beautiful venue! My husband and I still hear from some of the guests raving about the wedding and the venue saying that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I highly recommend this venue for any bride! There are many different locations for your ceremony throughout the venue and On has tons of suggestions and ideas! She will definitely go out of her way to make sure that you are able to get what you want!! I love 9 Oaks Farm and am so lucky that I chose this venue for my special day! My wedding at 9 oaks farm was the dream wedding. This venue meets the needs of any bride wanting an indoor or outdoor wedding. My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it was. The staff is also incredible. Floral and decor is all done by them. Every idea I wanted was done and they did wonderful down to the smallest detail. The one thing that stood out to me the most was how much the owner cared about us. I had visited multiple venues before I came here but no one cared as much as she did. She constantly stressed that we just show up and enjoy our day, and we did. If there was a problem no one ever knew it, she and the coordintor (we hired the one she recommended) took care of it. It was a perfect wedding.

My wedding at 9 Oaks Farm was absolutely perfect from start to finish. This is a gorgeous property with so many places for fun and breath-taking pictures. There are many options for locations to hold your ceremony depending on your taste. The staff worked with us throughout the whole process to make sure every detail would be exactly how I wanted it. We had several meetings with the owner and manager before the wedding in order to get all my ideas planned out, and they brought so much more creativity to it. The price of the venue includes all set up, clean up, and access to any of the decorations they have. The owner is a florist and does all the flowers for weddings at this venue. They are a little pricey, but every arrangement was gorgeous. This venue also has 3 houses on the property that you can rent out. All my bridesmaids and I stayed in one of the houses the night before the wedding and it was the best thing we could have done. It was so nice to be able to wake up and get ready for the day. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!!!

I used the indoor barn part of the farm but it was awesome. I have seen other weddings there outside and the outside areas are pretty as well. The owner is very difficult to work with but the event coordinator, Toni is very nice and helpful. The venue is great and I highly recommend it.
