Dalilah and the entire team made the evening wonderful and seamless -- I had some reservations about the prix-fixe menu, but the food was delicious. Upon entering, the hostess kindly helped carry my tablescape items to the private room. The t...
able arranged for 16 was perfect, Dalilah was so patient and flexible with planning and communicating; request Cole to take care of your party as he was delightful and attentive and the private room allowed our rowdy group to listen to Taylor Swift loudly on a loop, move about and dance around. We had a fantastic time and the birthday girl was so happy.

Dining here was a unique experience.
The chairs were super comfortable, the lighting perfect, and the atmosphere is something of its very own.
For starters we had the pork belly, calamari, and octopus. The calamari was splendid as was the pork...
belly, the octopus had a surprisingly soft texture and was not chewy like I was accustomed to.
Entrees were the dry aged Kentucky bone in strip as well as the 4oz wagyu beef with scallops and grilled shrimp. Both Kentucky steaks were heavily salted and the wagyu honestly tasted like butter. The main downside (in my opinion) everything was heavily charred. I felt like I ran my tongue over a grill that is how strong the char taste was on really everything.
I really appreciated how seriously the restaurant took food intolerance and allergies. It did make me sad that if you cannot eat chocolate there is rather limited options for dessert, and even more limitations due to lack of stock.
The price is high but the portions are generous for the starters and entrees.
I wouldn't recommend the single scoop of icecream for 9$ that honestly felt excessive.
Overall we had a wonderful experience, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the treat they presented my father for his birthday that made everything extra special.

Excellent service and food. The hostesses and our server were extremely attentive and friendly. I loved my cauliflower steak and the sides were delicious. I would highly recommend the 9 Prime Potatoes, Creamed Spinach sides, and the Delmonico s...

Had an incredible dining experience at 9 Prime. We started with their cheese board and it was perfect. A mix of cheeses, fresh bread, nuts, and jam that paired well together.
For my main, I got the lobster and truffle carbonara. It was UNREAL...
. My mouth is still watering. When the server told me it was the chefs favorite, I knew I had to try it! I'm a dirty martini connoisseur and this was perfect. Cold and smooth with bleu cheese stuffed olives. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience in West Chester, this is definitely the spot.

Met with our wealth manager and his family for dinner. Great atmosphere with all the imagery of an upscale restaurant inside an former bank. I believe it's on par with Del Frisco's Steakhouse in Philadelphia but on a much smaller scale. Food an...
d drinks were excellent but given the amount of people present (very little) I was surprised by the lack of service. With a group of 8 our waiter was not attentive to our needs. Appetizers and drinks took time as well as the typical check-in to refresh drinks or see if anything else was needed. Until the next time I will mark this as a one-off experience. I hope during the next visit the service will restore my faith to continue banking with 9 Prime.
