th and that was after contacting him. For our wedding, he made it a point to contact us about payment and last meeting. When we paid him, it took several phone calls to get the final meeting. We were told that we would get a preview and our pics in two weeks. It is now October 18th. Our wedding was August 26th. We have received no update, no communication, no preview, nothing. However he did manage to post reels and pics of another couple recently. I understand editing takes time and good customer service is keeping all of your customers updated and providing consistent service. His photography is great. It’s disappointing that his follow up and timely service isn’t .
After over a year still no wedding album, album proofs, our 20 x 30 print or at least a returned call or email. Do not patronize this unprofessional business!
