Working with 95 Images was a wonderful experience! Ronnie is very easy going and pleasant to work with. He is professional and cares for the quality of his photos and relationships...
. I highly recommend!
This was a scheduled individual photoshoot.
In the initial stages of preparing for my photoshoot, Mr. Nettles- 95 images photography, like a lot of business owners, was quite prof...
essional and attentive. Several weeks prior to our scheduled February 11th photoshoot appointment, we corresponded regularly via email, text, and phone. Communication was not an issue.
We signed an agreement covering the shoot. Although the agreement did not explicitly state how long it would take Mr. Nettles to get back to me after the shoot, I had expected that it would take no longer than a fortnight to receive the photos. When I had not heard from him after that time, I reached out to him via text 2 days shy of a month, March 9th, after the ‘shoot’. He responded promptly and profusely apologized for the delay and the late response, and stated that he ‘will have the pictures to [me] real soon, like this weekend’. That weekend came and went with no further communication from him. I texted him the following Monday evening, March 13th, expressing disappointment in his lack of professionalism and communication, and ask that he ‘provide a definitive date, that the pictures would be delivered’.
Mr. Nettles was paid in full before the shoot and, over a month later, I have yet to see one picture from it. He received my text, called me immediately afterwards and said he’d had some health issues and that was why he had not been in contact with me. He then assured me I would have my pictures ‘within the next few days, not weeks’. It has been over a week since that phone conversation and I’m STILL waiting to hear from him, to see the pictures I have paid for.
Whether or not he had personal issues should not be my concern, nor should it affect our business relationship. As an entrepreneur, if he can post on social media about attending local social events during this time, he should be able to provide me with timely updates on why it is taking an exceptionally long time to fulfill his contractual obligation.
I have requested a full refund for the services I have yet to receive, as this coming Saturday, March 25, will be six weeks, since the photoshoot. My hope is that this experience will end amicably, without litigation.
Ronnie is amazing! He is personable, professional and his pictures are beautiful. I highly recommend Ronnie!!

arty, he mingled with all the guests allowing him to capture amazing moments. Everybody was delighted with his presence. He took this party as his own and that really paid off. The results were amazing. The quality of the pictures was supreme. We received the link with all the curated pictures within two days. When sharing the pictures with our guests, all were delighted but not surprised. They were already confident they couldn’t turn in different way.

m forced. I would highly recommend 95 Images!
An artist friend recommended 95 Images to us for our wedding photography and I figured...she would know, right? Bwerani and Co. are fabulous. The pictures are gorgeous and show off...
our absolute best and authentic selves. Tons of great shots of friends and family, both staged and spontaneous. Ronnie loves photography and his artistry shines out of the pictures.
In addition to that, Ronnie made it fun. I usually don't like getting my picture taken but Ronnie's warmth, genuineness, and enthusiasm made the picture hour itself a great part of the day. As a business they're responsive and reliable, everything was exactly as planned. Finally, he's just a lovely human being, thoughtful and funny. They're a small Black family-owned business and will give your project love, artistry, and professionalism.

I firmly believe that a photographer can make or break any wedding. A bad photographer can be invasive and intrusive, turning what should be an authentic and unique day into a s...
taged, orchestrated event. But Bwerani is brilliant at both capturing beautiful images, but also a bringing joy and fun to your special day. He is incredibly easy to work with - positive, thoughtful, patient. And the quality of the photos - just WOW!! He has a gift for capturing genuine, beautiful images that make for treasured memories for years to come. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
Ronnie has a great, fun energy and adapted so well to all the circumstances and challenges posed by COVID-19 restrictions as we held our intimate, little ceremony. He even patientl...
y waited for us (in the freezing cold!), as we rushed to change and make it to the Tidal Basin for a quick photo session before the area would be cordoned off. He was able to capture some beautiful shots despite the light fading fast and approaching rain clouds on the horizon. Pictures came out beautiful!
I also have to say that we booked him last minute and he worked with us for a really reasonable rate.
Ronnie was excellent, a caring family man with good morals. I contacted 5 different photographers and most seemed dull. Ronnie was the only one I talked to first time and he was up...
beat and confident. He never shot an Indian wedding before so I was hesitant but I'm so glad I chose him. He promised 400 pictures and he came through with almost 600. They were all beautiful and professionally done as expected. We agreed on a pre shoot with just me and my wife but when wedding time came closer we were so busy we didn't have the time and so he pulled us out right after the ceremony and took the most beautiful shots of my wife and I. Most my friends even told me the photographer is awesome. From all the stress and planning and making sure everything goes right he made me laugh the whole time. He even went out of his way to frame one of the best shots he took of me and my wife and he came through after everything was over and handed me the framed picture, was not expecting that at all. Ronnie no matter what guys!
If I could give him one star I would. I found him on Thumbtack and he harassed me via email for not accepting his offer. Very arrogant and unprofessional.
Many of my bridesmaids are a bit camera shy, 95 images was quite "up close & personal" in the sense that my girls were VERY relaxed and they raved about the photographers personali...
ty. They were telling me they felt like they already knew them for years, allowing 95 images to capture memorable moments. As a bride, many details of the day was a whirlwind, but my photographers made sure EVERY detail was captured. This was especially important to me since I worked on so many details personally for the wedding. The end result .... PHENOMENAL!!! Saying they are the BEST is an understatement!!! And I am not that easily pleased :)
They immortalized the most important day of my life thus far. The pictures are so gorgeous I often have to remind myself that I am the bride in the pictures. I will forever be grat...
eful to them for capturing all the moments I asked for and so many more I would have missed. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our future family events and occasions.
