A & A Limousine Service

We recently booked a sedan from A&A Limousine Services to transport my daughter and her husband from the church to the reception site. Booking was quick and easy; the car arrived on time and my daughter said the driver was courteous and friendly. Their prices were the best in the area. We will definitely use them again.

From a planning perspective, everytime we called A&A we were able to speak to someone who was friendly and helpful. On the wedding day, the buses and cars showed up on-time, clean, and with lovely/friendly drivers! What more could you want?

I literally would rank this vendor a 0 if I could. 24 hours before my daughters wedding this past Saturday, we got a text (not a phone call), informing us that they could not accommodate our 24 passenger bus for the wedding due to shortage of drivers. First of all, they don’t even adhere to there own contract stating “All cancellations within 48 hours of the service time, must be done by phone and not via email”. I received an email, not a phone call. I even placed a call to them and asked for a call back and no one called. They had to of known way before 24 hours that they were short drivers and that there was even the slightest chance they could not accommodate a contract that was done 6+ months in advance!! At least give us the courtesy of trying to find someone before 24 hours. This was a 150+ guest attendance wedding and the shuttle was extremely important to shuttle between venue and hotel! Thank God we had the best venue ever (East View Farms) that came through for us at the very last second and wedding coordinator that just pulled off a miracle. The venue has since taken them off their recommendation list. Below is the actual email we received from them (again not even a phone call)!!! We called several companies ourself and they asked if it was A&A that had canceled on us and we stated yes. They said we have had brides call us before about them, so not so sure about this being the first cancellation in 17 years. Just wanted to warn other brides to be extremely leery of booking with this company. Email below: I am so sorry we cannot provide the transportation you requested for your wedding. We have a severe shortage of CDL drivers available this weekend due to drivers being out sick and drivers wanting time off. This is my first time in 17 years in business that I have had to cancel any reservation due to driver shortage and I apologize for having to do this here. I have reached out to multiple companies in the area and out of the area with hopes of hiring an affiliate company to fill in for us to still be able to assist you and everyone had availability was dealing with driver shortage issues this weekend. I refunded your card just now for the amount that was charged for the service. I am sorry we cannot assist with the transportation requested. I used A and A Limousine for my wedding to transport guests from Charlottesville out to the vineyard and back and it was such a great experience! The drivers were prompt and courteous, the buses were clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth! Communication was easy and we would definitely use them again!
