Choosing Robin’s suggested vendors took much of the guesswork out of the process, as they were all familiar with A Barn and had Robin’s seal of approval. One of the standout perks of the venue rental at A Barn is the day-of coordination provided by Robin. We were initially on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator in general, but after experiencing Robin’s incredible support, we are so glad we had her. She struck the perfect balance between being helpful and unobtrusive, ensuring everything ran smoothly without us having to worry about a thing. Many other venues don't include this service, but after seeing how much stress it took off our plate, I would highly recommend hiring a day-of coordinator, even if you don't end up booking at A Barn. It made a world of difference and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment of our day. My advice: schedule a tour of A Barn, chat with Robin about your vision, and book your wedding with them. You will NOT regret it.

good! Robin is SO ORGANIZED! We relied on her for so much and she was on top of it ALL! Robin is a calm presence, helping to keep the day on schedule. A-Barn is such a lovely location! The wedding was out back, by a beautiful pond. After the ceremony, guests mingled on the large patio with drinks and snacks before dinner while the bride & groom took pictures. The inside of the barn is casual but LOVELY. And the bride and her attendants have their own space to get ready. I can not say enough about how helpful Robin is! We were planning everything from Virginia, so I put a lot of trust in Robin and the vendors that she recommended. Everything was just perfect! Thank you to everyone at A-Barn!

From helping plan the timeline for the event to making sure that everything was perfect and all were happy on the wedding day, they were so great to work with and it made everything stress free so we could enjoy the day. Everyone raved about the wedding. It could not have been better.

Robin made sure every detail was addressed and covered. And when Robin had to graciously back out as our day of coordinator, she found a replacement that picked up right where Robin left off. Even though Robin couldn't be there on the wedding day, Mark stayed all night to help make sure things went smoothly. He even broke out a blow torch to help light all of our sparklers faster. The barn is gorgeous, spacious and just stunning. The beautiful carriage out front is the perfect addition. Every time we had to go there for planning meeting, being there just felt right. Like it was where we were meant to get married.Everything there was perfect. We had such a spectacular time there and can't say enough about how wonderful Robin and Mark were to us. We highly recommend this venue for anyone getting married!

ay of our wedding. There was a Nor Easter the day of our (supposed to be outdoor) wedding, but Robin and Marc were able to move everything indoors. Not only were they accommodating, but they helped the whole event run smoothly without any stress to my husband or I. At first I was saddened we would not be able to do the event outdoors but Robin was able to make the barn and tent look so absolutely STUNNING the storm felt like a blessing in disguise! Our guests are still talking about how wonderful they were, how cool the setting was and how special and amazing the day was.

h work it is to plan a wedding, but Robin truly made everything so easy. She has so much experience, is tremendously organized, and a great communicator; she helped us think through everything we needed well in advance of the day, and made us feel so calm and relaxed and worry-free about how the day would play out. Truly, her coordinating skills alone are worth the five star rating - but let's not forget how absolutely gorgeous the barn and property are! The barn has that beautiful rustic charm (and already comes with lovely decorations, with dried flowers on the walls and beautiful lights and white drapes around the gorgeous iron wagon wheel chandeliers - we had very little additional decorating to do on our own!). At the same time, it has all the modern amenities that make the event go more smoothly - the bathrooms are actual bathrooms (many barn venues make you rent portopotties), they have a beautiful and brand new kitchen prep space and catering serving nook, along with a separate bartending nook, which means fewer rentals and an even easier time for your vendors. They also offer propane heaters for inside the barn, which was a lifesaver for us on our cold and windy October wedding day! The pond was a beautiful space for the ceremony, and Robin had so many tricks up her sleeve to help us figure out how to decorate that space as well. The venue also comes with adorable wooden benches for the outdoor ceremony space, and tables/chairs for the interior of the barn. I honestly wish I could give this venue ten stars because they are so worth the value in every possible way. You can tell that Robin and Mark love what they do, and care deeply about making your wedding the most fantastic day. Ours absolutely was!

d Robin, the owners of A Barn, were very much the opposite! They have a lovely venue and reasonably priced wedding packages that allow you to choose however many extras you'd like. I would really suggest springing for the day of coordination that Robin offers. She was amazing! She kept all of the vendors on the same page so well that we never even thought about it! They suggest certain vendors from the area, but allow you to pick whoever you'd like as long as they have the necessary licensing and insurance. A Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding, and Mark and Robin went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful barn wedding!

ng day there were several things that didn't go according to plan. However, my groom and I were determined for it not to ruin our good time. Robin and her husband Mark were fantastic! To setting up centerpieces and rentals, to improvising boutonnieres (apparently I miscounted how many I needed), to driving to our hotel because we forgot our marriage license! Robin and Mark went well beyond what was expected of them and I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help keep things running smoothly. Their prices are reasonable and they've added the new patio which looks great in the back of the barn. I'm more than happy to answer any questions that future brides might have about our wedding experience.
