Cynthia Mitchell and staff did an amazing job coordinating our destination beach wedding. Each of the vendors she recommended were fantastic to work with and did beautiful work. Our officiant, Catherine, did such an incredible job. Together, they truly made every detail perfect. Our guests told us that it was the most beautiful beach wedding they have ever seen. My husband and I couldn’t be any more pleased. Our wedding truly was breathtaking, even the rainbow we had that day. Words cannot express our gratitude to A Beautiful Florida Wedding! Thanks for everything you did for us and for giving us an experience we will never forget! We could not have done it without you!

Catherine from a beautiful florida wedding was so fantastic. She truly made the whole wedding ceremony unique and unforgettable for us and our guests. It was the only non-stressful part of the whole wedding planning. She was patient and offered suggestions when asked. She eased our minds. We were so lucky to have found her.

My husband (fiancé at the time) decided on Tuesday, Sept. 30th that we wanted to elope to Naples the upcoming weekend and get married. I started calling wedding planners in the Naples area, and Cynthia at A Beautiful Florida Wedding is the ONLY person who answered the phone when I called. Every other number I tried (there were 2 before hers) went straight to voicemail. Cynthia took the time to answer all of my questions and made great suggestions on how we could make this work by the weekend. We were on a plane Oct. 3rd and married Oct. 4th. Cynthia was AMAZING....we didn't have to worry about anything. She took care of the venue, the flowers, and even had someone that could come to our hotel room and do my hair and makeup. It was an amazing experience. It was a ceremony just for my husband and I...and Cynthia and Bob (best ring bearer/flower girl ever) made sure the day was great. We had great photographers with Helen and Charlie from Charlie McDonald Photography. We didn't have to worry about anything. We completely trusted Cynthia and her crew to take care of us, and they exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better day and experience. I can't wait to visit Naples again and meet up with Cynthia and Bob for some tea...we miss them already!!! A big thanks to them for making our wedding day an experience we will never forget!!! Love you guys!!

Catherine from a Beautiful Florida Wedding officiated our beach destination wedding ceremony in April 2014 at the Naples Beach Resort. I had some anxiety coordinating a destination wedding being up North, Catherine's expertise made it easy to plan our wedding and she delivered a touching and passionate ceremony. Tim and I are very Thankful and Grateful that we had an opportunity to work with such a lovely person-Catherine. I couldn't have been happier with all of the service, vendors and in all, how my special day turned out. From the start to finish, they made it so easy to plan a gorgeous beach wedding when I lived in. Michigan. I never had any concerns, and everything done exceeded my expectations. Gracious, wonderful people to work with.

We had an amazing destination wedding in Naples, FL in July '14. The service we had from the UK was good and at times exceeded our expectations and other times more communication and organisation would have been welcome. We paid for the basic package which was for Rev Bob to be our wedding officiant and he did this extremely well, our guests loved his ceremony service. In the lead up Bob did Skype us twice and talk us through what we needed to do so this was really helpful. There were a couple of times where we had to nudge them to make contact or come back with an answer but we were a few thousand miles away after all ! I think if you wanted to really ensure your wedding went without a hitch then go for the wedding planning service where Cynthia will ensure every detail is arranged, however as we wanted a very simple beach ceremony and did many things ourselves (like décor) we didn't want this. When we arrived Bob met with us again and we finalised our plans and he was so helpful and couldn't of asked for a better service. On the day itself, Bob helped with our guests, delivered a great ceremony and its a shame we didn't have more time to say thankyou ! Overall great value for money and very experienced to deal with every eventuality.

Catherine made our day very special and was a pleasure to work with. She responded to phone calls and emailed in a timely manner and was flexible when meeting face-to-face. She gave us examples of readings and prayers which were very helpful.I couldn't have asked for a better wedding officiant. She is AWESOME! I highly recommend her!

Catherine our officiant was so sweet since day one, we met and gave all our ideas and she worked with us very well. The day of the wedding at Lover's Key, she was very professional. A Beautiful Florida Wedding was an excellent choice for our beach wedding. The process was simple in securing an officiant. Catherine from ABFW was our Officiant and she was absolutely wonderful. We only spoke with her a couple times before the ceremony and then met her a day before the wedding. Even though it was a small amount of time that she knew us before our ceremony she made it feel like we had known each other for a long time. She asked all the right questions beforehand to incorporate into the ceremony so that it was tailored just perfectly for my groom and I. I would absolutely recommend Catherine and ABFW for any future couples looking for an Officiant for their wedding. You will be sure to look back as fondly on your special day as we now do.

Bob was very thoughtful, kind, and passionate about his work. He took great time, even though we met the day of and spoke on the phone just a few short times, to speak with us, get to know us, and personalize our day. It was romantic and perfect! We were married in June of 2013 and Cynthia Mitchell not only officiated, but also coordinated our space on the beach, and greeted each guest with so much love! Naples Beach is so beautiful, and everything that Cynthia recommended,sought out, and purchased for me was a perfect addition to our ceremony. From set up, to take down, and ensuring that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be, Cynthia Mitchel and her team at A Beautiful Florida Wedding were superb. I could not have accomplished planning the perfect wedding, especially living in Pennsylvania, without her help. What a beautiful person, and now friend I have found in Cynthia. I was able to ship my wedding dress to her, for her to safely keep and deliver to our hotel in Naples without any cares or worries. Who else in the world would do that? My colors were teal and tangerine, she was able to find teal starfish with tangerine ribbon to hang on my ceremony chairs that blew me AWAY!

It was a true reflection of "us" as a couple and the promises we were making for our lives together. Elizabeth the photographer was kind and attentive to all our requests. Frank the florist is a true artist and created breath-taking arrangements. Marc Vee the musician is truly talented. Catherine and Cynthia also made excellent suggestions for details in our wedding. They recommended Wynn catering which was extremely professional. The food was delicious! I am still completely blown away by the QUALITY work ethic and highest of standards that A Beautiful Florida Wedding operates. Honestly, I don't even know where to start. My entire wedding in Naples was planned over the phone and email and the actual wedding was beyond my wildest dreams! we were married this past april down on marco island. BFW was recommended to us by our wedding planner. the cost was affordable. catherine fazzina was our officiant and she was AMAZING! she was such a gentle spirit & so kind, thoughtful, loving and made our ceremony so special. in the planning stages her input was super helpful & she allowed us to really make it our own. she made sure our kids were a part of ceremony which made the day even more meaningful. thank you!!!

Rev. Bob was so kind and helpful! He gave us the freedom to look over some standard vows, piece together sections that suited us and let us write vows that were meaningful to us. He was thoughtful and accomodating with our wishes for the wedding ceremony. He was a very sweet gentleman, caring and spiritual. We will definitely stay connected with him and his wife (Cynthia, who also officiates weddings!)on our life journey to happiness!

For being an out of town bride and having a small destination wedding in Naples, FL, this was perfect! The coordinator and all of the vendors were very nice and easy to work with. We were able to keep our budget and still have a beautiful wedding!

We had Bob marry us from A Beautiful Florida Wedding and we were 100% satisfied. It was a little difficult reveiwing the ceremony since we lived 3 hours away but it turned out just perfect.
